The classic pattern has been well delineated.2, 3 The following unusual case is presented to reëmphasize the need for including this entity more frequently in the differential diagnosis of obscure cases, and to describe the electromyographic findings, hitherto unreported in this disease.CASE REPORTA 30 year old Negro was admitted...Bibliography1.
