The Application of Electrical Automation Technology in Automobile Manufacturing

The application of information technology in electrical automation is gainning more momentum in the field of automobile manufacturing. High-quality electrical automation system enables the managers monitoring the various conditions of the system equipment in an allround way, and furthing interaction with the equipment, making the use of electrical equipment and related production equipment more scientific, thus not only improves the production efficiency, but also make automobile manufacturing more standardised, and effectively enhanced the efficiency of the entire industry. At the same time, there are still many problems with electrical automation technology in the manufacturing process. In order to ensure the efficiency of automobile manufacturing and promote the sustainable development of automobile manufacturing, there is an urgent need to strengthen the research and development investment.

MACHINE LEARNING FOR AUTOMATIC EXTRACTION OF WATER BODIES USING SENTINEL-2 IMAGERY

Context. Given the aggravation of environmental and water problems, there is a need to improve automated methods for extracting and monitoring water bodies in urban ecosystems. The problem of efficient and automated extraction of water bodies is becoming relevant given the large amount of data obtained from satellite systems. The object of study is water bodies that are automatically extracted from Sentinel-2 optical satellite images using machine learning methods.
 Objective. The goal of the work is to improve the efficiency of the process of extracting the boundaries of water bodies on digital optical satellite images by using machine learning methods.
 Method. The paper proposes an automated information technology for delineating the boundaries of water bodies on Sentinel-2 digital optical satellite images. The process includes eight stages, starting with data download and using topographic maps to obtain basic information about the study area. Then, the process involved data pre-processing, which included calibrating the images, removing atmospheric noise, and enhancing contrast. Next, the EfficientNet-B0 architecture is applied to identify water features, facilitating optimal network width scaling, depth, and image resolution. ResNet blocks compress and expand channels. It allows for optimal connectivity of large-scale and multi-channel links across layers. After that, the Regional Proposal Network defines regions of interest (ROI), and ROI alignment ensures data homogeneity. The Fully connected layer helps in segmenting the regions, and the Fully connected network creates binary masks for accurate identification of water bodies. The final step of the method is to analyze spatial and temporal changes in the images to identify differences, changes, and trends that may indicate specific phenomena or events. This approach allows automating and accurately identifying water features on satellite images using machine learning.
 Results. The implementation of the proposed technology is development through Python software development. An assessment of the technology’s accuracy, conducted through a comparative analysis with existing methods, such as water indices and K-means, confirms a high level of accuracy in the period from 2017 to 2023 (up to 98%). The Kappa coefficient, which considers the degree of consistency between the actual and predicted classification, confirms the stability and reliability of our approach, reaching a value of 0.96.
 Conclusions. The experiments confirm the effectiveness of the proposed automated information technology and allow us to recommend it for use in studies of changes in coastal areas, decision-making in the field of coastal resource management, and land use. Prospects for further research may include new methods that seasonal changes and provide robustness in the selection and mapping of water surfaces.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOWING SYSTEM OF THE SOWING COMPLEX FORINTERNAL-SOIL DIFFERENTIATED MINERAL FERTILIZER WITH SIMULTANEOUS SOWING OF CEREAL

The issue of increasing the effectiveness of post-sowing intra-soil differentiated application of the main and starting dose of granular mineral fertilizers in the system of precision agriculture is considered. The need to use differential application of granular mineral fertilizer and machines that ensure high-quality performance of this technological process, taking into account the heterogeneity of the content of nutrients in the soil in certain areas of the field, is indicated. It is also indicated the need to develop and introduce into production highly accurate automated information technologies based on the use of high-performance means of mechanization. The indicated shortcomings of modern seeding machines: lack of adaptability for simultaneous differentiated introduction of the main and starting dose, as a result of which they lack highly adapted dispensers, appropriate control and management systems. The construction and technological scheme of the seeding complex is proposed and the pneumatic seeding system of this unit is developed for post-sowing intra-soil differentiated application of the main and starting dose of granular mineral fertilizers in the precision farming system. The proposed seeding complex will make it possible to eliminate the excessive application of mineral fertilizers, which can cause an increase in the activation of microbiological processes in the soil and have negative ecological consequences, leading to the deterioration of the physic-chemical and biological properties of the soil. The use of resource-saving technologies of precision agriculture in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine will allow to ensure the management of production processes at the expense of information technologies, robotic and automated systems, which will allow to bring domestic agricultural enterprises to a new level.

The Covid-19 pandemic is a very critical period and has become an epidemic that has spread throughout the world, thus affecting all aspects of people's lives in the world. The increasing demand related to information technology automation since the Covid-19 pandemic has been followed by increasing job demands for employees in the information technology industry. In line with increasing job demands, the phenomenon of burnout and turnover intention is faced by company X. High job demands can cause fatigue and can influence employees to leave the organization or company. There is a relationship between job demands and turnover intention, but this relationship is not strong (weak) so a burnout mediator role is needed. The purpose of this research is to look at the role of burnout as a mediator in the relationship between job demands and turnover intention. Turnover intention is a deliberate action with full awareness to leave the organization. Job demands are the physical, psychological, social and organizational aspects related to work that are needed to support both physical and psychological demands that are associated with physical and psychological harm. Burnout is a symptom of emotional exhaustion and a negative view (cynicism) of what one does. The number of samples in this study was 71 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with convenience sampling. Measuring the variable of turnover intention uses a measuring tool, measuring burnout using the burnout assessment tool, measuring job demands using the job demands-resources questionnaire. The results of this research are that there is a relationship between job demands and burnout. There is a role of burnout as a mediator in the relationship between job demands and intention to leave work.

Designing a Public API-Based Order Delivery Service System for the Food and Beverage Industry

The food and beverage (F&B) industry aims to satisfy customers' needs by providing food and beverages while continuously developing creative and innovative steps to stay competitive. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a detrimental impact on the industry's survival, with a reduction of more than one-third of their daily income. One reason for this decline is the decreased interest of customers to dine in restaurants. To mitigate further losses, the F&B industry must innovate its services to meet the needs of customers who prefer to enjoy food at home or work. Delivery service is a critical aspect that must be developed, and adopting the appropriate information technology (IT) for service delivery automation can provide an economical solution and added value to the F&B industry. This study proposes using public APIs to support and enhance the F&B industry's delivery service system. Specifically, the WhatsApp API is selected to automatically notify drivers to process deliveries. This paper presents the design of a public API-based order delivery service system for the F&B industry that can be integrated with existing systems.

Развитие информационных финансовых технологий в современных условиях

The modern financial market is in dire need of comprehensive and effective information support. This need is based on the fact that absolutely all processes (from the formation and processing of information to the construction of forecasts and models for the purpose of making managerial decisions) require large-scale calculations and a long time, which is excluded with the use of information technology. The modern process of formation and integrated functioning of the latest information technologies is closely related to the activities of financial markets and sets the most important task of automating the processes of this sector of the economy. This article describes the importance of modern information technologies, both for the financial market of a particular region and within the country as a whole, their features and factors affecting the promotion process are identified. Automated information technologies are considered by the authors as a cost-saving tool for modern enterprises, which are closely related and implemented in all spheres and directions of society’s life and in all economic and social processes. Special attention is paid to the disclosure of the features of the use of information technologies in the financial sector. At the same time, the prospects of using such new technologies as artificial intelligence, blockchain, etc. are shown.

Application research of computer big data informatization technology in oilfield mining automation system

Science and technology are developing continuously, and oilfield exploitation has gradually realized informatization and automation. In order to meet the needs of the oilfield mining automation system and to better monitor the data in the oilfield mining process, the computer big data information technology application system has become an indispensable part of the oilfield mining operation enterprise. In this paper At the beginning, the status quo of the oilfield mining automation system is analyzed. In this paper, the role of the computer big data information technology automation system in oilfield mining is analyzed. МОДЕЛІ ТА ЗАСОБИ АВТОМАТИЗОВАНОГО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ СТАТИСТИЧНОГО ПРОФІЛЮ УКРАЇНОМОВНИХ ТЕКСТІВ

The paper deals with the urgent issue of improving the professional software for text statistical analysis in accordance with the needs of specialists. Peculiarities and prospects of statistical research in linguistics are analyzed and information technology (IT) for determining the statistical profile of Ukrainian-language texts is developed. Complex work on modelling the software system was carried out, it was presented in the corresponding schemes and diagrams, which integrally reflect the functioning and purpose of the developed product. Mathematical and system bases of statistical analysis aimed at automation of professional processing of Ukrainian-language texts, in the context of introducing the offered information technology are considered. The structural scheme of the project decision is constructed and the main requirements for hardware are defined. The components of information technology are developed, and the software system structure is proposed, which is based on the modular principle. Mathematical support for IT has been developed, it is based on the methods of applied statistics and allows determining the main characteristics (statistical profile) of the studied Ukrainian-language texts. In addition, the algorithms and software for IT have been developed using Python. The results of research on Ukrainian-language texts and their statistical profiles are given, it is shown that the developed information technology provides processing of Ukrainian-language texts with a high level of automation. The obtained results can be considered as a contribution to the development of scientific research in linguistics, which creates conditions for the study of authors texts of different styles and the effective use of professional skills and knowledge by a wide range of users. The scientific novelty of the work is that a model of automated determination of the statistical profile of Ukrainian language texts has been developed, which provides an opportunity for a comprehensive study of the corpus of Ukrainian-language texts. The obtained results are also of practical significance, as the structural scheme of IT has been developed, software tools of information technology for automation of the determining the statistical profile of Ukrainian-language texts have been implemented, and the results of text investigation have been analyzed.

Objective. The purpose of the article is to identify and explore the problems and prospects for the introduction of information technology for automation of accounting in the enterprise. Methods. To achieve this goal, the authors used a systematic approach, methods of analysis, synthesis and comparative legal method. Results. International Financial Reporting Standards require the harmonious operation of the accounting system. To achieve this, the modern Ukrainian accounting system must become automated. This transition will make accounting as efficient as possible and greatly simplify it. The article analyzes the problems and prospects for the introduction of information technology for automation of accounting in the enterprise, namely: blockchain, artificial intelligence and cloud technologies. These programs help solve complex accounting transactions, as well as create online offices with certain centralized repositories of primary and reporting documentation. The introduction of automated accounting also has a number of problems: frequent amendments to the acts establishing standards for reporting, accounting and taxation, quality assurance of risk management and insufficient number of specialists and data transfer to the new system with minimal costs for their introduction. The article offers solutions to these and other problems. The article also emphasizes that the introduction of automated accounting in modern enterprises of Ukraine has prospects and will ensure their further development. Scientific novelty. The author substantiate that accounting automation programs will make accounting more efficient, transparent, reduce its complexity and ensure further development of the enterprise. Practical significance. The proposed programs and ways to avoid possible problems in accounting automation are aimed at supporting the interests of business owners, their employees and the state. Application and Innovation of Electronic Information Technology in Industrial Electrical Automation

With the continuous development and progress of my country’s social economy, electronic information technology has begun to penetrate into all areas of real life. Today, electronic information technology has become an indispensable key technology. Applying this technology to industrial electrical automation can not only bring faster and more convenient technology to industrial production, but also help the development of industrial production automation control. Therefore, electronic information technology has been widely used in industry. This article mainly analyzes the overview of electronic information technology and its application significance in industrial electrical automation, and then puts forward the practical application and innovative measures of electronic information technology in industrial electrical automation, hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.

AUTOMATED PANSHARPENING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF SATELLITE IMAGES

Context. Nowadays, information technologies are widely used in digital image processing. The task of joint processing of satellite image obtained by different space systems that have different spatial differences is important. The already known pansharpening methods to improve the quality of the resulting image, there are new scientific problems associated with increasing the requirements for high-resolution image processing and the development of automated technology for processing the satellite data for further thematic analysis. Most spatial resolution techniques result in artifacts. Our work explores the major remote sensing data fusion techniques at pixel level and reviews the concept, principals, limitations and advantages for each technique with the program implementation of research. Objective. The goal of the work is analyze the effectiveness of the traditional pan-sharpening methods like the Brovey, the wavelet-transform, the GIHS, the HCT and the combined pansharpening method for satellite images of high-spatial resolution. Method. In this paper we propose the information technology for pansharpening high spatial resolution images with automation of choosing the best method based on the analysis of quantitative and qualitative evolutions. The method involves the scaling multispectral image to the size of the panchromatic image; using histogram equalization to adjust the primary images by aligning the integral areas of the sections with different brightness; conversion of primary images after the spectral correction on traditional pansharpening methods; analyze the effectiveness of the results obtained for conducts their detailed comparative visual and quantitative evaluation. The technology allows determining the best method of pansharpening by analyzing quantitative metrics: the NDVI index, the RMSE and the ERGAS. The NDVI index for the methods Brovey and HPF indicate color distortion in comparison with the reference data. This is due to the fact that the Brovey and HPF methods are based on the fusion of three channel images and do not include the information contained in the near infrared range. The RMSE and the ERGAS show the superiority of the combined HSVHCT-Wavelet method over the conventional and state-of-art image resolution enhancement techniques of high resolution satellite images. This is achieved, in particular, by preliminary processing of primary images, data processing localized spectral bases, optimized performance information, and the information contained in the infrared image. Results. The software implementing proposed method is developed. The experiments to study the properties of the proposed algorithm are conducted. Experimental evaluation performed on eight-primary satellite images of high spatial resolution obtained WorldView-2 satellite. The experimental results show that a synthesized high spatial resolution image with high information content is achieved with the complex use of fusion methods, which makes it possible to increase the spatial resolution of the original multichannel image without color distortions. Conclusions. The experiments confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed automated information technology for pansharpening high-resolution satellite images with the development of a graphical interface to obtain a new synthesized image. In addition, the proposed technology will effectively carry out further recognition and real-time monitoring infrastructure.

Review paper on the reasons for the emergence of corruption in Russia. To resolve the current situation, it is necessary to improve the anti-corruption policy pursued by the state, to form the mindset of the irreconcilability of corrupt actions among the citizens of the Russian Federation. Corruption poses a threat to the country's economic security. Analyzing the main approaches to the problem, they make it possible to form a classification of types of corruption. An anti-corruption policy is developed and improved every year, but the level of corruption in Russia remains quite high. For a long time, the peculiarities of the attitude of citizens to this negative social phenomenon have been manifested in Russia. International effective anti-corruption policies are considered, of which the Asian model and the Scandinavian model can be distinguished. Today, in order to implement an effective anti-corruption policy in the Russian Federation, attention should be paid to automated information technologies, which will not only simplify the activities of state bodies, but also make anti-corruption policies vital for citizens.

Automation of Information Technology System Infrastructure: An Improved Management Information System Productivity in the Higher Education Institutions

Information Technology (IT) automation is key to IT modernization. Higher education such as colleges and universities nowadays are facing a lot of challenges, specifically, in their operational processes. Aiming to advance in order to cope up and overcome these challenges with paper forms, E-mails, and spreadsheets or anything that is not automated may cause significant slowdowns and delays. In line with this, IT automation can help reduce human errors, make things run smoothly in the higher education institutions, and with the help of their Management Information System (MIS) workforce it can be achieved. With IT automation MIS workforce must become even more productive, innovative, and involved in more complex activities in order to help cope with the increasing global competition and meet consumer demands. The main objective of the study was to determine if automation of IT system infrastructure can improve MIS productivity in the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The current productivity and performance of the MIS workforce were evaluated based on the current level of automation that has been implemented in the academe. An assessment was made to determine if there is an increase in productivity with the automation implemented in the IT system infrastructure. In order to find a solution to the problem stated, the data gathered was processed statistically using the following descriptive and inferential statistics: percentage, frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, and lastly, Pearson correlation with Cramer’s V analysis. The gathered data were processed using SPSS at the CEU Center for Data Processing. Findings showed the analysis of the relationship of IT system infrastructure management and MIS productivity in meeting the demands of the service level requirements and minimizing pressure on operational processes and routine administrative tasks. It can be concluded that the automation of IT system infrastructure can improve and increase the productivity of the MIS workforce of the HEIs. This paper recommends that other researchers along the field can look into the conduct of similar studies that would highlight the automation of IT system infrastructure in improving the MIS productivity in the HEIs involving the whole Region 3 and throughout the country but with a bigger sample size. Moreover, HEIs can discuss and review the development program needed for the MIS workforce such as more seminars and training to keep them abreast with the latest technology and trends to increase performance and output in their daily tasks.

Information technology for automation of development and deployment virtual cloud environment based on serverless architecture

The article presents the structure of information technology to automate the development and deployment of a virtual cloud environment based on a serverless architecture. The process of creating information technology for automation of development and deployment of a virtual cloud environment based on serverless architecture is presented, the presented metamodel for prototype case study is evaluated and possible future directions of improvement are suggested. Although many software tools are available for deploying and managing complex cloud services, users often have to specify IaC solutions using low-level scenarios. Instead, known solutions require the developer to specify program components, such as a web application, and preferably the framework would automatically convert them to expandable code. To solve these problems and implement the desired capabilities, a modeled and scalable, fast-supply structure called Information Technology for Automating the Development and Deployment of a Virtual Cloud Environment Based on a Serverless Architecture (ІТаррх) is proposed. ITarrch meets the requirements of the topology specification for cloud applications, which allows you to create portable and interoperable templates for cloud services. The use of OpenTOSCA provides standardization of the delimitation of software applications and their dependencies on the specifications of the cloud platform.. The main contributions to this acticle are that the key elements of ІТаррх modeling are presented, which automates and masks the low-level details of application component specifications and cloud service provider specifications, and instead offers high-level intuitive representations; the use of an extended knowledge base and algorithms for automatic execution of IaC transformations is proposed; made a specific implementation of ІТаррх and its verification in the context of actual use cases.

Рациональное использование водных ресурсов с автоматизированным расчетом полива посевов на орошаемом поле

Crop production is accompanied by a set of tasks, each of which for different soil and climatic conditions has its own characteristics and standards. Irrigation is one of the types of water reclamation in areas with insufficient and unstable natural moisture, aimed at preventing soil and partially atmospheric droughts. Determination of crops moisture supply and irrigation norms is the most important task when growing crops in arid regions. The objective of our work is to develop an automated information technology for decision-making during irrigation. The main indicators of moisture supply of the irrigated field is the reference, potential and actual evapotranspirations, crop water stress index. Indicators of moisture supply are determined according to the monitoring of agro/meteorological, physiological parameters of crops. For monitoring tasks in the Agro/physical Institute (St. Petersburg), an automated mobile field agro/meteorological complex (AMFAC) was created. The software of the complex allows real-time saving of synchronously measured data time series, which are used for automated calculation of reference, potential and actual evapotranspirations, crop water stress index and irrigation norms. As a result of the field experiments, methods for assessing the evapotranspiration and crop water stress index were tested. Automated information technology, including monitoring, the creation of a database, and computational algorithms for models of energy exchange in the «soil – plant – atmospheric surface layer» system can serve as the basis for an expert decision-making system for irrigation.

Research on Cloud Platform for Safety Supervision and Early Warning of Small Reservoirs

In order to meet the urgent needs of safety supervision and early warning of small reservoirs in China, and take the advantages of modern information technology in automation and intelligence, the overall design of cloud platform for safety supervision and early warning of small reservoirs is carried out from two aspects, one is based on cloud technology platform architecture, the other is the discussion of trusted operation mode. Small reservoirs have some daily management problems, such as limited funds, remote and complex environment, and weak technical force. This paper analyses and implements the core content and key technologies of platform construction, such as integrated intelligent monitoring system, platform business application system, and professional service. The informationization means and preliminary scheme for safety supervision and early warning of small reservoirs with high stability, high cost performance and scientific advancement are put forward.
