Perancangan Enterprise Arsitektur Menggunakan TOGAF ADM Di Bea Cukai Tanjung Pandan pada Aplikasi SIMPORA

The web-based SIMPORA Customs Tanjung Pandan application is an efficient solution for optimizing annual budgeting business processes. Customers can easily get the latest information about the services provided in real-time. So it is hoped that it can improve performance significantly. To develop it, several data collection techniques were used, namely by conducting in-depth interviews, making observations and documenting them. Meanwhile, the research methodology is TOGAF ADM 9.1. This method is known to be the best method that can develop architecture in a structured and reliable manner. Several types of diagrams that help in designing this system are Value Chain, BPMN, Context Diagram, Use Case, and Class Diagram. It is hoped that this enterprise architecture design will enable budgeting to be monitored and improved immediately by stakeholders. The result of this research is an enterprise architecture design to support business processes at Tanjung Pandan Customs and Excise. It is hoped that various budgeting errors and design inaccuracies can be reduced and eliminated with this application, so that it can support the optimization of this institution's business processes.

Антикризова трансформація стратегій підприємницьких структур та організаційно-економічний механізм їх реалізації

The article presents the results of the analysis of scientific publications containing definitions and approaches to determining the content of strategy concepts, strategic and anti-crisis management, organizational and economic mechanism. It has been established that the high degree of negative impact of crisis factors determines the growth of exogenous determinism of business structure strategies, the reduction of planning time horizons and their acquisition of the functional content of anti-crisis management. The organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of anti-crisis strategies acquires an additional functional purpose, which is related to the monitoring and assessment of military threats in the process of determining long-term and functional goals. The transformation of the economic component of the mechanism involves the optimization of the enterprise's business processes, which ensures its resistance to external destabilizing influences.

ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY IN FUNCTIONING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AT TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS ENTERPRISES

In order to identify the most problematic areas where delays, errors or ineffectiveness of transport and logistics activities occur and to develop measures to improve processes and improve their interaction, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of business processes. The efficiency of business processes of transport and logistics enterprises depends on a comprehensive approach, risk management and constant evaluation of results. Knowing the efficiency of business processes, you can better plan working hours, allocate resources and the budget; optimization measures will help reduce costs, increase productivity and improve the quality of transport and logistics services.Nowadays, many modern methods of evaluating the effectiveness of business processes at enterprises have been developed and used, which differ in approaches to the identification and classification of business processes as a basis for evaluation, a list of criteria, and an emphasis on various aspects and stages.The article proposes a methodical approach to the assessment of business processes at a transport and logistics enterprise, which is based on determining the sequence of business processes in order to satisfy the needs of consumers. Formation of a system of indicators characterizing the resources (input) of the business process and the process and its result (output) are also important, as well as establishing the importance and effectiveness of each business process. The main difference of the approach is the ability to assess both the internal structure of business processes (by analyzing the functioning of each of its elements) and the contribution to the company's final result.The directions of further scientific research are the development of a set of measures and a system for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the functioning of business processes of transport and logistics enterprises: establishing standards and procedures that will allow optimizing business processes and constantly improving them; the use of modern technologies and tools, such as process automation, logistics chain management systems, monitoring and control, which in general will allow the enterprise to achieve higher results, increase competitiveness and satisfy customer needs.

Problems of defining the concept and nature of virtual assets as an object of legal regulation in economic activity in Ukraine

The article reveals the problem of defining the concept and nature of virtual assets through the prism of their legal regulation at the national and international levels. The factors determining the use of virtual assets in economic activity around the world and, accordingly, the relevance of the chosen topic of scientific research are determined: informatization of all areas of social life, technological boom, emergence of new information and communication technologies, which can significantly optimize business processes, globalization processes in the international economy, etc. Attention is focused on the lack of a unified approach to defining the concept and legal nature of a virtual asset and the presence of various approaches to solving this issue in national and foreign science of law: identification of virtual assets with the category of virtual currency; definition of a virtual asset through the concept of "information” or "data”; distinguishing the categories "virtual currency” and "virtual assets” as a part and a whole, etc.
 A conclusion was made about the importance of using the classification of virtual assets according to the criterion of their functional purpose for the formation of the mechanism of their differentiated legal regulation. Attention is also focused on the lack of a single legal approach to determining the essence of virtual assets in the Ukrainian legal system. There were analyzed relevant provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Virtual Assets”, the draft Concept of State Policy in the Field of Virtual Assets, drafts of the Law "On the Circulation of Cryptocurrencies in Ukraine” No. 7183 dated 06.10.2017, the Law "On Stimulating the Market of Cryptocurrencies and Their Derivatives in Ukraine” No. 7183 dated 10.10.2017 and the Law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (regarding stimulation of the market of cryptocurrencies and their derivatives in Ukraine)” No. 7246 dated 30.10.2017 in the article. Attention is also focused on the need to harmonize the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Virtual Assets” in terms of defining a virtual asset as an object of civil rights. As the conclusions of the conducted scientific research, the author identified the conceptual problems of defining the essence and nature of virtual assets as an object of legal regulation and proposed specific ways to solve some of them, namely: specification of the legal definition of virtual assets in the Law of Ukraine No. 2074-IX; consolidation of the legal definition of the nature of the virtual asset; legislative consolidation of activity in the field of virtual assets and virtual currencies in the Classifier of types of economic activity, etc.

Application of sensor-based speech data mining in E-commerce operations data analysis

With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry, enterprises need to effectively manage and analyze various operational data to support decision making and optimize business processes. Sensor technology is widely used in e-commerce environment, which can collect a lot of voice data and extract valuable information through data mining technology. The study presents the current background and trends of the e-commerce industry, with a focus on the importance and challenges of operational data analytics. A sensor-based voice data mining framework is proposed. Sensors are first used to collect voice data and turn it into a digital signal that can be used for analysis. Then the data mining algorithm is used to process and analyze the voice data, and a series of results about e-commerce operation are obtained. Analyze voice data to help companies develop effective marketing strategies, improve product quality, and optimize supply chain management. This study proves the role of sensor-based voice data mining in e-commerce operational data analysis. By harnessing the full potential of voice data, businesses can better understand and meet customer needs, improve competitiveness and performance. This research result has practical significance for the development of e-commerce industry, and provides guidance and reference for the research and practice in related fields.

Performance Assessment of Business Process Optimization Algorithms Using a Prototype Dataset Generator

Modern approaches of business administration consider processes as the fundamental element for the structure of a company that pursues high competitiveness and profitability. Hence, the implementation of effective processes has become a major concern, in an attempt to develop methodologies for their continuous improvement with respect to predefined evaluation criteria. Considering that an optimization method needs to be evaluated systematically in terms of performance and accuracy, the aim of this paper is the development of a generator that can construct synthetic test problems of diverse size and difficulty, employing well-defined complexity parameters derived from the Graph Theory and where a business process design is represented as a two-terminal-directed acyclic graph. However, a plethora of different formulations regarding the process optimization problem that have been presented in the relevant literature motivated our research to consider the target model of the generator as an ideal case, which can be derived by the aforementioned formulations after reducing some of their constraints. The experimental evaluation demonstrates how different value settings of the complexity parameters affect the difficulty of the generated instances, proving the capability of the proposed generator to create test sets of varying complexity.

Development of digital financial instruments and their use in the activities of entities of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine


 
 
 The pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine is an important component of its economy and the health of its population. At all stages of its development, it was and remains the centre of innovations, where the scientific and technological potential of the region is concentrated.
 Theoretical and practical aspects of the development of innovative digital financial instruments and financial support were investigated and on their basis the activities of enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry in the conditions of the digital economy and electronic commerce as the most perspective segment of the modern market in the conditions of restrictions on direct contacts and the movement of people due to measures to combat the pandemic have been studied, military actions and security of people have been studied. It was determined that financial instruments can be conditionally divided into traditional and digital. They have similar content, functions, and features, however, they have different spheres of manifestation, advantages, disadvantages, and risks. At the same time, the implementation of digital financial instruments allows to significantly save the time of entrepreneurs and customers or services; it also saves cash; simplifies administration and, as a result, it increases the profitability of enterprises, in particular, the pharmaceutical industry.
 The study shows wide opportunities for the development and application of embedded finance in the pharmaceutical sphere with the aim of increasing business profitability by saving time, premises and other means of providing and implementing financial activities; and economic benefits to consumers and partners; optimization of business processes and management of activities in general; promotion of innovation, investment and integration processes.
 
 

Malaria Surveillance Information System using an Android Mobile Phone: A Qualitative Study in Lahat District, South Sumatra Province, Indonesia

Introduction: Delays in case-based surveillance are a significant obstacle to eliminating malaria. This study aims to optimise the current electronic malaria information system (eMIS), which uses an eMIS android-based mobile. Method: Qualitative research was conducted in the Lahat District, South Sumatra Province. We select informants directly involved in, or playing a role in, malaria control activities, such as program managers at community health centres (Puskemas) and health services. The system is built using the Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques (FAST), a structured method for analysing complex systems. It helps professionals break down problems, uncover hidden relationships, and make better decisions. FAST is widely used in engineering, project management, and business process optimisation to tackle complex challenges and improve problem-solving. Results: The paper revealed suggestions for designing and optimising the current eMIS. One recommended method for overcoming the obstacles is to optimise an eMIS Android-based mobile for malaria reporting. Eight key informants participated in the interviews. The main obstacles by key informants are the free time available for giving deep information and annoyance from outside during interviews due to their other activities. Hence, the researchers made appointments with informants and interviewed in a particular room, not the informant’s office. Conclusion: Our study demonstrates that eMIS android-based mobile is a better refinement of the current eMIS based on PC to support malaria surveillance for malaria elimination programs in an endemic area. Data entry with an eMIS android-based mobile is faster, more accurate, and allows real-time collaboration, outperforming sheet applications.

Conceptual approach to analyzing the impact of ESG on the value of a business entityy

Aim. To analyze and identify trends, mechanisms and problems of ESG-trends impact on the value of the company.Objectives. Systematization of key approaches to consideration of the essence of ESG-paradigm impact on the company's value; identification of prerequisites, advantages and barriers hindering the implementation of ESG-principles in the practice of Russian companies; substantiation of multilevel impact of internal and external environment on the implementation of ESGmechanisms in the context of strategic business development.Methods. In this article the trends and mechanisms of ESG-principles impact on the company's value as an integral indicator reflecting the efficiency of its activity are considered in various aspects using general methods of scientific cognition.Results. In the course of the research the important role of the company's value as an indicator that allows to comprehensively monitor the state of its affairs is shown. The analysis revealed the fact that crises, environmental degradation, the need to optimize corporate governance and the social demands of employees and local communities have become the driving factors for the introduction of ESG in the practice of companies. The author concluded that the application of ESG practices allows optimizing business processes, improving financial indicators and branding system, creating an attractive image for investors, transforming comfortable mechanisms of interaction with stakeholders based on trust, openness and transparency, as well as creating sustainable competitive advantages. The paper substantiates the assertion that the lack of unified standards, significant differences in the industry aspect in the application of ESG-paradigm, insufficient spread of this concept in our country and unformed information support serve as barriers that significantly hinder the introduction of non-financial reporting forms and ESGtools.Conclusions. The conducted research makes it possible to form a four-level model of ESG-trends impact on the company's value. It allows to take into account the factors and trends of each of them, to develop optimal mechanisms of adjustment and adaptation to new realities.

Devising approaches to modeling enterprise business processes under conditions of modern digital technologies

A study was conducted on modeling business processes at an enterprise under the conditions of modern digital technologies, which could make it possible to determine the level of digitization at the enterprise in general, minimize costs, optimize work, and enable business processes automation. The main and most important business processes at an enterprise require simulation on basic digital technologies. As part of the research, the main business processes at an enterprise under the conditions of digital technologies were formed, which make it possible to determine the level of efficiency of the enterprise from the implemented digital technologies and the ways that the enterprise should implement to improve it. It has been established that digitalization has a positive effect on a country's GDP level, the level of employment, and the growth of the population's well-being. A methodical approach to the formation of the company's strategy based on the modeling of business processes, taking into account digital technologies, has been devised. This approach, unlike existing ones, makes it possible to determine the necessary level of digitization and identify the scope of implementation of the implementation of digital technologies at the enterprise. This makes it possible to assess digitization at an enterprise and determine the most important business processes for its operation. Practical implementation of the proposed methodology was carried out for four transport industry enterprises. The most important business processes for enterprises have been determined. According to the results of the study, it was found that digital modeling and optimization of business processes has the greatest impact, which is (3.00) and shows the level of effectiveness of the implementation of digital technologies, as well as their orientation to the search for appropriate sources of financial resources

Optimizing Business Processes through Information System Integration A Case Study in Banda Aceh

This research aims to optimize business processes through information system integration using a case study in Banda Aceh. This research uses a qualitative approach with a single case study research method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation. Research respondents consist of managers and employees involved in the business processes to be integrated. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis. The research results show that information system integration significantly increases the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in Banda Aceh. Information system integration enables faster data processing, better monitoring of business processes, and more accurate decision making. Additionally, information system integration also enables better collaboration between different departments and stakeholders. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that information system integration plays an important role in optimizing business processes in Banda Aceh. By integrating information systems, companies can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. However, the implementation of information systems integration also faces challenges, such as technical difficulties and changes in organizational culture. Therefore, strong commitment and support from company management is needed to achieve optimal results.

Generative Models of Artificial Intelligence as an Effective Tool for Optimizing Business Processes

In today’s world, Artificial Intelligence has become one of the most popular terms. It already creates a significant amount of digital content, including texts, pictures, music, videos, etc. According to some forecasts, by 2035, Artificial Intelligence will bring 15.7 trillion dollars to the world economy. In December 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the concept of Artificial Intelligence development until 2030. For Ukraine, this direction is quite new, but with the help of such a step, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine hopes to attract billions of investments through this initiative.Many industries seek to automate certain types of work with the help of intelligent machines, and Artificial Intelligence is extensively used in various fields, including business management. Chatbots, particularly those based on the GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) model, are gaining popularity as effective tools for communication with customers and task management. However, there are challenges related to the formulation of requests (prompting) that must be addressed to achieve the maximum productivity of managers.Research and formation of effective prompting in chatbots (including GPT) for managing business processes have become key tasks under these conditions. Advances in Artificial Intelligence and machine learning enable the expansion of the capabilities of this tool to enhance the productivity of managers at all levels of management. The article presents the basic principles of prompting functionality and examines the existing problems. The authors have conducted several experiments using various methods of prompting and evaluated their effectiveness in real conditions when solving various management tasks, and, based on the conducted research, proposed approaches to increasing the efficiency of using Artificial Intelligence in the management of business processes of companies and organizations.

ПАРАДИГМА ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article is devoted to the actual problem of substantiation of scientific and methodological provisions and development of practical recommendations on the paradigm of digital transformation of business processes of enterprises. It is determined that for successful operation in the market, enterprises must develop a business model to create value for customers and make a profit by the company. Five main areas covered by digital transformation are revealed: business model transformation, automation and optimization of business processes, innovation in digital products and services, empowerment and employee engagement, and customer interaction. The definition of "digital transformation" is given as the integration of digital technologies into all business areas, which radically changes the principles of enterprise operation and providing value to customers. The advantages that enterprises that make the transition to the digital transformation paradigm receive are revealed: a better understanding of market trends; expanding markets and sales channels; ensuring compliance with customer expectations and meeting their needs; increasing customer loyalty; expanding opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability. The stages of forming a digital transformation strategy are substantiated, which consist in the following: defining the mission and strategic vision; auditing the existing business strategy; reviewing business processes to add value to the product using digital technologies; defining your own priority projects; developing a system of necessary competencies; outsourcing of functions to partners or external organizations; identification of key indicators of the organization's development and measures to implement the strategy; optimization of the management process and formation of Digital Culture; selection of the most effective digital technology. Companies that have successfully applied digital technologies to transform their business in various fields of activity are represented: Walmart in retail, Mayo Clinic – medical services, investment bank Goldman Sach, travel and hotel company Airbnb, car manufacturer Toyota.

AI SYSTEMS FOR OPTIMIZING ENERGY PROCESSES: INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE

The paper presents the results of a study dedicated to modern digitization processes in the energy sector, in particular implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems for optimizing energy processes. The study deals with the key aspects of the AI system’s implementation in energy processes. A special focus was given to the terminology in the context of the system approach to the AI-related categories. The article provides results of the corresponding research with the following objectives: to argue the concept of the AI-systems in the energy sector; consider the main stages of the AI-system implementation for optimizing processes within the enterprise's energy complex, analyze the know-how regarding AI-system usage in the energy sector of Ukraine: determine AI challenges and perspectives; recommend the controlling system to mitigate AI-risks. We concluded that the energy companies are able to optimize energy processes by implementation of the AI systems. The study revealed the main features of AI systems, their implementation within energy companies for optimizing business processes, features of the controlling system to manage AI-related risks, and ways to develop AI systems within companies and energy processes. As far as implementation of the AI systems is usually followed by socio-economic consequences we paid attention to the following AI-related aspects as well: 1) the impact of AI systems on technological unemployment; 2) consideration of organizational changes depending on the level of the AI systems use within energy companies; 3) recommendations for support of AI systems in energy processes in the post-war period in the Ukrainian economy. Thus, the research underscores the pivotal role of AI systems in fostering a more resilient and environmentally conscious approach to energy management, thereby contributing to the long-term sustainable development goals of enterprises.

Evidence-based knowledge management: a topic modeling analysis of research on knowledge management and analytics

Purpose Organizations widely adopt knowledge management (KM) to develop and promote technologies and improve business effectiveness. Analytics can aid in KM, further augmenting company performance and decision-making. There has been significant research in the domain of analytics in KM in the past decade. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the current body of literature on the adoption of analytics in KM by offering prominent themes and laying out a research path for future research endeavors in the field of KM analytics. Design/methodology/approach A comprehensive analysis was conducted on a collection of 123 articles sourced from the Scopus database. The research has used a Latent Dirichlet Allocation methodology for topic modeling and content analysis to discover prominent themes in the literature. Findings The KM analytics literature is categorized into three clusters of research – KM analytics for optimizing business processes, KM analytics in the industrial context and KM analytics and social media. Originality/value Systematizing the literature on KM and analytics has received very minimal attention. The KM analytics view has been examined using complementary topic modeling techniques, including machine-based algorithms, to enable a more reliable, systematic, thorough and objective mapping of this developing field of research.
