Abstract

The article presents an approach to developing a strategy for the sustainable development of an organization in the long term, based on the optimization of key business processes in functional areas. The structure and relationships of business processes in an organization that is a key market player is determined. Tools for optimizing management and servicing business processes for the formation and transformation of a business model are identified. Typical strengths and weaknesses have been identified in improving business processes for organizations operating in high-tech sectors of the economy. The influence of the organizational structure of the enterprise on the processes of optimization of business processes is clarified.
