PERAN MULTI AKTOR DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN PETANI KOPI BERBASIS PENTA HELIX

Community empowerment for coffee farmers in Muncar Village is carried out in collaboration with actors through the Penta Helix synergy model. The existence of empowerment programs for coffee farmers has gradually provided improvements in the cultivation process, post-harvest process, and marketing process. The objectives of this study were to know, describe, analysing the role of each actor in the Penta Helix synergy model on the empowerment programs for coffee farmers in Muncar Village in terms of the process of cultivation, post-harvest, and marketing. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicated that the existence of empowerment as a whole has been able to provide changes in farmer activities, starting from the process of cultivation post-harvest, and marketing towards a better order. Actors in the Penta Helix model collaborated together to create prosperous coffee farmers, including First, the government through the Muncar Village Government, the Temanggung Regency Government, Dinperindagkop and Dintanpangan of Temanggung Regency. Second, the private sector through PT. Astra International Tbk. Third, academics through Sebelas Maret University (UNS). Fourth, is the community through Karya Mulia's Joint Business Group and farmer groups, and fifth is the media through Temanggung Radio.

Optimum portfolio formation analysis with Single-index modelson lq 45 shares for the period 2006-2010

Stock is the type of investment with the high risk high return that is having the high risk but could produce the hight profit as well. Stock portfolio is a collection of shares that are owned by an investor. Optimal stock portfolio will maximize the value of expected return and minimized the risk by combining some stocks with the right proportions. The method used in this research is the Single Index Model. The Single Index Model is a method in which an issuer's stock return has a linear relationship with the market return. The main purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the portfolio of expected return and optimal risk portfolios based on the Single Index Model. The research results showed there were seventeen stocks with a cut-off point (C*) 0.024365. Optimal portfolio is formed by the seven stocks that have returned the excess beta (ERB) is greater than the cut-off point. Bukit Asam Coal Mine(PTBA), Astra Agro Lestari (AALI), United Tractors (UNTR), State Gas Company (PGAS), Indofood Sukses Makmur (INDF), Holcim Indonesia (SMCB), and Astra International (ASII) with excess return to beta (ERB) of 4.31%, 3 , 37%, 3.21%, 2.94%, 2.85%, 2.63% and 2.56%. The proportion of seven shares of the fund is 29.42%, for PTBA 15.93% for Aali, 16.74% for UNTR, 9.86% for PGAS, 9.71% for INDF, 7.29% 2.63% and 2.56%. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Banjarmasin

Job satisfaction is an emotional state that is pleasant or unpleasant for employees to view their work. Organizations that are not able to provide job satisfaction to their employees, will face the risk of productivity, increased turnover and high levels of employee absenteeism and allows increased work accidents, decreased physical and mental health of employees. Therefore, business organizations need to try to minimize the possibility of risk due to job dissatisfaction.The study tries to describe the actual situation regarding job satisfaction and motivation affect the performance of employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Banjarmasin.The research population is the entire subject to be studied. The subjects studied here are all employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Banjarmasin, totaling 80 (eighty) people. While the samples taken were 76 (seventy six) people.Employee job satisfaction affects performance while the factors that influence it are socially, physically and financially, the most influential factor is the financial factor because employees really hope that the company provides bonuses and incentives, the measurement of SPSS data processing uses a Likert scale to measure social factors , physical factors.

The Role of Organizational Learning on Employee Performance through Motivation and Organizational Commitment as Mediation Variables

This study aims to determine the mediating role of motivation and organizational commitment on organizational learning on employee performance with a study on employees of PT Astra International Tbk Yogyakarta Branch. The sample of this study were all employees of PT Astra International Tbk Yogyakarta Branch, with the sampling technique was saturated sampling. The analysis technique used statistical analysis consisted of descriptive analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Conformity Test and Statistical Test, Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study organizational learning has a positive effect on work motivation, organizational learning has a positive effect on organizational commitment, work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational learning has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance. employee.

Investment Portfolio Optimization Model Using The Markowitz Model

The stock portfolio is related to how someone allocates several shares in various types of investments so that the results achieve maximum profit. By implementing a diversification system or portfolio optimization on several stocks, investors can reduce the level of risk and simultaneously optimize the expected rate of return. This study aims to determine which stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and included in the portfolio for the 2021-2022 period are eligible to be included in the optimal portfolio and to determine the proportion of funds for each share in the formation of the optimal portfolio. The population in this study are all shares included in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2022 period. The sample of this research is five stocks that are candidate portfolios. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method with the criteria of 5 stocks with the highest positive ratio. The population in this study was all 30 companies included in the IDX30, while the samples were five companies. Data were analyzed using a mean-variant optimization model with a research duration between May 2021 and May 2022. Based on the results of the investment portfolio optimization analysis on the 5 (five) selected stocks, this study shows that, out of 23 stocks, five stocks are eligible to enter the optimal portfolio with their respective proportions, namely PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) 20%, PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) 26%, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) 10%, PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) 19%, PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) 25%. The portfolio of these stocks generates an expected return of 0.00217 at a risk level of 0.00022. It is hoped that this research can be helpful to add to the literature on investment optimization models, especially the concentration of Mathematics in Finance, and serve as an additional reference for further research, as well as an alternative for investors in optimizing investment portfolios.

CSR Communication of PT. Astra International, Tbk Through Digital Storytelling

This study explores the storytelling method used in the corporate social responsibility reporting process by PT. Astra International, Tbk. Based on the research results, it can be identified that a number of storytelling formats, including photos and images, video clips, messages, and cameo case studies, used by companies offer some reflection on their approach to storytelling. While stories used by select retailers often have a strong human impact and can evoke emotion, the authors argue that stories can impact human emotion.

Pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio dan Debt to Asset Ratio terhadap Price to Book Value pada PT Astra International Tbk

This research was to know and analyze the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Price to Book Value. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with reference to the financial statements of PT Astra International Tbk for the period 2014-2021. These financial reports are used as a source of obtaining data that will be processed into information in this research. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test and F test. The results of the study partially Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), while Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) partially has a positive and significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). Simultaneously, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) have a positive and significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV)

Evaluasi Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen Terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Jasa Service (Studi Kasus Pada Auto2000 Cabang Rancaekek)

Health in the corporate body is one aspect that can maintain the sustainability of the company. Including the use of management control system, where control is also one of the operational functions of the company so that expenditures and revenues in accordance with what is targeted. The role of control system is also very important in improving the quality of employee performance and customer satisfaction. The object in this study is PT Astra International, Tbk Auto2000 Rancaekek. This research aims to describe the function of existing management control system can improve the quality of employee work and customer satisfaction. The data source in this study consists of primary data and secondary data collected using interview and observation methods. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study explained that the control system process has been running well, proven by the existence of a very solid and influential work culture, delegation of WWO (Workshop Work Order) well, MTD (Mechanical Task Divider) allocates and organizes mechanical tasks evenly (Heijunka), The head of the workshop gives performance appreciation to employees who reach the target and implement the program in accordance with the previous plan.

PENGARUH PENGUMUMAN PENERBITAN SAHAM SYARIAH TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PT SMART, TBK DAN PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL, TBK

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic stock issuance on stock returns before and after issuance. The population in this study id the share of the issuer PT Smart Tbk and PT Astra International Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2019 and 2020. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling, namely with a total sample of 60 days before and after. This study uses secondary data recorded in quantitative data in the form of announced share prices at PT Smart Tbk ang PT Astra International Tbk wich are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchane Website (Bursa Efek Indonesia, 2018) and also data on closing price of shareson a Yahoo Finance website. The analiytical method used is the paired sample t-test using SPSS 26. The Results of this study indicate that: (1) Announcement of the issuance of shares in PT Smart Tbk it has no significant effect on changes in stock returns, it is proven that there is no correlation between the two return data before and after being registered at ISSI. (2) Announcement of the issuance of shares in PT Astra International Tbk has no effect on changes in stock return, it is shown that there is no relationship between the two return data before and after being removed from ISSI.

ANALYSIS OF CASH FLOW STATEMENT TO ASSESS THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AT PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK.

Companies must keep track of their financial health and performance in order to meet their objectives. Financial statements are used to examine a company's financial performance. Analyzing cash flow figures can be used to evaluate a company's financial performance. This is a descriptive study that employs quantitative approaches. The data used is secondary data from PT Astra International Tbk's annual report in the form of cash flow reports. Cash flow ratio analysis was utilized as an analytical approach. The operating cash flow ratio, capital expenditure ratio, cash coverage ratio to current liabilities, cash coverage ratio to net income, and total debt ratio were all considered in this study. The findings of the cash flow ratio calculation indicate that PT Astra International Tbk. has a poor financial performance.

Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance (Case Study at Employee PT Astra International Tbk – Auto 2000 Sisingamangaraja Medan)

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Leadership Style and Work Environment Again Employee Performance. This research type is associative that is a research where the relation between two variables. Population in this research is all employees in PT. Astra International Tbk – Toyota Auto 2000 Sisingamangaraja Medanas 60 employees. And by using the slovin formula technique, then the number of samples in this study as much as 52 responden taken from some population. Based on the result of t test can be seen on t count on leadhership style dispersion equal to 2.374 bigger than t table with 2.011 with probability tengan sig 0,001 less than limit of significance equal to 0,05. Based on that then. Values greater than the significance limit of 0.05, then those variables partially have a positive and significant effect on. Based on the result of F test, the result of Fccount is 21.635 > 3.20 with sig 0,000 <a 0,05, showing Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning work discipline and simultaneously and significant to performance variable. R Square value 0,704. To see the great influence of independent variables on dependent variable by calculating the result of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, thus yield KD = 70,4%. This figure indicates that 70.4% work discipline (dependent variable) can be inferred by work discipline and compensation. The remaining 29.6%, by other factors not in this study.

Collaborative governance in CSR management program for slum area rehabilitation

This study aims to explain how the skills needed for successful collaboration between the government, the private sector, and the community are as a solution for social rehabilitation of slum settlements. The case chosen was a collaboration between PT Astra International, the sub-district government, and the people of the East Keputih Tegal Sub district, Surabaya City which is a CSR fund management program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using primary data collection techniques (interviews, observation and documentation). The theory used in this research is collaborative governance skills according to (Donahue Zeckhauser, 2011). The results show that the success of Collaborative Governance that occurs between the Government, PT. ASTRA and the community can run optimally because they are able to collaborate in 4 types, namely, a) Collaboration for Productivity, b) Collaboration for Information; c) Collaboration for Legitimacy Collaborative governance; and d) Collaboration for Resources. From the 4 types of collaboration that the researcher analyzed, all collaboration skills that occur are in accordance with the 8 skills proposed by (Donahue Zeckhauser, 2011). The success of this collaboration is because the sub-district government is able to delegate several functions to PT ASTRA and the community. In addition, community participation can be facilitated from the beginning of the program to implementation. PT ASTRA is very professional in carrying out the delegation function given by the sub-district government and the Surabaya City Government.

Kajian Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Solvabilitas Pt Astra International Tbk

Assessment of financial performance for companies is important because it is used to see the company's performance in the future by knowing the overall picture of the financial position. The purpose of this study is to examine the company's financial performance using the profitability ratios calculated using the Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Return On Equity and the solvency ratio calculated using the Debt to asset ratio and the Debt to equity ratio. The method used in this research is descriptive study with the main object of this research is PT Astra International Tbk. The type of data used is secondary data, secondary data obtained from company financial statements that have been audited for the 2017-2020 period. The method of analysis in this study is horizontal analysis by comparing financial statements with different periods. The results in the study using the profitability ratios from the 2017-2020 period on Gross Profit Margin and Net Profit Margin fluctuated which indicated that the company's operational performance was not good, Return On Equity had decreased and Return On Assets was in a fluctuating condition. For calculations using the solvency ratio has decreased, which means the company's financial performance is getting better and more effective.

PENGARUH PERPUTARAN KAS DAN PERPUTARAN PERSEDIAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PT. ASTRA INTERNASIONAL TBK PERIODE 2011-2020

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of PT. Astra International Tbk. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data taken by the documentation method through the website www.astra.co.id. The method used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination test using SPSS version 26.0. Based on the research, it shows that cash turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on profitability with a significance value of 0.000. While partially, cash turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability with a significance value of 0.001. And inventory turnover has no positive and significant effect on profitability with a significance of 0.379.

The Influence of Wages and Bonus on Work Performance of PT. Astra International Tbk. Auto 2000 Gatsu Medan Employees

This research is intended to know the influence of Wage and Bonus variables in Indonesia. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Auto 2000 Gatsu Medan, totaling 45 employees, and the sample in this study uses the saturated sample technique. Thus, the number of samples in this study were: 45 respondents. This study uses a questionnaire that is distributed questionnaires to research respondents. This study also uses a documentation study in employee data, job descriptions, and organizational structure. Researchers also look for written sources from literature studies. The multiple regression analysis conducted estimates. The data used in this study were secondary, consisting of Wage and Bonus to Work Performance. The results of this research that Based on the partial test (t-test), the Wage and Bonus variables have a significant effect on the variables of the Work Performance, the simultaneous test (F test), Wage, and Bonus have a significant impact on the variables of the Work Performance. The Influence of Discipline, Speed and Responsiveness of Office boy Work on Work Productivity at PT. Astra International Tbk, Bengkulu Branch

This study aims to determine the Effect of Discipline, Speed , and Responsiveness of Work Office Boys on Work Productivity at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Bengkulu Branch, either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were employees at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Bengkulu branch, totaling 68 people. In this research, the writer uses the method of collecting data by means of observation, distributing questionnaires, or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study, using instrument test, classical assumption test, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. So it can be concluded that the Discipline, Speed and Responsiveness of Work Office boy have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Work Productivity at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Bengkulu Branch.

Comparing Machine Learning and Human Judge in SATU Indonesia Awarding Processes

For more than ten years, SATU Indonesia Awards, with PT. Astra International Tbk's support is given to inspiring young Indonesians. Every year, more than 10,000 nominations must be short-listed to 90 nominations within one week with five (5) assessment parameters. The research contributions are (1) creating a machine learning mechanism for the awarding process from ten years of the SATU Indonesia Awards nomination archive, (2) creating two (2) models of training data for the five (5) assessed parameters, namely motivation, obstacle, outcome, outreach, and sustainability, and (3) compare machine learning prediction with 2021 judge's assessment. TEMPO Data and Analysis Center (PDAT) extracts the corpus training data from ten years' SATU Indonesia Awards data in six months. The corpus training data contains nomination texts with Judges' scores on motivation, obstacle, outcome, outreach, and sustainability. Two (2) corpus training data and two models were generated with, namely, (1) the average Judges' parameter value per instance and (2) the Judges' smallest value and stored in two (2) corpus of 1220 instances each. The classification model was generated by Random Forest, which has the slightest error among the classification algorithms tested. The first model aims to predict the nomination assessment parameters. The second model is to detect the outlier in the incoming nominees for extraordinary nominees. The machine learning predictions were compared and found to be similar to the 2021 judge's assessment in the awarding processes at SATU Indonesia Awards. The average Judges' pre-final 2021 nominees' scores are compared to the Random Forest's predictions and found to be reasonably similar, with a small RMSE error around 1.1 to 1.6 for all assessment parameters. The smallest RMSE was obtained in the Sustainability parameter. The Obstacle parameter was found to have the largest RMSE.

Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Pekerja Debitur Yang Mengalami Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja Akibat Covid-19 Pada Pt.Astra International Tbk-Honda

Termination of employment during the covid-19 pandemic is a step that must be taken by PT. Astra International Tbk-Honda in order to avoid more severe losses, the legal protection provided to debtor workers who have been laid off during the Covid-19 pandemic has been regulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower which aims to guarantee all basic rights of workers and guarantee equality and treatment without discrimination on any basis to realize the welfare of workers, especially for workers who have been terminated. The purposes of this research are to reveal the form of legal protection for debtor workers who experience Termination of Employment (PHK) during the Covid-19 pandemic and to study the implications of the government in protecting debtors who experience Termination of Employment (PHK) due to Covid-19. This study uses empirical legal research with a sociology of law approach. The sources of law used are primary and secondary. The techniques for collecting legal materials are recording, summarizing, and quoting techniques and the data that has been collected is then used qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study reveal that the legal protection provided by the government to workers who have been terminated is by issuing policies in the form of a pre-employment card program and stimulus assistance intended for people who have not worked and workers who have been laid off. The implications of the pre-employment card program policy and stimulus assistance issued by the government were greatly appreciated by one of the workers of PT. Astra International Tbk-Honda who experienced termination of employment, the benefits of the pre-employment card program policy and stimulus assistance were felt to be very helpful in developing the business he had just started.

Saluran Distribusi dan Promosi terhadap Volume Penjualan Motor Honda CB 150R

This study aimed to determine the effect of distribution channels, promotions, and the influence of both (distribution and promotion channels) on the sales volume of Honda CB 150 R motorcycles at PT. Astra International TBK. Nature Fence Branch. The method used in sampling in this study uses Time Series data. The data analysis method used is the Data Prerequisite Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Linearity Test), Descriptive Statistics Test, Inferential Statistical Test (Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination), and Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test). The results showed that the value of t count distribution channel is smaller than t table (3,597 > 4,303). Meanwhile, promotion, and the influence of both (distribution and promotion channels) on sales volume sequentially have a value of t count > t table (4.504 > 4.303; 48.236 > 19.0). The conclusion is that the distribution channel has no effect on the increase in motorcycle sales volume. Meanwhile, promotion, and the influence of both (distribution and promotion channels) were able to increase the sales volume of Honda CB 150 R motorcycles.

Investment decision by using Capital Asset Method Pricing Model (CAPM) (Case studies on five automotive companies listed in stock exchange)

Investment is a tool for investors to get more profit than what has been invested. Investors must be able to predict the possibilities that occur when investing. Capital Asset Pricing Model is a tool to predict the development of investment in a particular company used to calculate and determine the Expected Return in minimizing risk investments. The authors conducted research using a sample of 5 companies in the automotive industry, namely PT Astra International Tbk, PT Indokordsa Tbk, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, and PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with Microsoft Excel 2016 analysis tools. This study aims to determine Portfolio Analysis with the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) approach which is used as the basis for making stock investment decisions in automotive industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Use from the results of the analysis of the results by comparing the value of E(Ri) has a directly proportional relationship, meaning that the higher the value of, then the stock return (E(Ri)) will be high as well. Of the 5 companies, there are 2 companies that are in the Undervalued category and 3 companies that are in the overvalued category. This means that investors who will invest in companies engaged in the automotive industry can decide to buy shares of the companies PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk and PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, because they are classified as undervalued. Meanwhile, investors who want to invest in shares are not advised to buy company shares that are in the overvalued category, but are advised to sell them to investors who already have shares in the company.
