Purpose. Identification and analysis of philosophical, educational and aesthetic foundations of the development of decorative and applied arts and design in the context of new socio-cultural challenges. Methodology. It is based on a systematic approach that synthesizes the methodological principles of related sciences: art history, philosophy, aesthetics, pedagogy with universal for these sciences methods of historical, typological and comparative analysis. Results. Basic philosophical and aesthetic origins of the phenomenon of decorative and applied art in the context of art and related design education, as well as the bank of basic ideas and principles of its progress in the time continuum are determined. There also have been traces social and cultural values acquired over the centuries, relevant for different historical periods and modern challenges, facing the art and education sphere. Scientific novelty. Determining of the philosophical and aesthetic principles of the functioning of decorative and applied arts in line with art and design education, its timeless universal social and cultural values. Practical significance. The research will contribute to the formation of a deep, philosophical and aesthetic level of worldview perception of the phenomenon of decorative and applied arts, art and design education, the development of guidelines for the implementation and design of new creative ideas in art, education and eco design

АНАЛІЗ ФОРМУВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ МОДЕЛІ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article investigates the theoretical issues of analysis of the formation of an innovative model of enterprise development as a basis for enterprise development. The scientific content and economic essence of innovative activity are revealed. Problems of development of innovative activity are outlined. Its main problems are: low demand for innovation in the market, lack of successful ideas and opportunities to create innovations, limited funds for business, lack of partners for cooperation. The main ways and methods of activating the innovative activity of enterprises are considered. The main tasks for solving this problem, as the concentration of tasks for further development, a detailed process of the list of tasks for effective work. Factors of encouragement to introduction of the innovative model of development of the enterprise are formulated. The innovative development of the enterprise is designed to focus production activities on the demands of the modern consumer, to respond flexibly and make timely changes, to achieve competitive advantages that meet the level of international demand. Innovation management includes: continuous improvement of production organization on the basis of search, selection, development and implementation of innovative proposals; formation of a bank of innovative ideas and options for their implementation; organization of the process of identifying problems of innovative development and their solution; formation of a climate of innovation at the enterprise, search for new ideas, etc. Planning of innovative development of enterprises provides an opportunity: taking into account future tasks, assessing the activities of the enterprise as a continuous process in which current actions are related to the future, managing not only short-term but also long-term development goals; identification of basic market needs; influencing changes in the external environment. In addition, planning helps to improve the coordination of actions in the enterprise, creates conditions for improving the basic training of managers, providing the necessary information, promotes a more rational allocation of resources, allows to clearly formalize the duties and responsibilities of all employees, improve control over their activities.

Condition of banks listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange during the first 3 months of the pandemic in Poland

The aim of the paper is to assess the condition of commercial banks listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange after the first three months of the COVID-19 pandemic in Poland. The consolidated results for Q1 and Q2 2020 were used focusing on selected evaluation areas such as: capital adequacy, profitability, liquidity, credit portfolio quality as well as operational efficiency. The authors concluded that as a result of the credit crunch and the retention of previously earned profits, almost every medium (except for mBank SA) and every large bank experienced an increase in capital adequacy ratios. Moreover, the profitability of the banking sector eroded in each group of banks, with the rule that ROE is higher in the group of medium and large banks compared to the small ones. With the exception of Idea Bank SA all banks during the pandemic experienced an improvement in liquidity ratios. There was reported an increase in the cost of risk, with the greatest augmentation in small banks. It is maintained that the larger the bank the lower cost of risk. In almost every institution, the risk is mitigated by an increase in the degree of coverage by provisions for impaired receivables. In small banks there was noticed a deterioration in operational efficiency. In medium and large banks, despite a sharp drop in profits and additional costs associated with the pandemic, the process of efficiency improvement was reinforced.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, a “smart” society is being formed, whose members are able to acquire and apply new competencies, including in the field of political management. In the field of public policy, this is related to the creation and implementation of innovations in the public administration system. In this regard, crowdsourcing is becoming a more popular form of interaction between the government and society, including not only the creation of a “bank of ideas”, but also the use of Internet solutions for new forms of political participation. The key areas of digital interaction between society and the state are the delegation of power to citizens and the introduction of innovations to reduce transaction costs.

Idea Bank application will be expected to be a reference for students to pour ideas of change, try to design changes, keep documentation of the implementation of changes they make, so that the idea of changes and innovations made by students in this application later may also be useful for the State University of Malang, because during this time the tasks carried out by students are more often stored in hard copy, or soft copy personally by lecturers who foster the subject.The purpose of developing e-learning media in change management courses in the form of android-based "idea bank" application is to create more innovative electronic learning media and provide more interactive learning media to students in accordance with the millennial era they live in.Learning tools developed in the form of Electronic Learning Media Applications stored on HP Android can be installed through the Play Store labeled "Idea Bank", where in it there will be several features namely problem portrait feature, Idea Change feature, Idea Design feature, theory change feature, Idea Succes feature, and some electronic program tools, including save menu, table data filling menu, upload documentation and others.The development method is Borg & Gall development model (1996) using water fall flow at the development stage. Features of the current state of the tourist infrastructure in Dubno

Tourist infrastructure (TI) is a leading force in the development of tourism in the region or city. TI should ensure a comfortable stay for tourists. There is no single accepted statement of tourist infrastructure; each scientist interprets this notion in his way. The tourist infrastructure includes accommodation and catering, transport and gas stations, tourism businesses, leisure and entertainment establishments, sports facilities, banking institutions, souvenir shops, and other household, and service facilities. Dubno has unique historical and cultural monuments, which are crucial factors in the formation of tourist infrastructure. Dubno State Historical and Cultural Reserve, which includes 29 sites of national and local importance, is worth to be noted. Dubno Castle is the most popular tourist attraction in the city. The tourist infrastructure here is represented by souvenir shops, a cafe, and terrace with a barbeque grill, a 3D cinema, and a wedding tent. Annually Dubno Castle is visited by 159,500 tourists (2019), including 1,701 foreign tourists, 66,348 Ukrainians, 24,574 pupils, and students. Dubno State Historical and Cultural Reserve is one of the most visited sites in Rivne region. Tourist businesses are one of the main components of the tourist infrastructure in the city. There are more than 10 tour operators in Dubno. The most in-demand are travel agency “Asterias Tour”, travel agency “ARV”, TA “RoksiTour”, TA “Granat Tour”, travel agency “Merydian”, TA “More Turiv”. Travel agencies in Dubno offer a wide range of travel services: tours around the world, individual and group tours abroad and around Ukraine, excursion programs, health resort tours, wedding tours, outdoor activities, and so on. Another key component of the tourist infrastructure is the hotel and restaurant business. As of the beginning of 2020, there are 4 hotels in the city with a total number of 75 beds. There are 38 hotel rooms of different categorization. The restaurant business in Dubno has 66 units, including 33 cafes, 5 cafeterias, 8 restaurants, 20 bars, as well as a dining room and pizzeria [1]. The total number of seats is about 1890. Restaurants, as well as hotels, are mainly concentrated in the central part of the city, near the castle and other historical, cultural or recreational places. The core indicators of the city’s tourist infrastructure include transport and communication infrastructure. Dubno is located at the intersection of two important highways: Kyiv - Chop and Domanovo - Kovel - Chernivtsi - Terebleche. The city has a well-developed road and railway network, nearby is (45.0 km) Rivne International Airport. Leisure and recreation facilities are no less significant component of the city’s tourist infrastructure. In order to meet the cultural needs of the population in the city, there is 1 museum, 5 libraries and 5 various parks. The banking system in the city is quite developed. As of October 1, 2020, there were 5 bank affiliates, 14 banking facilities and 19 ATMs in the city. The city has the following bank branches: State Savings Bank of Ukraine, or Oschadbank (6), Privatbank (5), Idea Bank (1), Ukrsibbank (1), Ukrgasbank (1). The structure of ATMs is as follows: State Savings Bank of Ukraine, or Oschadbank (6), Privatbank (5), Ukrsibbank (2), Ukrgasbank (2), Raiffeisen Bank Aval (2), Alfa Bank (1), Ukreximbank (1). Therefore, the degree of the tourist infrastructure formation in Dubno is quite significant. Further development and improvement of the existing means of tourist infrastructure will help to upgrade the tourist attractiveness of the city, which will lead to an increase the number of tourists and economic growth.

Development of Libraries of the Future: Bank of Ideas of the IFLA “Global Vision” Project

The article presents an overview of the Bank of ideas of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), created in the course of implementation of the “Global Vision” project (2017—2018). The Bank of ideas is designed to host innovative proposals in order to strengthen the influence of libraries around the world. With its help, librarians share their experience and best practices. Everyone can contribute to the formation of collective concept for the development of libraries of the future. Over two years of its existence, more than 30 thousand specialists from 190 countries of the world took part in its formation. The paper emphasizes the importance of this project for the implementation of the IFLA Strategy 2019—2024. The author highlights the priorities of innovative activity of librarians in the following areas: ensuring equal and free access to information and knowledge; supporting of reading and information literacy; meeting the information needs of society; applying digital innovations in libraries; protecting the interests of libraries at the national and regional levels; attracting to decision-making the young professionals who are dedicated to their work and striving for leadership. The author focuses primarily on ideas that may be of practical interest to domestic library specialists. The article marks the role of the Russian library community in the formation of ideas for the development of libraries and implementation of the IFLA “Global Vision” project. The ideas collected through the initiative of librarians around the world should take the form of actions to make the Global Vision a reality. The Bank of ideas is a source of inspiration for strategic and day-to-day librarians’ activities aimed at creating strong and unified library community.

Ukrainian Artist in the Space of Contemporary Culture

The author explores the organizational, cultural and artistic activities of the regional conductor-choirmaster O. Tarasenko. Attention is paid to his path in art, in particular as a choirmaster at the Rivne Music College at Rivne State University for the Humanities and the Tchaikovsky National Academy of Music of Ukraine. In addition, his creative activity as a choirmaster at the M. Lysenko National Opera of Ukraine is additionally analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the importance of organizational and cultural activities of the choirmaster in modern conditions in general, the leading forms of which significantly affect the change of the cultural situation in Ukraine, namely: the resumption of the All-Ukrainian M. Leontovych Choral Society, whose members are already trying to restore the practice of his work in better times, expanding its directions. The need to return to the organization of international choral competitions, which will stimulate the promotion of choral performance, is emphasized. The author focuses on special art education in the country, the deepening of which will affect the formation of new value orientations of the population. It is extremely important to restore the work of children's choirs and create permanent creative laboratories, which would inherit the artistic experience of Ukraine in the outlined direction, which will help in forming an appropriate bank of ideas and practical experience. It was found that the effectiveness of these activities will help to recognize the must for similar structures in the cultural practice of the country. This includes organizational and cultural activities aimed at supporting the choirs of regions that cultivate mainly spiritual issues, as these activities will promote interfaith reconciliation, which is extremely important today for the whole country. Differences in the practice of the choirmaster's work with professional and amateur structures were identified by the author on the basis of the analysis of the conductor's work with different types of artistic groups. The study proved that the collected, processed and critically considered material can form the basis for the preparation of similar scientific and journalistic works on the disclosure of organizational and cultural activities of leading artists of Ukraine and the formation of a kind of encyclopedia of national artistic experience.

Інтегральну оцінку фінансової безпеки банку апробовано на прикладі АТ «Ідея Банк».

Meginmarkmið þessarar greinar er að fjalla um námsleiki, þ.e. kennslufræðilega leiki og frjálsan leik barna með fræðilegu yfirliti út frá kenningum Fro?bel, Dewey, Piaget og Vygotsky um frja?lsan leik og hvernig kenningar Gagne? um skilyrði fyrir námi og kenning Csikszentmihalyi um flæði tengjast kennslufræðilegum leik. Þá er Aðalnámskrá grunnskóla skoðuð út frá leiknum og skoðaður munurinn á kennslufræðilegum leik og frjálsum leik. Einnig er fjallað um þróun og tilgang námsspilsins Taktu til við að tvista. Það er námsspil sem tengir saman nám og leik og getur hentað vel til upprifjunar á námsefni og til að auka þekkingu nemenda. Spilið má nota í öllum námsgreinum og með öllum aldurshópum. Rannsóknarspurning sem þessari grein er ætlað að svara er eftirfarandi: Hvernig getur nám átt sér stað í gegnum regluleik? Markmiðið með spilinu er að ýta undir samskipti og samvinnu nemenda og að nemendur fái hreyfingu og útrás í kennslustundum. Einnig er markmiðið að auka færni nemenda í viðkomandi námsgrein og að þeir séu virkir þátttakendur í eigin námi. Niðursto?ðurnar benda til þess að þegar kennslufræðilegir leikir eru notaðir til þjálfunar og endurtekningar á ákveðnum námsþáttum má auðvelda nemendum að öðlast ákveðna færni í námsþættinum. Því má leiða líkum að því að nám eigi sér stað í gegnum leik og nemendur geti aukið við þekkingu sína og færni með þessari kennsluaðferð.

Simulacrum as a Tool for the Design Predictive Modeling

At present, problems of modernization of Russia’s image have become a subject of public discussion. The article defines some actual methods and design technologies that could contribute to the solving these problems. The target of the article is an analysis of a range of problems related to modernization tasks and a search for actual means and approaches to solving problems of the primary stage – concept developing. As a solving method there can be considered design models creating visual representation of the future – a kind of a hypothesis of how the living environment can ideally be developed on the given territory. Forms of such modeling can be different, from computer models to animation. The content is determined by the depth of the penetration into the future. It can be a project based on concrete town planning programs or a project based on serious and complicated foresights or projects of so far future that they cannot be based on any scientific experience and foreseeing. The projects created by the members of the Chair of Art Design and Art History can be regarded as results: the project of the student campus “Rubik’s Cube”, the project of the sport area “World Pravi”, suburban agricultural settlement “Cucumber”, “Few-Chernikovsk”, and many others. These design predictions are based on experimental principles of arranging urban and suburban environment. The content of the article can become a start of a bank of creative ideas of development and modernization of our territories; this will help to form common stylistic principles of creating a new image of Russia.
