Legal Analysis in Mitigating Environmental Impacts Due to Coal Mining in Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province

Jambi Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia with natural mining wealth which contains many natural resource reserves. The processing of these natural resources has the potential to be managed as an energy source very well, such as the natural resources contained in it are coal. one of the areas in Kotoboyo village, Dalam subdistrict XXIV, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province, is one of the largest coal producing areas in Indonesia, this area has been very productive in recent years, several coal mining companies have been located in the area, this does not necessarily mean that This means that the results of coal reserves can have a positive impact on the people who live in the surrounding area. In fact, there tends to be no visible environmental impact on the community. The mining activity process around the mine still uses national public road access, causing traffic jams that last for kilometers and disrupt traffic. crossing public roads in local communities, the Central, Regional Government and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources should firmly work together to face the polemics that occur in the community as quickly as possible to provide solutions so that special road access to reduce the massive mobility of coal mining movements can be realized immediately for the prosperity of the community's economic movement.

Optimization And Business Risk Analysis On Independent Oil Palm Farming In Muara Tembesi District, Batanghari Regency

This study aims to analyze the optimal use of production factors and business risks in independent palm oil farming. This research was conducted in Jebak, Ampelu, and Ampetu Mudo, Muara Tembesi District villages. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. Descriptive method to see the description of farming. A quantitative method to analyze input usage by using the cobb-Douglas function. The sample villages were determined purposively based on the consideration that the three villages had the largest area of productive plantations (TM). Determination of the number of samples used the census method with a total of 116 respondents. The results showed that (1) palm oil production produced from oil palm farming activities in the study area averaged 15,025.18 kg/ha/year with an average selling price of Rp. 2.208/kg. Farmers operate oil palm farming with a land area of 2.55 ha/farmer, plant age of 10.87 years, fertilizer 243.92 kg/ha/year, herbicides 2.29 liters/ha/year, and labor 88.60 HOK /ha/year. (2). Partially, the variables of land area, plant age, and use of fertilizers have a positive and significant effect on independent oil palm production in Muara Tembesi District, Batanghari Regency, while the variables use of herbicides and use of labor do not have a significant effect on oil palm production. The optimal use of production factors for a land area of 3.82 ha and fertilizer use is 1,053.55 kg/ha/year. (3). Independent oil palm farming is consistently profitable, with a CV value <0.5, the L value > 0, and the R/C value obtained is R/C = 4.45 per farmer and R/C = 4.48 per hectare.

This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and liquidity, economic profitability. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of data obtained from informants and archives through a book of accountability reports for the management of the Sangkilan Mandiri Agro Cooperative, Terusan Village, Batanghari Regency, namely 2021-2022. The results of this study indicate that cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover do not affect economic profitability. Liquidity affects economic profitability. By using the F test simultaneously, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and liquidity have a joint effect on economic profitability. In this study, statistical calculations were used to analyze classical assumption tests including: normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test, while hypothesis testing included: coefficient of determination T test and F test. PKM Pendampingan Kelas Ibu Anti Razia (Kurang Gizi Dan Anemia) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Durian Luncuk

Stunting is still a national health problem, including in Jambi Province. The highest prevalence of stunted toddlers was found in Batanghari Regency, precisely in the Durian Luncuk Health Centre Working Area. Malnutrition and anemia in pregnant women will cause low birth weight and malnutrition in toddlers, including the stunting. The trend of the percentage of mothers giving birth to low birth weight babies (BBLR) in the last three years tends to increase, while babies with BBLR are more at risk of stunting. Efforts to prevent malnutrition and anemia in pregnant women include increasing the consumption of foods high in iron and protein around the mother's residence, which is the local wisdom of the region. The purpose of this activity is to carry out the assistance of anti-Razia (Malnutrition and Anemia) pregnant women's classes as a forum for health education for pregnant women and posyandu cadres to empower communities to prevent stunting, as well as midwives who can facilitate and become resource persons in anti-Razia women's classes with the method of theoretical exposure and demonstration of food processing practices which are divided into three classes where each class consists of three meetings. After a series of activities, the knowledge of pregnant women increased by 61%, the knowledge of posyandu cadres increased by 63%, and the knowledge of village midwives increased by 19%, the formation and implementation of the anti-Razia mother class, the implementation of cadre and village midwife training, increased knowledge and behavioral changes about the use of local food to prevent malnutrition and anemia in pregnant women and intellectual property rights for the Anti-Razia Mother Class module.

The Influence of Health Promotion Interventions on the Knowledge and Attitudes of Islamic Students Regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior at Islamic Boarding Schools in Batang Hari Regency

Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions in Indonesia. Students at Islamic boarding schools gain knowledge from teachers, kyai or ustadz. The increasing number of students in Islamic boarding schools has created habits such as eating together on one tray, not washing hands with soap before eating, sharing toiletries, and even sharing clothes. This bad habit causes an increase in the number of students suffering from illnesses such as acute respiratory infection, diarrhea, typhus and scabies. Clean and healthy living behavior in Islamic boarding schools is a collection of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, which makes the Islamic boarding school community independently able to prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment. This research aims to determine the effect of peer education methods on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior of Santri in Islamic Boarding Schools: Study on students of Irsyadul 'Ibad Islamic Boarding School, Batanghari Regency.This research is a quasi-experimental design research with a two-group pre test-post test control group design. The sample size is 84 respondents divided into 2 groups, namely the Peer Education experimental group with 42 respondents and the control group with 42 respondents. Each group lives in a different dormitory. The results of the bivariate analysis test with the Wilcoxon T-Test showed that the intervention group (peer educators) Knowledge p= 0.006, attitude p= 0.003 and the control group knowledge p= 0.000, attitude=0.009. So it can be statistically concluded that the peer education method influences the knowledge and attitudes of students regarding clean and healthy living behavior in the Batanghari Regency Islamic Boarding School. It is hoped that Islamic boarding schools can give more attention to students about the importance of the PHBS program in Islamic boarding schools.

Peran Wakaf Tunai Dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Darul Hijrah Di Sungai Rengas Kabupaten Batanghari

This research is entitled The Role of Cash Waqf in the Economic Development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School on the Rengas River, Batanghari Regency. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how cash waqf is managed at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. 2) To find out the role of cash waqf in the economic development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) In the process of managing waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, the fund management function starts from planning to realization. These stages are applied in every waqf fundraising process, the business preparation process, the placement of workers to the allocation of operating proceeds. In the implementation of waqf fund planning at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, including: Planning for types of business, Planning for waqf sources, Planning for managing the business needed, and Planning for income to be obtained and where to distribute it. The source of cash waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School comes from the waqf of the local government, parents of students and the general public. While the types of Islamic boarding school economic businesses funded by waqf funds are oil palm plantations, canteen businesses and buffalo livestock. 2) The forms of waqf in the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School are in the form of cash waqf, immovable waqf. Waqf of immovable objects in the form of palm oil fields and buffalo livestock. In addition, the waqf received is also in the form of cash and other objects such as building materials, food ingredients and Al-Quran manuscripts. This form of waqf is used for, 1) Development of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Consumption of students, 3) Learning facilities and infrastructure, 4) Honorarium of teachers and 5) Economic activities of Islamic boarding schools. 3) The existence of waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School plays a very important role for the economy of the pesantren residents at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in 3 ways, namely, firstly creating jobs for the students and for the pesantren's teachers, secondly increasing income for the students, teachers and the pesantren itself to meet daily needs and help meet the needs of Islamic boarding schools, thirdly increasing business capabilities for Islamic boarding school students and teachers in terms of sales, business and business management. As a result, the role of the waqf is able to increase the economic independence of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in the income of students and teachers, honorariums for teachers, and consumption as well as the development of Islamic boarding schools.

Health problems will indirectly affect the level of progress of a region, so with the Field Learning Practice (PBL) program of the Jambi University Public Health Science Study Program, students directly take on the role of public health workers in promotive and preventive efforts to prevent stunting through movement health education. brush your teeth. The aim of carrying out this activity is expected to increase children's basic knowledge and skills about brushing their teeth properly and correctly. This activity was carried out through preliminary observation studies and direct interviews with the Principal, homeroom teacher as well as parent representatives at PAUD/TK. This activity will be held on 13 September 2023 at PAUD/TK Mawar and 25 September 2023 at PAUD/TK Anggrek. From this activity it can be concluded that there is a positive contribution in improving the level of public health in Pematang Gadung Village, Mersam District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province.

Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Orang Tua Tentang Kejang Demam Pada Anak Usia 1-5 Tahun Di UPTD Puskesmas Penerokan Kecamatan Bajubang

Febrile seizures are seizures that occur in children aged 6 months to 5 years who experience an increase in body temperature (temperature above 38° C). Batanghari Regency is the district with the highest cases of febrile seizures in children. The health center with the highest incidence of febrile convulsions in children is Penerokan Community Health Center. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between the level of parental knowledge about febrile seizures and the incidence of febrile seizures in children aged 1-5 years at the UPTD Penerokan Community Health Center. This research is a quantitative study, cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out on 24 July 2023 – 30 July 2023 at the UPTD Penerokan Community Health Center. The sample consisted of 87 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The analysis carried out was univariate and bivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test. The research results showed that more than half of the children experienced febrile convulsions (62.1%), most of the parents' knowledge was lacking (37.9%), there was a relationship between the level of parental knowledge about febrile convulsions and the incidence of febrile convulsions (p value = 0.000). . Nurses try to increase parents' understanding regarding the management of children who experience febrile convulsions by providing flip sheets or posters that parents can display at home, which can be easily read so that when a febrile convulsion occurs, parents are prepared to deal with the problem of febrile convulsions in children.

Stereographic Analysis of Cleat Characteristics in Coal and its Controlling Forces

Cleat analysis plays a crucial role in coal mining, although it is often overlooked. Cleat is related to permeability and porosity, serving as a location for the accumulation of gases. In coal seams, cleats control slope stability and serve as pathways for gas and liquid flow. Therefore, the utilization of cleats in coal mining varies significantly, as it can determine mining patterns and serve as a guide for identifying the presence of Coal Bed Methane (CBM). This research was conducted in the village of Jebak and its surroundings, Muara Tembesi District, Batang Hari Regency, Jambi Province. Stereographic methods were used to identify controlling forces in coal structures based on field measurements of face cleats and butt cleats, resulting in the direction of controlling forces in ridge formation. Based on the results and lithological discussions at the research site, the lithology consists of sandstone interbedded with coal, mudstone, and mudstone with coal and fine sandstone inserts. Stereographic analysis of cleat measurements revealed that the resulting forces were compression forces from the Northeast to the Southwest and from the Southwest to the Southeast, indicating that the origin of the cleat falls into the category of Exogenic Cleat.

Karakteristik Tanah Ultisol Pasca Pemberian Pupuk Kascing dan Pertumbuhan Bibit Kakao

Abstract--Ultisol soil has low organic matter content, high levels of leaching and evaporation, high Al saturation, and low nutrient availability. To overcome several ultisol soil problems, it is necessary to apply vermicompost fertilizer. Vermicompost is compost from soil used to raise worms, which affects soil structure and contains N, P, K, CA, Mg, S, and Fe. The research aimed to determine the characteristics of ultisol soil after applying vermicompost fertilizer and the growth of cocoa seedlings. Implementation of Research at the Pijoan Experimental Garden, Batanghari Regency. The experiment used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Observation data were analyzed using analysis of variance and the Duncan New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The treatment tried was vermisol fertilizer with four dose levels, K0: 100% ultisol soil, K1: 85% ultisol soil + 15% vermisol fertilizer, K2: 75% ultisol soil + 25% vermisol fertilizer, K3: 65% ultisol soil + 35 % vermicompost per polybag. Providing vermicompost fertilizer with K2 and K3 treatment can increase N-total, P-Bray 1, and C-organic soil, increasing the pH of ultisol soil. Fertilizing vermicompost on ultisol soil had a significant effect on shoot dry weight and cocoa plant quality index. However, it had no significant effect on plant height, stem diameter and root dry weight.

Pemberdayaan Perempuan dalam Upaya Pencegahan Kehamilan di Luar Nikah di Desa Jangga Kecamatan Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari

Pregnancy out of wedlock contains very complicated and complex problems for teenagers, especially for those who are directly involved in it. One of the prevention of pregnancy outside of marriage is by providing health education through empowering women. This study aims to determine the empowerment of women in an effort to prevent pregnancy out of wedlock. This research is a quantitative research with a pre-experimental method with a pre-post test design. The research population was all young women in Jangga Village, Batin XXIV District, Batanghari Regency, totaling 34 people with a sampling technique that was a total sampling of 34 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet and analyzed univariate and bivariate using the T-test. The results showed that there was an influence of women's empowerment in preventing pregnancy outside of marriage in Jangga Village, Batin XXIV District, Batanghari Regency in 2022 with a p-value of 0.000. Empowerment of women can increase the knowledge of adolescents regarding the prevention of pregnancy outside of marriage.

Analisis Kemampuan Menulis Peserta Didik Kelas I Sekolah Dasar

This research is a classroom action research, where the study in this journal is one of the elementary schools in Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. The purpose of this research is to look at the writing skills of the class and what efforts we will make to improve students' writing skills. The research was carried out on class I students at SDN 95/I Olak with the number of students studied, namely there were 15 people. With this research, we really hope that it will have a better impact in the future for students, especially in the part that our team researches about students' writing abilities. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The purpose of using this method is to describe the results of the data in the form of values obtained by students. Within this scope, class I students at SDN 95/I Olak were examined by observation or observation, as well as interviews with related teachers. In the early stages of the research, a pretest was carried out by writing the full name of each student in a post-it. At the beginning of the test there were 8 students who could write their full names besides that they could only write their nicknames and there were even 2 students who could not write their names except copying.

REDUPLIKASI BAHASA MELAYU JAMBI DI DESA KARMEO KECAMATAN BATIN XXIV KABUPATEN BATANGHARI

Reduplication of Jambi Malay in Karmeo Village, Batin XXIV District, Batanghari Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of reduplication or repeated words in Karmeo Village from three aspects: form, process, and meaning. The data in this study are in the form of informants' utterances, which can be found in Karme Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used recording techniques, involvement-free listening techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model technique. The results of this study found that there were four forms of reduplication: (1) whole reduplication, (2) partial reduplication, (3) incremental reduplication, and (4) reduplication with phoneme variations. This study also found five reduplication processes and 10 reduplication meanings in Jambi Malay in Karmeo Village, Batin XXIV District, Batanghari Regency.

Analisis Tingkat Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan Orang Tua dalam Keputusan Menyekolahkan Anak dan Kondisi Prestasi Peserta Didik SDN 165/I Kabupaten Batang Hari

The problem of this research is the analysis of the level of trust and satisfaction of parents in the decision to send their children to school and the condition of student achievement at SDN 165/I Batang Hari Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of trust and satisfaction of parents in the decision to send their children to school and the condition of student achievement at SD N 165/I Batang Hari Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative using a Likert Scale measuring instrument. The object of the research is the parents of students of SD N 165/I Batang Hari Regency, the number of samples taken is 30 parents of students of SD N 165/I Batang Hari Regency. The analysis tool uses validity and reliability tests. The results showed that the variables used were the level of trust, level of satisfaction, parental decisions and learning achievement. From the results of the respondents' responses, the confidence level of 3.79 was declared good, the satisfaction level of 3.86 was declared satisfied, the parents' decision was 3.96 was declared good, and learning achievement was 4.17 was declared good.

Analisis Keberlanjutan Program Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) di Kecamatan Mersam Kabupaten Batanghari Provinsi Jambi

PAMSIMAS (Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation) is one of the PNPM (National Community Empowerment Program) to create clean and healthy living communities through the provision of community-based clean water and drinking water and community-based sanitation. The aims of this research are 1) describe the description of the characteristics in the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency in 2022; 2) evaluate success in sustaining the PAMSIMAS program in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency, and 3) find out the relationship between age, gender, education, employment status and income in the sustainability of the PAMSIMAS program in Mersam Subdistrict, Batanghari Regency. This type of research is quantitative and qualitative research with a total sample of 358 respondents spread over 4 PAMSIMAS program beneficiary villages. The research was conducted in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The research results show 1) there are differences in the frequency of the results of interviews with respondents in the four villages in Mersam District; 2) the success of the program was only successful in Sungai Puar Village with an assessment percentage of 51.19%; and 3) There is a relationship between income and program sustainability in Sengkati Mudo Village, there is a relationship between employment status and program sustainability in Seangkati Baru Village, there is a relationship between age and employment status and program success in Seangkati Kecil Village, and there is a relationship between education and program success in Sungai Puar Village. Therefore, to maximize the sustainability of the program, the government must pay attention to the sustainability aspects of the program and how to build the community to become managers of these facilities. The concern that arises from the community must also be fully focused on increasing the sustainability of the program.

This study discusses the effect of office facilities and employee services on community satisfaction in Bajubang Village, Batang Hari Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of office facilities and employee services on community satisfaction in Bajubang Village, Batang Hari Regency. In this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in the analysis because it uses more than one independent variable. This study also uses the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. In the t-test and F-test, office facilities and employee service variables have an influence separately (partially) as well as jointly (simultaneously) on the satisfaction of the people of the Bajubang Village. In testing the Coefficient of Determination, office facilities and employee services affect the satisfaction of the people of the Bajubang Village by 84.5%. While 15.5% which affects the satisfaction of the people of the Bajubang Village is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Simulasi Pinjaman Daerah sebagai alternatif pilihan Pembiayaan Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Kabupaten Batang Hari

Regional Loans are one of the alternative sources of financing in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget to fund activities that are initiatives of the Regional Government in the framework of Local Government affairs based on the provisions of laws and regulations. Regional loans can be used to finance infrastructure and/or investment in regional infrastructure and facilities in the framework of public services. In addition, Regional Loans can also be used to cover regional cash flow. This study aims to determine the financial capability of the Batang Hari Regency Government and determine the number of feasible loans if the Batang Hari Regency Government makes regional loans as an alternative to financing infrastructure development. The data used in this study is secondary time series data derived from the Batang Hari Regency Government Budget Realization Report for the 2017-2021 period. The analysis tools used are the ratio of regional financial ability to repay loans with the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), the Maximum Loan Limit (BMP) and to determine the amount of loans that can be made by regions in 2017-2021 by calculating regional revenue plans and regional spending plans, which are carried out using the Trend analysis method. Based on the simulation result conducted, the Batang Hari Regency Government has a Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) value of 4.81 which exceeds the minimum standard set at 2.5. The results of the analysis also show a Maximum Loan Limit of Rp. 740,070,216,978. Based on data obtained in fiscal year 2021. When viewed from the projection results, the loan that can be obtained by the Regional Government of Batang Hari Regency according to the analysis of the BMP Maximum Loan Limit in 2022 is IDR 706,263,200,215. Net funds are obtained from the projected results for 2022 of Rp. 503,718,603,808 and the maximum installments that can be prepared are Rp. 201,487,441,523.

Factors Influencing Students In Behavioring Healthy At Boarding Schools Batang Hari District

Causes of diseases such as scabies or scabies are still commonly found in students who are caused by students who often exchange clothes, towels and other toiletries, wash clothes that are not clean, and wear clothes that are still wet/damp. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the behavior of students in healthy behavior at Pondok Pesantren, Batang Hari Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Irsyadul Ibad Islamic Boarding School, Batang Hari Regency. The sample of this research was 95 MTs and MAs students out of 634 MTs and MAs students. The results of the study are that it is known that the proportion of students' behavior in the formation of healthy students at the Irsyadul Ibad Islamic Boarding School, Batang Hari Regency in 2022, has unhealthy behavior of 54.7%, poor knowledge (52.6%), and has good teacher support. (57.9%). The analysis shows that the risk factors for the behavior of healthy students are knowledge (PR=7.012; 95% CI: 2.836-17.338) and teacher/ustadz support (PR=3.668; 95% CI: 1.526-8.815. Based on the research results it is hoped that Islamic boarding schools can take action prevention in the form of periodic health checks for students and pesantren employees to detect various diseases early and increase the role of the teacher/ustadz as role models for students so that they not only direct but also set a good example, especially regarding the practice of healthy behavior.

Pengaruh Sosial Ekonomi Pada Perempuan Terhadap Pernikahan Dini (Studi di Kecamatan Pemayung, Batanghari)

The aim of the study was to analyze the socio-economic influences on the occurrence of early marriage and the causes of young women marrying early in Pemayung District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. This research is a mixed research type (mix method), namely presenting quantitative data as the main data by using multivariate statistical analysis of multiple logistic regression while qualitative data by conducting interviews and documentation. The research sample was 80 girls aged <19 years and 80 girls >20 years with a ratio of 1:1. The research variables were the age of mother's first marriage, mother's education, father's education, teenage girls' education and parents' income. Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression. Factors that influence the occurrence of early marriage are the education of young women (P-Value 0.000; OR 30.429; 95% CI = 7.057-131.199), father's education (P-Value 0.004; 0.367; 95% CI = 0.186-0.727) and parents' income ( P-Value = 0.000; OR 5.707; 95% CI = 529-20.373) means that the factor that most influences the occurrence of early marriage is the education of young women. It is known that the education of adolescents in the low category is 30 times the risk of experiencing early marriage. The results of the in-depth interviews also found another reason why young women marry early because of unwanted pregnancies and risky sexual behavior in adolescents. Efforts can be made by providing economic strengthening programs to poor families who are at risk of early marriage so as to increase access to schooling for young women and increase access to services and education on reproductive health for adolescents and their parents.

Determinan Rujukan Non Spesialistik Dengan Kriteria TACC di FKTP Kabupaten Batang Hari Tahun 2022

The capacity of primary healthcare as gatekeepers to handle 144 comprehensive and independent primary diagnoses is a form of strengthening primary healthcare facilities for the implementation of both quality and cost control. Non-specialist Referral diagnoses with TACC (Time, Age, Comorbidity, Complication) included in the 4A competency level for primary doctors allows the doctors to refer patients to Advanced Referral Health Facilities. This study aimed to identify the determinants that affect Non-Specialistist Referral with TACC in FKTP Batang Hari Regency. This research was a cross-sectional mixed-method study with a sequential explanatory design using primary doctors as the total sampling and heads of FKTP and National Health Insurance patients as sample representatives. The quantitative method using Chi-square analysis was used to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Qualitative analysis was carried out by quantitative data triangulation. The results of the statistical test show that there was a significant association between the availability of medical devices and drugs wNon-Specialististtist Referral with TACC (medical devices p=0.017, drugs p=0.002), while doctors’ knowledge, doctors’ competence, FKTP location, and type did not show a significant association. In-depth interviews revealed that patients’ request was one of the reasons for doctors’ referral. There is a significant association between the availability of medical devices and drugs with NonSpecialistst Referral with TACC supported by patients’ request for referral.
