Mobile phones and internet form a crucial part of modern life, which raises important questions, such as security, data protection and privacy. Countless studies examine what influences users' approaches towards security. The attitude theory gives the basic background to the present study through which the topics of cyber safety and security, data protection and privacy are examined. The three components of attitude, which served as the three pillars of the applied survey, are: (1) the cognitive component (belief and knowledge), (2) the affective component (feelings) and (3) the behavioural component (the effect of the attitude on the users' behaviour). Self-reported security knowledge and feelings about security were assessed, out of which three factors were formed using EFA. The security behaviour of each factor was examined to determine the consistency of the responses. Moreover, the three factors helped to identify three separate clusters. As a conclusion it can be stated that the theory of attitudes can help understanding user security behaviour better. Finally, future research directions are suggested.

Managing Stress among Nursing Students Using Solution-Focused Brief Intervention: A Quasi-Experimental Trial

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of solution-focused brief intervention on stress among nursing students in Ilorin metropolis, Kwara State, Nigeria. The study was a quasi-experimental design of pretest-posttest only design. The sample of 30 participants was purposively selected from the population of 234 nursing students at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) school complex, Maraba, Ilorin. A validated “Stress Questionnaire (SQ)” was used to measure the participants’ level of stress, which has a Cronbach Alpha index of 0.88. The intervention was conducted within eight weeks based on different tasks scheduled on the solution-focused intervention. At the pretest state, the participants’ stress level was measured to determine those that qualified for the treatment and their level of stress was measured at the posttest stage. The data collected was analysed using percentage for the demographic profile of the participants and Paired Sample t-test statistics to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The SPSS version 23 software was used to perform the analyses. The results of the study revealed that solution-focused brief intervention has effect on physical component (t = 11.57; p < .05); behavioural component (t = 16.75 p < .05); and psychological component (t = 10.85; p < .05) of stress among the participants. The study concluded that solution-focused brief intervention is an effective strategy to combat physical, behavioural and psychological manifestations of stress. It was recommended that therapists should adopt solution-focused brief intervention on stress among nursing students.

Too Anxious to Speak: Assessing the Impact of Social Anxiety on High School Students’ Self-Esteem, Academic Performance, and Coping Strategies

Social anxiety is one of the most prevalent mental health issues students experience. It is the excessive worry on negative opinions about oneself from people. This study analyzes relative impacts of social anxiety on high school students' academic performance and self-esteem, and evaluates what stimulates social anxiety problems among high school students and how they overcome it. A phenomenological approach was utilized to examine experiences of 12 high school students from Central Luzon State University, Philippines. Through Social Cognitive Theory, the researchers explored the cognitive, social, and behavioral components that contributed to effects of social anxiety on high school students' self-esteem, academic performance, and coping strategies. Data were gathered through semi-structured audio-recorded interviews and were analyzed thematically. Results revealed various factors, including environmental, negative experiences, and inner conflicts that caused social anxiety. Students suffering from social anxiety struggle academically while building relationships with peers as well. Overcoming social anxiety is challenging and effective coping strategy helps reduce students' anxiety. Collectively, social anxiety significantly impacts academic performance, self-esteem, and coping strategies.. This study would contribute to literature and the educational field as it could serve as a guide to what actions should be implemented to improve the mental health of high school students through better guidance on coping strategies, which was revealed to be lacking. Therefore, school-based anxiety treatments, as well as socio-academic programs, must be concretized to develop social skills and succeed in future endeavors. ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ СТРАТЕГІЙ ГАРМОНІЗАЦІЇ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЇ

The article clarified the essence and components of the organizational behavior of enterprises, outlined the state and identified modern trends in the organizational behavior of enterprises, which confirmed the importance of: flexibility, cooperation, leadership development, implementation of digital technologies, increased ethics. At the same time, it was emphasized that the war definitely changed the approach to organizational behavior, partnership and cooperation, creating new challenges and limitations, and the year 2024 is preparing new tests, which is why companies need to focus on new goals, motives, working conditions, on the development of qualitatively new strategies harmonization of its organizational behavior in the conditions of digitalization, since it is necessary to strengthen and lay the post-war future of the country already today. The influence of digitalization conditions on the formation and selection of strategies for harmonizing the organizational behavior of the enterprise has been studied, it requires transformations in the organizational structure, culture, communications, leadership and perception of changes, problems that need to be solved and which, with balanced approaches and effective management, can be painlessly overcome in the process of harmonization have been identified organizational behavior of enterprises and the influencing factors on these processes are revealed, the stages are defined (analysis of the current state of organizational behavior of the enterprise, determination of parameters of the strategy of harmonization of organizational behavior, preparation of personnel for changes, implementation of organizational measures, new digital tools and technologies, evaluation of results and adjustments) and forecasted advantages and effects of implementing strategies for harmonizing the organizational behavior of enterprises in conditions of digitalization: increasing the level of competitiveness; activation of innovativeness; improving communication and cooperation; improvement of the management and reporting mechanism; attraction and retention of talented specialists; cost reduction and optimization of business processes. In addition, the implementation of strategies for harmonizing organizational behavior contributes to changes in organizational culture, creating a more flexible and open environment that is conducive to innovation and enterprise success in the context of digitalization.

The Mediating Role of Emotion Regulation in the Relationship Between Parent-Child Relationship Quality and Risky Behaviors in Adolescents

Objective: Adolescence is a critical period in life. During adolescence, individuals experience new situations and, as a result, face various risks. The present study aims to determine the mediating role of emotion regulation in the relationship between the quality of the parent-child relationship and risky behaviors in adolescents. Methods and Materials: This study is descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection and structural equation modeling in nature. The study population includes all adolescents in Tehran city. Based on Morgan's table, 222 individuals were selected as the sample size through a convenient sampling method and participated in the current study. Data were collected using the Parent-Child Relationship Assessment questionnaire, the Cognitive Emotion Regulation questionnaire, and the Adolescent Risk-Taking Scale. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation analysis and path analysis in the AMOS and SPSS version 22 software. Findings: The results of the research showed that maladaptive emotion regulation is significantly positively correlated with risky behaviors in adolescents (P < 0.01). The quality of the parent-child relationship had a significant negative correlation with components of risky behaviors in adolescents (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Other findings of this research indicated that emotion regulation strategies play a mediating role in the relationship between the quality of the parent-child relationship and risky behaviors. Therefore, in adolescents, the quality of the parent-child relationship determines risky behaviors through emotion regulation strategies.

The article presents the results of studying in methodological and theoretical aspects of modern organizational behavior. It outlines the formation of theoretical ideas about the essence, goals and objectives of organizational behavior. The trends in the development of organizational behavior as a science and a practical field of activity that develops on the basis of various schools are revealed. It is shown that the formation of the methodological basis for organizational behavior at the micro, meso and macro levels was influenced by the concepts of a number of classical and applied sciences, extending their conclusions to various components of organizational behavior. The article carries out an analysis of the majority of the established doctrines existing in the theory of organizational behavior. It is proved that the systematic and multidimensional nature of the issues solved by modern organizational behavior required the combined efforts of many scientific disciplines – economics, management, psychology, sociology, philosophy – as a result of which a modern theory of organizational behavior was formed, in which a number of objects of individual theories were taken into account, various systems were generalized into particular theories.

The article analyzes etiquette in the context of social relations and its role in society. In the business sphere, ethics and etiquette complement each other. The issue of business etiquette is an important component of the professional behavior of entrepreneurs and businesspeople. Etiquette is a system of behavioral rules that regulates the external manifestations of human relationships. Most etiquette norms arise from the moral and aesthetic needs formed by humanity. The norms of ethics and aesthetics require the development of communication rules between people, which is also necessary in the business sphere. Etiquette primarily concerns behavioral categories, while ethics refers to moral categories. This means that a polite person is not always moral, but a moral person must be well-mannered and polite. Thus, the norms of etiquette and morality that have developed in society are mechanisms for regulating the long process of forming relationships between people. Without adherence to ethical norms, neither economic, political, nor business relations can exist. The article explores the concept of etiquette, specifically focusing on its significance within social relations and its broader role in shaping societal interactions. In the realm of business, etiquette and ethics are interdependent and serve as vital tools that help businesspeople navigate the complexities of professional conduct. Etiquette, being a structured set of behavioral guidelines, plays a crucial role in regulating how individuals present themselves and interact with others, ensuring that professional exchanges occur smoothly and respectfully. This concept stems largely from the moral and aesthetic frameworks that have evolved over centuries, reflecting the innate human need for order, decency, and civility in all forms of communication. In the business environment, the lines between ethical and etiquette-related behavior often intertwine. While ethics addresses deeper moral obligations, etiquette focuses on outward actions and mannerisms. It is important to note that these two concepts, while distinct, are mutually reinforcing. For instance, a polite individual may not necessarily exhibit ethical integrity, but a person grounded in strong moral principles will likely adhere to courteous behavior. The long-standing traditions of etiquette offer a system through which professionals can cultivate trust, foster cooperation, and create a foundation for sustainable relationships – whether in business or politics. Without these codes of conduct, the structure of professional interaction would falter, leading to a breakdown in both economic and political engagements. Therefore, the implementation of etiquette is not just an option but a necessity for the functioning of modern business practices.

Exploring Inter-Brain Electroencephalogram Patterns for Social Cognitive Assessment During Jigsaw Puzzle Solving.

Social interaction enables the smooth progression of our daily lives. Mounting evidence from recent hyperscanning neuroimaging studies indicates that key components of social behavior can be evaluated using inter-brain oscillations and connectivity. However, mapping out inter-brain networks and developing neurocognitive theories that explain how humans co-create and share information during social interaction remains challenging. In this study, we developed a jigsaw puzzle-solving game with hyperscanning electroencephalography (EEG) signals recorded to investigate inter-brain activities during social interactions involving cooperation and competition. Participants were recruited and paired into dyads to participate in the multiplayer jigsaw puzzle game with 32-channel EEG signals recorded. The corresponding event-related potentials (ERPs), brain oscillations, and inter-brain functional connectivity were analyzed. The results showed different ERP morphologies of P3 patterns in competitive and cooperative contexts, and brain oscillations in the low-frequency band may be an indicator of social cognitive activities. Furthermore, increased inter-brain functional connectivity in the delta, theta, alpha, and beta frequency bands was observed in the competition mode compared to the cooperation mode. By presenting comparable and valid hyperscanning EEG results alongside those of previous studies using traditional paradigms, this study demonstrates the potential of utilizing hyperscanning techniques in real-life game-playing scenarios to quantitatively assess social cognitive interactions involving cooperation and competition. Our approach offers a promising platform with potential applications in the flexible assessment of psychiatric disorders related to social functioning.

Demography, habitat use, and movement patterns of founder Oriental Storks Ciconia boyciana in South Korea

Summary Reintroduction includes the captive propagation and movement of extirpated animals or plants into areas of historical and native distribution. Many biotic or abiotic factors can affect a founder population when small numbers are released into unfamiliar novel environments, particularly at the early stage of reintroduction. The inclusion of behavioural and ecological components plays a crucial role in the decision-making process of endangered species conservation efforts such as reintroduction. Since the resident population of Oriental Storks Ciconia boyciana was locally extirpated in South Korea in 1971, its founders have been established through reintroduction since 2015. The aim of this study was to investigate the demography, habitat use, and movement patterns of stork founders using the first two-year demographic and tracking data. Stork founders maintained their population size, which slightly increased in the long term. The patterns of habitat use and movement depended on rice paddy fields for foraging and breeding along with mixed effects of breeding status and season. Considering ecological and life history-related perspectives, we also discuss the potential adaptiveness of founder Oriental Storks as a resident population in a novel environment in South Korea.

A Novel Behavioral Intervention to Enhance Physical Activity for Older Veterans in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Physical activity levels during skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation fall far below what is needed for successful community living and to prevent adverse events. This feasibility study's purpose was to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effectiveness of an intervention designed to improve physical activity in patients admitted to SNFs for short-term rehabilitation. High-Intensity Rehabilitation plus Mobility combined a high-intensity (i.e.,high weight, low repetition), progressive (increasing in difficulty over time), and functional resistance rehabilitation intervention with a behavioral economics-based physical activity program. The behavioral economics component included five mobility sessions/week with structured goal setting, gamification, and loss aversion (the idea that people are more likely to change a behavior in response to a potential loss over a potential gain). SNF physical therapists, occupational therapists, and a mobility coach implemented the High-Intensity Rehabilitation plus Mobility protocol with older Veterans (n = 18) from a single SNF. Participants demonstrated high adherence to the mobility protocol and were highly satisfied with their rehabilitation. Treatment fidelity scores for clinicians were ≥95%. We did not observe a hypothesized 40% improvement in step counts or time spent upright. However, High-Intensity Rehabilitation plus Mobility participants made clinically important improvements in short physical performance battery scores and gait speed from admission to discharge that were qualitatively similar to or slightly higher than historical cohorts from the same SNF that had received usual care or high-intensity rehabilitation alone. These results suggest a structured physical activity program can be feasibly combined with high-intensity rehabilitation for SNF residents following a hospital stay.

A pharmacist-led interprofessional medication adherence program improved adherence to oral anticancer therapies: The OpTAT randomized controlled trial.

Oral anticancer therapies such as protein kinase inhibitors (PKIs) are increasingly prescribed in cancer care. We aimed to evaluate the impact of a pharmacist-led interprofessional medication adherence program (IMAP) on patient implementation (dosing history), persistence (time until premature cessation of the treatment) and adherence to 27 PKIs prescribed for various solid cancers, as well as the impact on patients' beliefs about medicines (BAM) and quality of life (QoL). Patients (n = 118) were randomized 1:1 into two arms. In the intervention arm, pharmacists supported patient adherence through monthly electronic and motivational feedback, including educational, behavioral and affective components, for 12 months. The control arm received standard care plus EM without intervention. All PKIs were delivered in electronic monitors (EMs). Medication implementation and adherence were compared between groups using generalized estimating equation models, in which relevant covariables were included; persistence was compared with Kaplan‒Meier curves. Information on all treatment interruptions was compiled for the analysis. Questionnaires to evaluate BAM and QoL were completed among patients who refused and those who accepted to participate at inclusion, 6 and 12 months post-inclusion or at study exit. Day-by-day PKI implementation was consistently higher and statistically significant in the intervention arm (n = 58) than in the control arm (n = 60), with 98.1% and 95.0% (Δ3.1%, 95% confidence interval (CI) of the difference 2.5%; 3.7%) implementation at 6 months, respectively. The probabilities of persistence and adherence were not different between groups, and no difference was found between groups for BAM and QoL scores. No difference in BAM or QoL was found among patients who refused versus those who participated. The intervention benefited mostly men (at 6 months, Δ4.7%, 95% CI 3.4%; 6.0%), those younger than 60 years (Δ4.0%, 95% CI 3.1%; 4.9%), those who had initiated PKI more than 60 days ago before inclusion (Δ4.5%, 95% CI 3.6%; 5.4%), patients without metastasis (Δ4.5%, 95% CI 3.4%; 5.7%), those who were diagnosed with metastasis more than 2 years ago (Δ5.3%, 95% CI 4.3%; 6.4%) and those who had never used any adherence tool before inclusion (Δ3.8%, 95% CI 3.1%; 4.5%). The IMAP, led by pharmacists in the context of an interprofessional collaborative practice, supported adherence, specifically implementation, to PKIs among patients with solid cancers. To manage adverse drug events, PKI transient interruptions are often mandated as part of a strategy for treatment and adherence optimization according to guidelines. Implementation of longer-term medication adherence interventions in the daily clinic may contribute to the improvement of progression-free survival. ClinicalTrials.gov NCT04484064.

Satisfaction with marriage, personality traits of the spouses and the choice of strategies for overcoming family conflicts.

The paper considers satisfaction with marriage as a basic characteristic that forms the stability of marital relations. An overview of approaches to the study of this phenomenon from the perspective of external and internal, social and personal, variable and stable factors is presented. The subject of the study is strategies for overcoming conflict and personality characteristics of spouses with varying satisfaction with marriage. The novelty of the study is associated with an attempt to consider the sphere of matrimony from the point of view of the behavioral, affective and motivational component, to give a pilot characterization of the overall picture of how personality accentuations and non-constructive ways of resolving conflict situations are expressed in a group of subjects with low satisfaction with marriage. To suggest possible directions for further work and deepening the study of factors affecting marital satisfaction. This approach is useful for forming the principles of accompanying married couples. The main conclusions of the study found differences in the severity of the types of accentuations, in the group of subjects with high satisfaction with marriage, the severity of accentuations is lower, it was also found that the degree of personality accentuation in affective indicators is higher in the group with low satisfaction with marriage. The differences are also related to the type of conflict resolution strategy, in the group with high satisfaction with marriage, cooperation and compromise are more often chosen, this group has a wide variety of conflict resolution strategies, in the group with a low level of satisfaction with marriage, non-constructive strategies are more often chosen - avoidance, rivalry, adaptation, which leads to an even greater decrease in marital satisfaction among the subjects. The novelty of the approach in this work is associated with an attempt to study behavioral and personal characteristics, identify opportunities for comprehensive research

This article analyzes an integrated approach to the prevention of adolescent deprivation, including evochomological, behavioral, and prosocial components. The importance of objective and subjective factors in the deprivation development of personality is shown. The definition of adolescent “deprivation” is interpreted by the authors as a lack of attention, attitudes necessary for the full development of personality. The inability of an individual to build a constructive dialogue with the institutions of social space initiates the development of a sense of detachment, dislike, abandonment, uselessness to others, including family institutions and schools. As a result of deprivation, a teenager loses the ability to empathy, tolerance, cannot listen and hear another, initiates destructive conflicts, cynicism, snobbery, aggressiveness, indifference, abuse, lack of self-criticism. The author of the article argues the importance of the symbiosis of teachers, psychologists, doctors, lawyers, juvenile psychologists, mediators, evohomologists, preventologists in preventing and minimizing adolescent deprivation. It is necessary to treat not the disease, but the patient, therefore, before making a plan for the prevention and leveling of adolescent deprivation, it is necessary to identify the psychological and pedagogical causes of its occurrence, the specifics of the course and consequences for the development of the personality of minors. Institutions of education and socialization should remember that deprivation as a psychological and pedagogical phenomenon is a reversible phenomenon. The main trends in the prevention of deprivation, taking into account individual factors, should be aimed at creating a favorable psychological climate in the family, supporting constructive communication between adults and children, self-actualization of adolescents, the development of their social maturity, social immunity, and responsible behavioral strategy.

Identification and Ranking of Financial, Non-Financial, and Behavioral Components Influencing Earnings Response Coefficient in the Iranian Capital Market (Data Mining Approach)

Objective: The relationship between accounting profit and investor reactions, as well as stock price changes, is measured using the Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC). Previous research indicates a variation in ERC between companies and over time, which is attributed to specific company factors and characteristics. The aim of this study is to identify and rank the financial, non-financial, and behavioral components affecting companies' ERC. Methodology: Using data from 153 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange over the period 2013 to 2022, and employing data mining techniques and two methods: stepwise forward regression and regression decision tree, the influential components on ERC were identified and ranked. Findings: The results of the stepwise forward regression method indicated that the components of auditor's opinion type, earnings per share (EPS), stock liquidity, growth opportunities, earnings stability, inflation rate, sales growth, operating profit ratio, relative strength index per share, and market index return respectively influence ERC. The regression decision tree method results also showed that the components of earnings stability, stock liquidity, EPS, stock price synchronicity, stock trading imbalance, adjusted trading volume, psychological line index, relative strength index per share, earnings conservatism, and financial statement restatements respectively influence ERC. The Wilcoxon test results also showed that the ranking of components influencing ERC is not the same in the two methods. Additionally, comparing the mean absolute error of the two methods indicated that the regression decision tree method identifies and ranks the influential components on ERC more accurately. Conclusion: The results of both methods confirm the high impact of EPS, stock liquidity, earnings stability, and relative strength index per share on the ERC of companies.

Development of psycho-oncology telehealth guidelines: a modified Delphi consensus study

Abstract Objective: In response to COVID-19, psycho-oncology clinicians moved to a model of telephone and videoconference treatment in Australia. The Psycho-oncology Co-operative Research Group (PoCoG) identified a paucity of evidence available to guide adaptation of therapy for remote delivery. This research aimed to develop consensus for evidence-based guidelines on ways to adapt psychological therapies in psycho-oncology for remote delivery. Methods: A national expert advisory group (N = 11) was convened consisting of psycho-oncology clinicians and clinical researchers. An iterative codesign methodology was used to draft psycho-oncology telehealth guidelines. Australian psycho-oncology clinicians participated in a Delphi consensus process to guide the content included in the guidelines. Content was presented under six domains: (i) screening and outcome measures, (ii) formulation, (iii) safety considerations, (iv) resource adaptation, (v) adaptations to therapy, and (vi) example case studies. Participants rated items based on importance, therapeutic appropriateness, and/or usefulness. Consensus was defined as >80% agreement. Results: Thirty-two psycho-oncology clinicians with telehealth experience participated in three Delphi rounds. Agreement was reached on (i) the importance of including screening and outcome measures (90%) and items (n = 5) related to how best to facilitate this; (ii) the importance of addressing provision of a formulation (100%), although only 2/6 strategies presented to facilitate formulation reached consensus; (iii) the appropriateness of proposed risk assessment and management strategies (84%); (iv) therapeutic appropriateness of simplifying resources (100%), including 3/5 visual optimization strategies; and (v) common behavioral components of therapy (n=5). Conclusions: Providing guidance to psycho-oncology clinicians for integrating telehealth into routine clinical practice must go beyond logistical considerations. These consensus-based guidelines provide support to clinicians for adaptation of psycho-oncology therapy to telehealth and will ensure evidence-based practice.

Modeling the process of formation of leadership qualities of primary school students by means of interactive technologies.

The article constructs a model of the formation of leadership qualities of primary school students by means of interactive technologies, the constituent elements of which are: the goal (creating conditions for the formation and self-education of leadership qualities of primary school students by means of interactive technologies); content (a cluster of leadership qualities that provide an individual with dominance in peer relationships); stages of formation (motivational, informational and cognitive, valuable, praxeological, reflective); pedagogical conditions (motivation of students for leadership; ensuring the readiness of the teaching staff of the primary school for the formation of leadership qualities of students; development of student self-government); forms and methods (verbal, visual, practical, interactive: the author's training exercise "A wise choice between strengthening food security and promoting alternative sources of energy?", role-playing games "Lace", "Big family photo", "Three facts about yourself", "Pam "Antagonist for feelings", "Joint drawing", "Convey in one word", "Mafia" and others); diagnostic toolkit (questionnaire to determine the formation of leadership qualities); result (increasing the level of formation of leadership qualities of primary school students).It is emphasized that the motivational stage of the model involves the formation of needs for high achievements, prestige and recognition, self-realization. It is indicated that the informational and cognitive stage of the model is based on the transfer of knowledge about leadership (situational theory, theory of value exchange, theory of servant-leadership), power, methods of psychological influence on the social environment, methods of self-diagnosis and self-education of leadership qualities to a primary school student. It is emphasized that the value stage of the model ensures a positive attitude of elementary school students to leadership as a universal and national value. Therefore, the formation of behavioral components of students' leadership qualities is expected through the use of interactive technologies. The final stage of the model is the reflective and evaluation component, which allows the student to reach the level of self-education and overcome the distance between the "I-real" and "I-ideal".

Organizational Ambidexterity: A Review and Research Agenda

We review the literature on organizational ambidexterity using the hybrid review approach, which integrates bibliometric analysis with a framework-based review. We provide directions for future studies by identifying key gaps in the existing literature. The bibliometric analysis provides the trends and progress of the research field through citation analysis, analysis of keyword co-occurrence, and other bibliometric indicators such as most influential journals, countries, and authors. The TCCM (Theories, Contexts, Characteristics, and Methodology) framework helps us to identify the widely used theories, constructs, and methods in ambidexterity research and provides new avenues for future research by analyzing the most used theories, methods, constructs, and research contexts. We suggest that future researchers should explore the behavioral components of firms’ environment as an antecedent factor and there should be more emphasis on summarization of the divergent views pertaining to ambidexterity enablers. In addition to identifying the key research themes and knowledge structure of organizational ambidexterity, this review would help to create a value to the ambidexterity literature in terms of quantification and consolidation of research evolution. This is the first comprehensive literature review using hybrid approach (bibliometric review with TCCM framework) in the field of organizational ambidexterity research.

Development of an Anthropomorphic Dental Simulator Based on the Robo-C Robot

An analysis of robots (simulators) in education is provided. Promising directions for their development are highlighted, such as realism, interactivity, adaptation and personalization. The features of using simulators in dentistry are considered. The main disadvantages of existing simulators in dentistry have been identified, namely the lack of a communicative component and imitation of patient behavior. The anthropomorphic dental simulator is based on the Robo-C robot, which is a unique combination of advanced technologies and human facial expressions, which allows it to communicate with people, reproduce movements of different parts of the body and express emotions. As dental components, the following components were created and implemented into the Robo-C control system: a Smart jaw, including cameras and a temperature sensor, and a Smart tooth, including a pressure sensor. The Robo-C control system has been upgraded taking into account the Smart jaw and Smart tooth, which made it possible to connect the dental treatment process with the robot’s servos through its linguistic base. The process of analyzing data obtained from Smart jaw cameras using a neural network is described. A two-stage classification scheme for dental defects has been proposed and its effectiveness has been proven. The linguistic base contains a set of rules with the help of which devices (microphone, speakers, servos, Smart jaw, Smart tooth) interact with each other. An example of compiling a linguistic database rule is given. The linguistic base, Smart-jaw and Smart-tooth are configured for one of four cases: caries treatment, tooth preparation for a crown, tooth extraction, endodontic treatment. Treatment quality control is carried out using a comprehensive assessment of communication interaction with the robot and analysis of Smart-jaw and Smart-tooth data. An example of work in one of the cases is given. The anthropomorphic dental simulator presented in the article allows the use of new technologies in the training of dentists, as well as the simulation of various dental procedures, which will significantly improve the practical preparation of students for working with patients.

The research focuses on the development of reading competency in students from the standpoint of teacher agency. The importance of this article is justified by the function of reading as a key learning and academic achievement skill, as well as the fact that Russian pupils conti­nue to do poorly in text reading and comprehension. The authors present a reading competency
 framework for general education that consists of five components: 1) reading ability; 2) high reading motivation; 3) ability to work with a book, basic reading skills (information search and analysis; text comprehension and interpretation; assessment of content and form); 4) extensive reading experience and desire to read extracurricular books; 5) willingness and ability to discuss what has been read orally and/or in writing. The researchers identify the teacher’s role in the development of each of the five components in general school children. It is demonstrated that a teacher with advanced agency skills shows a consistent interest in the development of students’ reading competency (motivational component); has relevant knowledge about the content of this competency and the methods of its development, teaches students book-working techniques (cognitive component); and enriches the classroom and school life with exciting reading activities (behavioural component).
