Penataan Administrasi Desa, Kesadaran Hukum, Pemberdayaan UMKM, dan Inovasi Pembelajaran Desa Mojokumpul Kecamatan Kemlagi Mojokerto

Counseling, Mentoring and Empowerment are activities to increase community participation in meeting life's needs to resolve problems experienced by the community. Activities are carried out through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. Science KKN is carried out in Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency using service methods such as counseling, training and group mentoring. The results show that there is a positive response from village stakeholders and high active participation from the community, including taking part in an extension program with four activities, namely structuring Village Administration, Legal Awareness, Empowering MSMEs, and Learning Innovation. Apart from that, there are several outputs produced: (1) Strengthening data recording, archiving and reporting Village finances correctly (2) Increasing order, peace, security and justice in Village social life (3) Development of quality, competitiveness and added value of production home and halal certification (4) There has been an increase in discipline and participation in the teaching and learning process in an orderly and structured manner.

Optimalisasi Media Sosial Sebagai Media Promosi Pengembangan Desa Wisata Sendangasri Kabupaten Rembang

Sendangasri Village as an art and cultural tourism village has tourism potential, namely many artists, art galleries, batik craftsmen, art performances and Ancak Carnival. These potentials by the tourism village manager are realized in the form of tour packages. Observations by the community service team found that the existence of this tourist village was not widely known by the public. Observations also identified the problems faced were (1) Lack of knowledge regarding tourism village promotion through social media (2) Not understanding the concept of digitalization in marketing. The solution taken is the implementation of digital marketing by optimizing social media Websites, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube for the promotion of tourist villages. Community service activities are carried out in three stages, namely training, implementation and mentoring. The results of this community service are increased awareness, activeness and skills of tourism village administrators in carrying out online promotions through social media.

Peningkatan Kapasitas Aparatur Kampung Dalam Melaksanakan Tugas Administrasi Kampung Urumb Distrik Semangga Kabupaten Merauke

This community service aims to increase the capacity of village officials in carrying out administrative tasks in Urumb Village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency. Capacity building of village officials is essential in ensuring efficient and quality public services to the local community. The approach in this community service involves collaboration between the research team and village officials. In this activity, two days of socialization and training were conducted. In the process, the authors used participatory methods that actively involved village officials in the planning and implementation of the program. The results of this community service showed positive changes in the capacity of village officials in administrative tasks. There was a significant increase in their understanding of the functions and authority of village government administration as well as the types and forms of village government administration. Some success factors that encourage positive results in this community service are: support from the village government; active involvement of village officials; and good communication between researchers and village officials. This community service makes a real contribution in increasing the capacity of village officials in village administration tasks. The results create a stronger foundation for better governance and more efficient public services in Urumb Village, Semangga District. It is recommended that this collaborative approach can be applied in other villages to improve administrative capacity across the region.

ANALYSIS OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM MODELS TO IMPROVE GOOD PUBLIC GOVERNANCE

This study aims to analyze and design the modeling of the village administration information system. This design aims to improve the quality of village governance because the village government is the foremost representative in the state order that is very close to people's lives. The research method uses Research and Development, while the analysis model uses the Business Process Management System (BPMS) framework. The research stage starts with problem analysis, then describes the business process for submitting village documents, next is process modeling, and finally, conclusion analysis. The study results indicate that the application of the village administration information system described in this research model is proven to facilitate the administrative process and village governance and improve government and community institutions' control and supervision functions. These positive impacts have implications for improving the practice of Good Public Governance, including democracy, transparency, accountability, legal culture, and fairness and equality.

Pelatihan Pengoperasian Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel Bagi Perangkat Desa dan Remaja di Desa Simpang Ketenong Kecamatan Kerkap Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara

Simpang Ketenong Village, Kerkap District, is classified as a self-sufficient village, with the characteristics that it has started using communication tools and technology, is not isolated and has fairly smooth traffic routes between villages and cities. (Saputera et al., 2021) Service is a process, this process produces a product in the form of a service, which is then provided to customers. Good service will also have a good impact on customers in the form of customer satisfaction, in line with findings in the field that the local village community and youth have begun to understand the importance of technology for convenience in daily work and can even support careers in the future. Along with the current development of communication technology, it has also encouraged village officials and youth in Simpang Ketenong village to be able to understand and operate computers to make work easier, both for village administration and other needs. Referring to the situation analysis above, the service team together with partners justified that the priority problems experienced by partners and the priorities agreed to be resolved were related to: the lack of skill of village officials and Simpang Ketenong Village Youth in operating computers, especially in typing and lack of understanding of how to use them. excel. Through this PKM program the team wants to contribute to providing skills to village officials and youth in the Simpang Ketenong Village area, Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency to be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications. Based on the partner's problems, the solution that will be provided in this activity is to hold Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Operation Training, then an evaluation will be held of village officials and local teenagers will be able to be competent in the training process that has been carried out. The targets of this Community Service are time efficiency during service, reducing data errors in reporting the performance of village officials, being able to store village databases simply, increasing knowledge for village officials and youth so that they can learn about information systems through computer media.

Eligibility Classification of Aid Recipients Hope Family Program in Cinta Rakyat Village Using the Method Weighted Naive Bayes with Laplace Smoothing

The Indonesian government sometimes faces difficulties in dealing with poverty problems. The Indonesian government utilizes a number of programs and stimulants to overcome the problem of poverty. The government's PKH program offers conditional assistance to low-income families who have been designated as PKH recipient households. PKH provision is still below optimal standards, this may be because the data used is not updated frequently. To assist village officials in determining which residents are eligible to receive PKH assistance, this research tries to classify the eligibility of recipient residents in Cinta Rakyat Village. With the Weighted Naive Bayes method, classification calculations are not only based on probability distributions but also by adding weights to each attribute to the class. Assisted with Laplace Smoothing to avoid a probability value of 0. As a result, there are eight factors that determine a person's eligibility to receive PKH assistance, including age, occupation, income, number of family members, number of dependent school children, quality of house, type of floor, and type of walls. As well as classification into eligible and non-eligible groups. And obtained test results using the Confusion Matrix with an accuracy value of 95.65%, error rate of 4.34%, sensitivity of 100% and specificity of 94.74%. To identify village communities who deserve PKH assistance, Cinta Rakyat Village administrators can use the findings of this research.

PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN PUPUK KOMPOS BERBAHAN ECENG GONDOK DI DESA KUALA BA’U KECAMATAN KLUET UTARA

ABSTRACT The enclosure of the Krueng Matee waters by vegetation can threaten the preservation of underwater biota, such as fish and shrimp due to lack of oxygen and sunlight, thus the water hyacinth plants reproduce as weeds in the waters of the Krueng Matee river, Kuala Ba'U Village and affect the livelihoods of Kuala Ba'U fishermen. One of the efforts that can be made to overcome water hyacinth weeds is to utilize water hyacinth plants for compost. This community service activity aimed to provide skills in processing water hyacinth into compost for the people of Kuala Ba'U Village. The stages in implementing this activity consisted of field observations, carrying out village administration, the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, preparation of materials and a multipurpose counter machine. The result of this community service was the availability of compost from water hyacinth as well as a good response and welcome from the community and community leaders of Kuala Ba'U Village because the community gained knowledge and skills in processing water hyacinth into compost, thereby reducing water pollution and improving the community's economy, especially for farmers. In addition, this activity can also normalize the estuary of the Krueng Matee river from water hyacinth weeds, so fishermen can return to fishing and catching fish.

Home Worker: Business Dynamics and Family Resilience (Case Study in Sanan Tempe Chips Village, Malang City)

Urban life demands struggle and competition for each individual to survive. Job opportunities are sometimes not proportional to the population, so people are required to be able to create jobs independently. This condition has triggered the emergence of home workers (honme workers). Sanan Village is one of the central villages for the tempeh chips industry in Malang City which has succeeded in raising its community to become more empowered. The aim of this research is to explain the business dynamics and strategies used by home workers to maintain their business to build family resilience and explain the basic valuesthat serve as their working principles. This research is qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies and analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. Research informants were selected purposively with certain criteria according to the research focus.The results of this research show that home workers are able to maintain their businesses. Business dynamics starting from starting a business, maintaining a business, and developing a business can be handled using various strategies. The results of the business can be used to support or fulfill the needs of the family and to send their children to college. The efforts made by home workers are socially capable of creating jobs. The valuesand principles held by home workers are to work honestly, work hard and always be grateful.Keywords: : home workers, family resilience, Sanan village.

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Bagi Masyarakat Desa Petak Dalam Proses Administrasi Desa

Petak Village has utilized technology in the form of a village information system. However, this has not provided maximum convenience, especially for the Petak Village community. This is caused by the lack of maximum utilization of the information system in terms of community needs related to village administration. The lack of public knowledge about how to utilize the information system and the lack of outreach, make these features not be used as they should. The public service most often needed by the community is regarding village administration in the form of a statement letter from the village administration. So far, people have had to come directly to the village office and then apply for the certificate. The process of submitting this letter can be made more concise if using technological assistance. The solutions offered to these problems are divided into two types of activities, namely training on the use of technology, especially web-based, in facilitating activities in the village and holding training on the use of technology that has been provided by Petak Village Apparatuses in terms of village administration services for the community. The initial activity that has been carried out is training regarding the use of technology in the form of healthy internet training, namely digital literacy for the people of Petak Village. Evaluation of activities was carried out at the end of the training and showed an increase in the knowledge of the trainees by 4.875. The second service activity is training in the use of village information systems in submitting letters. The results of the evaluation of community service activities are 51% of community service activities which are stated to be very good.

Inovasi Produk Layanan Administrasi Desa Melalui Aplikasi Banyuwangi Smart Kampung

This research aims to analyze product innovation in village administration services through the Banyuwangi Smart Kampung application. This application adds alternative service products at the village level where previously there were other service products, namely village smart websites and self-service platform machines. The presence of the application brings changes to the public service process in Banyuwangi. Previously, services could only be accessed offline or by coming to the village office. Meanwhile, by using the application, the service can be accessed online. In its implementation in the community, there are still several obstacles, starting from the system, which still frequently experiences errors, as well as obstacles from the Banyuwangi community, many of whom don't know about the existence of this application. This research aims to describe the development of Banyuwangi Smart Kampung application service products. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique. The results of this research show that the Banyuwangi Smart Kampung application can be enjoyed directly by the community because this application makes it very easy for the community to access a service. In implementing the application in society, the government has played an active role in monitoring the implementation of the application by making improvements and updates. The quality of the service product in the form of this application is better than the previous product because, in terms of features and usability, this application is quite complex, namely not only for services at the village level, but can also access services at the district level and can be used for other public services besides administration services. Previously, there was no service product that had the same features and uses as the Banyuwangi Smart Kampung application.

Sosialisasi Sistem Pengarsipan Guna Meningkatkan Tata Kelola Administrasi di Kampung Yanggandur Merauke

The document archiving system in the government hierarchy of a village is crucial in today's modern era. Archiving aims to organise documents in the village organisation system as a form of village identity. This service aims to increase community understanding of the importance of archive management in the village administration system. This service was carried out in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency. The method used in this service is delivering material on the Village Administration Filing System delivered through lecture and presentation methods. The result of the socialisation in this service is a real positive impact on efficiency, transparency, and village community services in the archiving process in the village administration system. Document management is also better organised through this socialisation which then results in three things. Firstly, there is an increase in efficiency in document management. Second, Better Information Accessibility, where this archiving system has brought significant changes in terms of information accessibility. Third, there is a reduced risk of data loss.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Desa Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Prototype di Desa Ciomas Kabupaten Ciamis

This research presents the design and development of a web-based village administration service information system in Ciomas Village, Ciamis Regency. The background of the study is the suboptimal village administration service that still relies on physical form filling and written communication, resulting in delays in serving the community. In this research, the prototype method was chosen as the software development approach, allowing for iteration and active user participation. The system built includes essential features such as citizen data management, online service submission, complaints, validation, verification, tracking, and document downloads. The aim of this research is to build a web-based village administration service information system using the Prototype method. The proposed system will facilitate villagers in accessing administration services online, improve the efficiency of village administration processes, and minimize the potential for human errors in data management. Black box testing and usability testing results show that the system has good learnability and memorability and has incorporated essential features in village administration services. In conclusion, this web-based village administration service information system has the potential to improve the efficiency and quality of village administration services, providing a suitable solution for the issues faced in Ciomas Village and serving as a guide for other villages adopting a similar system.

Sicad: Smart Information System For Village Administration As An Empowering Ngadiluwih Village Kediri In Improving Community Services

he Ngadiluwih Village Government, Kediri Regency, East Java Province also really needs an Android-based application so that the reach of access is wide in an effort to digitize villages to improve village administration services online. The purpose of this community service activity is to build and develop the Ngadiluwih Village Government Smart Information System application, which is abbreviated as Ngadiluwih SICAD in the context of empowering Ngadiluwih Village in an effort to improve online village administration services to the community. The socialization, implementation, and assistance were also carried out to village officials and the community regarding the Ngadiluwih SICAD application product. The results of this activity show that the Ngadiluwih SICAD that has been built is in accordance with the expectations and needs of Ngadiluwih Village and the community with 14 types of letter facilities.

Impact of Different Models of Relocating Coal Mining Villages on the Livelihood Resilience of Rural Households—A Case Study of Huaibei City, Anhui Province

Applying the livelihood resilience theory to the relocation of coal mining villages, the present study explored the levels and the factors hindering livelihood resilience among farmers under different relocation models. This has important implications for enhancing the livelihood resilience of farmers during coal mining relocation and promoting rural revitalization in coal mining areas. Based on the livelihood resilience framework and the actual conditions of mining areas, we formulated an evaluation index system, employed the stratified mean square deviation method to determine weights, used the comprehensive index method to assess the livelihood resilience level, and investigated the obstacles to livelihood resilience among farmers under different relocation models using the random forest model. The results indicate the following: first, the overall livelihood resilience level in the coal mining relocation area of Huaibei City is low and is not significantly different among the four types, with the ranking being as follows: central village agglomeration type > township-centered village construction type > mining-village combination type > suburban community type. Significant differences exist in the indicators and dispersion levels of the resilience dimensions of buffering capacity, self-organization ability, and learning ability among farmers under different relocation models. Second, factors such as household deposits, labor force quantity, social networks, and participation in village collective meetings significantly affect the livelihood resilience level of farmers. However, the degree of influence varies under different relocation models. Third, improvements such as increasing employment opportunities, investing in education resources, and building social networks are necessary to improve farmers’ livelihoods under the four types of relocation models.

Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Watu Jaran Tanpa Kepala DiDesa Laren Kecamatan Bumiayu, Kabupaten BrebesBerdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2010 tentangCagar Budaya

Abstract The Headless Watu Jaran is a historical site which is also a Suspected Cultural Heritage Object (ODCB)which has not been designated as a Cultural Conservation located in Laren Village, Bumiayu District, BrebesRegency. Law Number 10 of 2011 concerning Cultural Conservation guarantees legal certainty and protection forOCBD. The formulation of the problem is what form of legal protection for cultural heritage in Brebes Regencybased on Law (UU) Number 11 of 2010 concerning cultural heritage and what are the obstacles in legal protectionof the Headless Watu Jaran in Laren Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. Normative juridical research withdescriptive-qualitative. Data source is secondary data. Primary legal materials include Law Number 11 of 2010,Government Regulation Number 10 of 1993 and Brebes Regency Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2015. The datacollection techniques areobservation, interview and literature study. Research results: a) Law Number 11 of 2010contains legal protection and legal certainty as well as Regional Regulation (Perda) of Brebes Regency Number 10of 2015 concerning the Preservation and Management of Cultural Heritage and concrete efforts by the Governmentof Laren Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency in protecting and preserving cultural heritage includes,Reporting on the discovery of Suspected Cultural Conservation Objects, care/maintenance, buildingperimeter/barrier fences, socialization and optimization for various interests. b) Obstacles include a minimumnumber of experts, regional performance is hampered because the Cultural Preservation Center is not optimal,synergy between the central government, provincial government, district/city government and village governmentand the community has not reached standards and there are still problems, legal sanctions have not been strictlyenforced.

Village Government’s Risk Management and Village Fund Administration in Indonesia

This study examines the application of risk management in managing village funds, motivated by the village government’s efforts to improve financial management. This research focuses on activities involved in village fund management, including planning, budgeting, administration, reporting, accountability, and supervision. This study analyzes how village governments carry out risk management by considering efficiencies, innovation in public resource management, and anticipating and prioritizing potential threats and opportunities. Data collection involved participant observation, interviews, and analysis of written documents, images, and archives. The result shows that risk management is essential for the management of village funds, and avoiding mistakes in rural communities should be part of their planning and participation. This study highlights the importance of adequate human resources, both in regard to quantity and quality, but it is necessary to pay attention to local strengths by utilizing the nature of cooperation and family skills. Overall, the study emphasizes the need to prioritize risk management in managing village funds to encourage accountability and the efficient use of resources.

Stewardship and everyday governance: Managing materialities in a south‐eastern village community, Estonia

AbstractThis article examines landscape stewardship from the perspective of landscape biography and focuses on different outcomes on how individual and collective stewardship connected to local place attachment and historic understandings are leveraged as local knowledge in sustaining locally important landscapes. The analysis is based on semi‐structured interviews with local people and active residents in three neighbouring villages of south‐eastern Estonia. Particular attention is paid to their place attachment and self‐actualisation in landscape materialities, such as housing, village centre, water bodies and village borders. To bring the diverse types of knowledge connected to landscape stewardship to the forefront, the study suggests careful differentiation between neo‐endogenous community governance and place‐based wisdom of local stakeholders. This differentiation indicates that stewardship should be identified as a micro‐policy term that is oriented towards a collective platform of the information exchange for local capacity building. This would lead to multiple and resilient place‐based know‐how related to territories, political networks and associated land use discourses.

Digitalisasi Pelayanan Publik Pada Desa Salo Timur Dengan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website

The process of administering East Salo Village administration, including general administration, population administration, development administration. The problem faced by partners, namely conveying information about Village potential, population, Village activity agenda, Village Budget carried out by Village officials to the local community, is by conveying socialization directly at the East Salo Village office or making banners outside the Village office regarding the Village Expenditure Budget ( APBDes). The obstacles faced by the community if they want to get information quickly, are often hampered by the working hours of village officials and during the socialization carried out by East Salo Village officials, not all people attend the socialization activities. Coupled with the lack of understanding of village officials regarding information technology, this means that services to the community are not optimal. The solution offered is by creating an information system based on the East Salo Village website and providing training to East Salo Village officials on the use of the information system created.

Pengembangan Panduan Digital Wisata Halal Berbahasa Arab Berbasis Budaya Indonesia: Menyelami Kebutuhan Wisatawan Muslim

This study aims to analyze the need for a digital guide to halal tourism in Arabic language based on Indonesian culture in Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Lombok Barat, and Gorontalo. The primary objectives are to provide practical and quick information about halal tourism, enhance domestic and international visits, and promote the unique cultural heritage of these three regions. The research adopts the Borg and Gall development model. The identification of the guide's needs utilizes data from documentation and questionnaires filled out by tourists, hotel managers, village administrators, tourism department officials, and travel companies. The study concludes that a digital Arabic-language halal tourism guide needs to be developed in terms of content (halal facilities, recreational activities, types of tourism), culture (information on local culture and permissible practices), and technology (application-based design for convenient access to tourism information).

Utilization of Online Village Administration Services: Training on the use of Cihuni Village Website Features

Public administration services are important for rural communities. With a large population, it is difficult for administrative service processes using conventional methods to run optimally, so they need to be transformed into digital form. Current technology should be able to support the optimization of administrative services from village officers to the community; However, limitations related to the use of technology are an obstacle for village officers. Therefore, training is needed for village officers in using administrative service features via the Cihuni village website resulting from previous research. The training activity used a demonstration and trial approach method in Cihuni Village, a village supported by Multimedia Nusantara University. The training process involved the UMN Lecturer Team as community service members and Cihuni Village officers. This activity aims to increase village officers' understanding of using the Cihuni village website, which has various features to improve public administration services. The results of this activity contribute to increasing village officers' understanding of using the Cihuni village website.
