Abstract

—A 50-year-old man farmer consulted about the appearance on the thumb finger of the right hand of an inflammatory non ulcerated lesion that rememberd us an antrax; a first biopsy was inespecific, and a second one showed an invasive squamous cell carcinoma. We want to point out the existence of atypical clinical forms of squamous cell carcinoma and the need of an early diagnosis and treatment.
