Abstract

Sendangasri Village as an art and cultural tourism village has tourism potential, namely many artists, art galleries, batik craftsmen, art performances and Ancak Carnival. These potentials by the tourism village manager are realized in the form of tour packages. Observations by the community service team found that the existence of this tourist village was not widely known by the public. Observations also identified the problems faced were (1) Lack of knowledge regarding tourism village promotion through social media (2) Not understanding the concept of digitalization in marketing. The solution taken is the implementation of digital marketing by optimizing social media Websites, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube for the promotion of tourist villages. Community service activities are carried out in three stages, namely training, implementation and mentoring. The results of this community service are increased awareness, activeness and skills of tourism village administrators in carrying out online promotions through social media.
