Sorting out the stakeholders’ functions and interactive relationship is the foundation for building a multi-agent collaborative mechanism of the university Campus crisis. Under the analytical framework of “micro individual- medium organization- macro societyâ€, this paper studies participating functions of micro individual stakeholders, such as students, teachers and managers, coordinating functions of medium organization stakeholders, like party-masses working departments, administrative departments, logistic departments, and collaborative functions of macro society stakeholders, i.e. government, business, and society. It analyzes the interactive relationship between the above three different levels of stakeholders. Reforming thoughts, such as forging shared prospects, building common value, improving interest mechanisms, enhancing trust relationships, deepening institutional reform, stimulating positive participation, are therefore put forward to achieve the goal of good multi-agent collaborative management of university campus crisis.
