Research on the Innovative Path of Campus Crisis Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges in Ethnic Areas

Abstract

The occurrence of campus crisis in higher vocational colleges in ethnic areas seriously affects normal teaching and talent cultivation in schools. The article uses the bottom-up grounded theory for data collection and three-level coding through Nvivo11.0 software, and finds that there are problems such as the lack of management mechanism, inadequate safety education, short boards in the campus environment, and lagging teachers in campus crisis management, etc. Taking these problems as the starting point, it puts forward the innovative path of the campus crisis management mode of higher vocational colleges in the ethnic areas, and effectively improves the prevention and resolution ability of campus crisis events.
