Analytical Review of Final Examination Questions for Fifth Grade at SDN 03 East Pontianak

This study aims to evaluate the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, differentiating power, and effectiveness of checkers on the final test of the odd semester of PABP subject in class V SDN 03 East Pontianak in the 2023/2024 academic year. Using a quantitative approach, this study analysed data using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. This study involved 30 class V students as participants. The results of the analysis of 30 multiple choice items showed that 73% were valid and 27% were invalid. From the reliability aspect, it was found that the reliability level of the items was high, namely the r coefficient of 0.899. From the aspect of difficulty level, it was found that about 13% of the items were difficult, about 73% of the items were moderate and 13% of the items were easy. From the aspect of differential power, it was found that about 39% of items were good, about 42% of items were sufficient, about 19% of items were not good. And from the aspect of eliminators, it was found that about 89% were accepted, about 8% were revised and about 3% were rejected.

Quality of public services in the field of population administration in malang public administrative mall

The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. If we are honest, there is hope that people's satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by the government as a public service provider. The purpose of this study is to determine the Quality of Public Services in the Field of Population Administration in Malang City Public Administration Mall. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the City Administration Mall in Malang. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the Malang City Public Administration Mall was seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, namely the Public Services section at the Malang City Public Administration Mall did not meet adequate service facilities to provide services to public. The community is satisfied with the service provided by the Malang City Public Administration Mall in the reliability aspect regarding reliability in handling any public complaints. Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused about services, have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. Security at the Malang City Public Administration Mall has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services related to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the Public Administration Mall is by giving a pleasant impression.

Integrating analytical statistical models, sequential pattern mining, and fuzzy set theory for advanced mobile app reliability assessment

The study presents a new method for evaluating the reliability of mobile applications using the Corcoran model. This model includes several aspects of reliability, including performance, reliability, availability, scalability, security, usability, and testability. The Corcoran model can be applied to evaluate mobile applications by analysing key reliability metrics. Using the model significantly improves the reliability assessment of applications compared to traditional methods, which are primarily focused on desktop and server configurations. The aim of the study is to offer a more optimised approach to evaluating the reliability of mobile applications. The paper examines the problems faced by mobile app developers. This study represents a new application of the Corcoran model in evaluating the reliability of mobile applications. This model is characterised by an emphasis on the use of quantitative statistics and the ability to provide an accurate estimate of the probability of failure without any inaccuracies, which distinguishes this model from other software reliability models. The paper suggests using a combination of analytical statistical models, data extraction methods such as sequential pattern analysis, and fuzzy set theory to implement the Corcoran model. The application of the methodology is demonstrated by studying software error reports and conducting a comprehensive statistical analysis of them. To improve the results of future research, the paper suggests making more extensive use of the Corcoran model in various mobile applications and environments. It is recommended to change the model to take into account the constantly changing characteristics of mobile applications and their increasing complexity. In addition, it is advisable to conduct additional research to improve the data mining methods used in the model and explore the possibility of integrating artificial intelligence for more advanced software reliability analysis. Applying the Corcoran model to the mobile app development process to evaluate reliability can significantly improve the quality of applications, leading to increased customer satisfaction and trust in mobile apps. This model can serve as a guide for developers and companies to evaluate and improve their applications, driving innovation and continuous improvement in the competitive mobile app sector.

Techno-economic feasibility of stand-alone hybrid energy system with battery storage in educational buildings: A case study of Uttara University

Stand-alone hybrid energy systems (HES) have the potential to significantly reduce pollutant emissions and alleviate strain on the national grid. The selection and sizing of stand-alone HES for buildings can serve as a methodological approach toward establishing a resilient and clean electrical energy system in urban areas of developing countries. To explore this further, a case study was conducted using Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources (HOMER) to assess the feasibility of implementing a HES at Uttara University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This study examined the technical, economic, environmental, social, and reliability aspects of a stand-alone HES. The findings of this study suggested that the PV-WT-DG-BT is the most cost-effective solution for the University when compared to other hybrid configurations. Additionally, this HES benefits the surrounding communities by creating employment opportunities and contributing to human development. The sensitivity analysis showed that the COE and NPC of the optimal HES are sensitive to fuel price changes. A PV slope angle of 23.88° was cost-effective, and a 20-meter wind turbine hub height was optimal. It was observed that increased solar radiation decreases COE. Further, sensitivity analysis showed that fuel costs, CO2 emissions, and NPC will decrease if average daily load demand declines. It was also found that 1 kWh of Li-Ion-based HES performed the best compared to other batteries. Finally, the results of the genetic algorithm (GA), and grey wolf optimizer (GWO) showed that they provide the same optimum configuration as HOMER but with the lowest NPC. The findings of this study can serve as a foundational model for designing HESs in other large educational buildings located in low and middle-income countries with environmental conditions and socio-economic characteristics similar to Bangladesh.

Application and Development of Embedded Systems with IoT Components: Aspect of Safety and Reliability

We will present the possibilities of application and development, especially in the field of embedded systems, its interaction with other IoT components, the security aspects of individual components, as well as the domain of their interaction. In embedded systems, we will present new technologies such as fuzzy logic, application possibilities in embedded systems, and machine learning, as application possibilities through the implementation of machine learning. Then we will describe some more examples of the application of fuzzy logic, the automatic control of certain functions in cameras, as well as the defuzzification process, and the possibility of application in security cameras. In embedded systems, we will present the basic aspects of optimization and security, both in everyday applications and in interaction with other components of IoT technologies. The paper shows how security, reliability, and cost estimates affect the implementation phases and the final use of embedded systems, through examples of their application in industry. Security and data protection is shown through the construction of the mentioned devices, their application, but also different encryption methods, permissions, security devices at the network level, as well as implemented IoT technologies. Application examples are focused on the real segment, both in the field of transport, multimedia, design, and in the field of industrial application possibilities.

DEVELOPMENT OF COMPLEX PROBLEM SOLVING TESTS IN NEWTON’S DYNAMIC FOR HIGH SCHOOL

Complex problem solving (CPS) is important for students, but educators rarely provide tests that hone CPS, because the available tests are not up to standard. The aim of the study was to develop a physics test instrument based on CPS for high school that met the qualifications in the aspects of validity, reliability, discriminatory power and level of difficulty. The type of research used is the Borg & Gall research and development (R&D) model with 9 stages, namely: (1) preliminary study of problem-solving test instruments, (2) planning of instrument development and testing, (3) development of problem-solving-based test instruments, (4) initial field test by 5 material, construction and language expert validators, (5) main product revision, (6) main field test on 20 test takers, (7) operational product revision, (8) operational field test on 100 participants tests, and (9) final product revisions. This research uses a mixed method approach with qualitative and quantitative analysis. The developed test instrument consists of 15 essay test items. The results of the initial field test obtained 30 valid test items with minor revisions on the material, construction and language aspects. The results of the main field test obtained 14 test items valid and very reliable. The operational field test results obtained 14 valid and very reliable test items so that the CPS test is suitable for use and can be useful in helping educators to hone students' CPS ability.

Nuclear Meltdown Relocation and Core Catcher Analysis

Nuclear meltdown with the potential human and environmental harm is one of the major accident hazard (MAH) faced by nuclear power plants. Limiting (or entirely avoiding) criticality events are the main design strategies for reactors of generations 3½ and 4 (Gen3½ and Gen4). These include ensuring negative void and negative temperature coefficients (for both moderator and fuel) regardless of operational conditions, which provide a self-regulating mechanism that helps preventing accidents occurrence (i.e., to address safety and reliability aspects of Gen4’s goals). However, in severe accident scenarios (e.g. during loss-of-coolant, LOCA, events) where failure to extract heat from the reactor may lead to core degradation, strategies to mitigate reactor meltdown and relocation are critical in the design of safety protocols. This work aims to numerically investigate core relocation as an integrated multi-fluid and heat dynamics problem in which flow of melted materials (UO2, Zircaloy and graphite) are modelled through interface capturing/tracking methods. Two interface tracking/capturing methods were compared, the level-set volume of fluid method (VOF) in Ansys Fluent, and the compressive advection method (CAM) in Fluidity/ICFERST. Both methods are in good agreement for the core relocation simulation. An in-vessel core catcher (IVCC) of tungsten alloy was also proposed to demonstrate core degradation control strategy through cooling of the melted multi-materials. The IVCC was simulated with a multifluid model in Ansys Fluent, in a specified applied heat flux model. The thickness of the IVCC is 0.20 m and the heat flux used is 600 kW m-2. The tungsten material used was able to withstand both thermal and mechanical loads on the lower plenum by extracting decay heat from the corium.

On the Security and Reliability Trade-off of the Satellite Terrestrial Networks with Fountain Codes and Friendly Jamming

The performance of the satellite-terrestrial network with Fountain codes (FCs) is conducted in the present work. More precisely, the air-to-ground link is modeled according to the shadow-Rician distribution to capture the strong light-of-sight (LOS) path as well as the impact of the shadowing. As a result, we employ the directional beamforming at both the satellite and relay to mitigate such an ultra-long transmission distance. We investigate the trade-off between the reliability and security aspects. Particularly, we derive the outage probability (OP) and intercept probability (IP) in the closed-form expressions. To further facilitate the security of the considered networks, the friendly jamming scheme is deployed as well. Finally, simulation results based on the Monte-Carlo method are given to corroborate the exactness of the developed mathematical framework and to identify key parameters such as antenna gain, and transmit power that have a big impact on the considered networks.

STUDENT SATISFCATION TOWARDS SERVICE QUALITY IN THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN

Satisfaction with academic services is something that needs to be considered in order to achieve quality services that ensure student satisfaction as the main stakeholder in educational service organizationsThis study aims to see the level of student satisfaction with the service quality focusing on academic aspect. This research was conducted in the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. There are five indicators of academic service satisfaction in this study, they are Tangible Aspects, Assurance Aspects, Empathy Aspects, Responsive Aspects, and Reliability Aspects. This research method is quantitative with questionnaire data collection techniques to 689 respondents, they are students of the Economic Study Program, Business Education Study Program, Office Administration Education Study Program, and Economics Education Study Program. The results showed that student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics both in terms of Tangible, Assurance, Empathy, Responsiveness, and Reliability, overall dominant were in the Good and Excellent categories, but with some suggestions for improving service quality within in the Department of Economics in the future

Offshore Wind Power Transmission Decision-making Based on Grey Correlation and Topsis

With the profound transformation of the global energy structure, the development and utilization of wind energy have become the focus of global attention. The offshore wind power industry has ushered in a historic development opportunity and China’s offshore wind power industry has entered the fast track of development. However, due to the variety of transmission schemes available for offshore wind power, there are many differences in the economy, reliability, environment, risk, and other aspects of different transmission schemes, so it is difficult to make the optimal decision. To comprehensively compare the advantages and disadvantages of different transmission schemes in actual scenarios, this paper first identifies their influencing factors to obtain an evaluation index system and uses the entropy weight method to determine the index weight based on the index evaluation data of typical offshore wind power transmission projects at home and abroad, and the grey correlation method and TOPSIS method are integrated to build a comprehensive evaluation model suitable for offshore power transmission. Finally, the scientific and rigorous nature of the research method and model is verified by example analysis. The optimal decision comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper can realize scientific and comprehensive evaluation of offshore wind power transmission schemes and has important decision-making significance for the selection of transmission schemes in different scenarios.

Design of service quality and analysis of customer satisfaction in SME culinary products with the quality function deployment method

SMEs are medium-level community businesses with limited capital. The type of business that can revive the economy, especially the economy for families, is the SMEs culinary business which is consumed by the community every day. One of the SMEs that is still surviving despite experiencing a decline is the SMEs in the culinary field. The results of observations and interviews with one of the SMEs culinary businesses, in a period of 12 months, sales decreased by an average of up to 50%. The cause of the decline in sales is not known with certainty, so it is necessary to evaluate the performance of these SMEs. QFD is one method that can be used to obtain a clear and objective picture of Customer needs. The research method involves Customers as respondents, the number of samples is 80 with 26 valid and reliable attributes. The results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) show that there are five attributes that are considered important for Customers to become priority improvements. These attributes are related to the Tangible aspect, namely the presentation of Durian sticky rice products that are attractive, the portion according to expectations, Assurance, namely the consistency of the ripeness of the durian fruit, the taste of the durian fruit is felt in every portion, Empathy, namely the ethics in serving Customers. Based on the QFD approach, the priority is the technical importance rating by making standard operating procedures for each technical response in the form of standard operating procedures for checking raw materials and the amount of raw materials used in each serving, re-examining, providing the composition of the main raw materials so that the taste remains consistent (Assurance). Serving techniques with serving portions, cleanliness of physical facilities (Tangible), service to Customers and socialization of Customer service standards (Emphaty), and ordering techniques (reliability). So that in order to maintain and maintain the quality of SMEs products and services in the culinary field, it is necessary to conduct a performance assessment, especially related to the four aspects of service quality Assurance, Tangible, Empathy and Reliability as a design in assessing service quality

A psychometric evaluation of the NIH Toolbox fluid cognition tests adapted for Swahili and Dholuo languages in Kenyan children and adolescents.

Our objective was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the culturally adapted NIH Toolbox African Languages® when used in Swahili and Dholuo-speaking children in western Kenya. Swahili-speaking participants were recruited from Eldoret and Dholuo-speaking participants from Ajigo; all were <14 years of age and enrolled in primary school. Participants completed a demographics questionnaire and five fluid cognition tests of the NIH Toolbox® African Languages program, including Flanker, Dimensional Change Card Sort (DCCS), Picture Sequence Memory, Pattern Comparison, and List Sorting tests. Statistical analyses examined aspects of reliability, including internal consistency (in both languages) and test-retest reliability (in Dholuo only). Participants included 479 children (n = 239, Swahili-speaking; n = 240, Dholuo-speaking). Generally, the tests had acceptable psychometric properties for research use within Swahili- and Dholuo-speaking populations (mean age = 10.5; SD = 2.3). Issues related to shape identification and accuracy over speed limited the utility of DCCS for many participants, with approximately 25% of children unable to match based on shape. These cultural differences affected outcomes of reliability testing among the Dholuo-speaking cohort, where accuracy improved across all five tests, including speed. There is preliminary evidence that the NIH Toolbox ® African Languages potentially offers a valid assessment of development and performance using tests of fluid cognition in Swahili and Dholuo among research settings. With piloting underway across other diverse settings, future research should gather additional evidence on the clinical utility and acceptability of these tests, specifically through the establishment of norming data among Kenyan regions and evaluating these psychometric properties.

LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF SOCIAL SECURITY MEMBERS ON THE SERVICES OF SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM SAN PABLO BRANCH

The objective of this research endeavor is to assess the level of satisfaction that Social Security Services in San Pablo has among its members. This study employed both quantitative and qualitative research designs. To determine the level of satisfaction of SSS members, quantitative inferential research was utilized, which not only permitted responses to pre-formulated queries but also encouraged respondents to candidly recount their personal experiences. The proposed methodology will be executed by administering a questionnaire survey to members of the SSS, utilizing a convenience sampling approach. The first section comprises the demographic profile of the participants. The subsequent section employs a Likert scale to evaluate the respondents’ comprehensive experience with SSS services, including promptness, convenience, reliability, meaningful service, and related aspects. The data result presents the frequency and percentage of SSS members belonging to each age category. In addition, the majority of study participants fall within the age range of 31 to 40 years. Regarding gender, the majority of respondents are female SSS members. Regarding coverage status, the majority of participants are SSS members by employment. The majority of members express contentment with regards to the significance and dependability of the service. However, the least content with regard to convenience and timeliness. Limited research has been conducted on the manner in which SSS members perceive and satisfy their customers. This study acknowledges certain implications that may extend to encompass additional branches and services of SSS. Hybridization Challenges and Mitigating Techniques for The Realization of Reliable DC-DC Converter HMCS for Aerospace Applications

DC-DC converter is an important electronic component in any aerospace system employed in many sub-systems. Hybrid technology based DC-DC Converters provide compactness, better reliability and performance compared to standard SMT converters. Technology advancements leads to miniaturization of the module and poses technical challenges due to involvement of huge numbers of die components, transformers, inductors, capacitors and other challenges associated with combination of multiple process and critical fabrication technology involved for hybrid realization of aconverter. Various other challenges due to compactness achieved through hybridization in various domain such as layout, managing thermal aspects of components, package selection, testing and reliability additionally brings many constraints in the realization. Layout design poses several constraints to achieve desired electrical and thermal performance meeting various design guidelines apart from reliability criteria towards realizing a compact, reliable and reproducible product. This article details the special fabrication techniques adopted for miniaturization of hybrid converters andvariousfabrication as well as process challenges encountered apart from effective methodologies adopted to mitigate various stresses resulting in thereproducible production. Details of special subassemblies, attachment techniques and their impact in realization are presented. Techniques and procedures to mitigate the challenges resulted in the qualification of the product are also presented in this article.

Recent research on the status and advances of OLED

Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) have already been a prominent display technology in various applications for many decades, ranging from smartphones and televisions to wearable devices and lighting. It is important to understand the current state of OLED research in order to assess its progress, identify challenges, and explore more potential ways for further development. In this paper, the significance and widespread adoption of OLED technology are briefly introduced, and its advantages over traditional display technologies are highlighted. The paper then provides a concise overview of the major components and working principles of OLEDs without delving into basic notions. The paper discusses both small molecule OLEDs (SMOLEDs) and polymer OLEDs (POLEDs), emphasizing their unique structure, characteristics and properties. Different strategies employed to enhance OLED performance is investigated, including the regulation of band gaps that influence the efficiency and brightness. This paper also focuses on the evaluation of device reliability and stability aspects. The techniques and materials employed in studies related to OLED development are also discussed with many searched experimental data and ongoing research activities. Furthermore, the research content covered the aspects of recent commercial advancements in OLED technology, such as Active matrix OLEDs (AMOLED) and Passive matrix (PMOLED). The review provides a guideline for researchers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts to better understand the OLED technology into its details, potential, and the areas that require further exploration.

The Influence of the Information System Success Model and the Technology Acceptance Model on the Behavioral Intention of Specialist Doctors to use Electronic Medical Records For Inpatient Care Unit

The acceleration of technological developments affects the management of information systems within the hospital, especially in using of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Behavioral intention to use EMR is the essential factor, the role of user is one of the keys to successful EMR implementation. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence behavioral intention of specialist doctors to use inpatient EMR. Data were obtained through questionnaires using the Likert measuring scale and data analysis was processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Quantitative analytical research method with cross-sectional design using a total sampling of 144 specialists. Of the total 144 respondents, the majority of respondents were male (59%), aged 40-50 years (30.6%) and had a working period of more than 20 years (25.7%). Hypothesis analysis found that there was an effect of system and information quality on perceived ease of use and usefulness. System quality, perceived ease of use and usefulness influence behavioral intention, while information quality has no effect, but indirectly influences behavioral intention through perceived ease of use and usefulness. Service quality has no effect on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention. Perceived usefulness has the greatest influence on behavioral intentions to use inpatient EMR. As an implication of this study, it was found that it is necessary to optimize the inpatient EMR system in the aspects of reliability and connectivity.

Reliability Aspects of 28 nm BEOL‐Integrated Resistive Switching Random Access Memory

Approaching the application of redox‐based resistive switching random access memory (ReRAM), the research focus shifts more and more toward different aspects of reliability. Herein, it is vital to account for the statistics in large memory blocks, as certain failure mechanisms are observed to only affect a few bits per million. In a cooperation between RWTH Aachen and Infineon Technologies, the variability, retention, and endurance of filamentary valence change memory, integrated into 28 nm CMOS on Mbit scale are comprehensively studied. This article reviews the main findings of this project. It is found that the programmed states follow characteristic normal or log‐normal statistics based on dynamic equilibrium in the random walk of oxygen vacancies in the switching layer, experimentally observed as read noise. On long timescales, these statistics are remarkably stable, providing high data retention. However, the existing long‐term degradation can be characterized by shifting and broadening of the programmed high resistive state distributions. A high endurance of more than 500 k cycles is demonstrated on the Mbit scale. Only a tail of a few devices appears to fail to reset. Via kinetic Monte Carlo modeling, the voltage divider of ReRAM cell and periphery has been identified as the origin of this failure.

Parametric estimation of photovoltaic systems using a new multi-hybrid evolutionary algorithm

Integrating solar photovoltaic (PV) systems into the modern power grid introduces a variety of new problems. The accurate modelling of PV is required to strengthen the system characteristics in simulation environments. Modelling such PV systems is reflected by a nonlinear I–V characteristic curve behaviour with numerous unknown parameters because there is insufficient data in the cells’ datasheet. As a result, it is always a priority to identify these unknown parameters. To extract features of solar modules and build high-accuracy models for modelling, control, and optimization of PV systems, current–voltage data is required. A hybrid evolutionary algorithm is proposed in this paper for precise and effective parameter estimation from experimental data of various PV models. The proposed algorithm is named as hybrid flower grey differential (HFGD) algorithm and is based on the hybridization of flower pollination algorithm (FPA), grey wolf optimizer (GWO), and differential evolution (DE) algorithm. For performance evaluation, CEC 2019 benchmark data set is used. To increase the accuracy of the output solutions, we also combined the Newton–Raphson approach with the proposed algorithm. Four PV cells/modules with diverse characteristics, including RTC France Single Diode Model (SDM), RTC France Double DM (DDM), Amorphous Silicon aSi:H, and PVM 752 GaAs Thin-Film, are used to validate the effectiveness as well as the feasibility of the proposed algorithm. The parameter results obtained through the utilization of HFGD algorithm have been compared with other evolutionary algorithms through aspects of precision, reliability, and convergence. Based on the outcomes of the comparison, it has been seen that the HFGD algorithm obtained the lowest root-mean-square error (RMSE) value. Friedman’s rank and Wilcoxon test are carried out for the statistical analysis of the proposed work. The I–V and P–V characteristics are drawn along with the box plot for different PV cells/modules. Statistical and experimental results show the superiority of the proposed algorithm with respect to its counterpart.

Physics’ Science Literacy Profile of High School Students in South Kalimantan

The science literacy skills of students in South Kalimantan have yet to be fully identified. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the profile of physics science literacy among senior high school students in South Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative study that utilizes a purposive sampling technique. The study subjects are senior high school students in each district/city in South Kalimantan, with one school selected as the sample from each district/city. The study includes a total of 13 schools with 502 students. Data were obtained through surveys and data collection using test instruments. The data were analyzed descriptively using the Rasch model in the Winstep application. The results of the study show that the physics science literacy skills of senior high school students are categorized as “sufficient,” and the quality of the test items and the reliability aspects of the instruments are good. The categorization of science literacy skills among students in each district/city varies. The categories consist of four classifications: “very high” and “high” categories include two districts, the “sufficient” category includes five districts, and the “low” category includes three districts. Based on the variable maps of students’ proficiency levels, they fall into the “sufficient” category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the profile of physics science literacy among senior high school students in South Kalimantan is categorized as “sufficient”.

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Siswa Terhadap Layanan Konseling Individu

This research aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with individual counseling services for classes X and XI at SMA Negeri 1 Tulungagung. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive type. This research was carried out by analyzing data on the average percentage of student satisfaction. With a population of 118 and the research sample used total sampling or the entire population was used as a sample. The method for collecting data in this research uses a questionnaire. The results of the descriptive percentage analysis showed that the average satisfaction of class With a percentage of each aspect, namely the physical evidence aspect with a percentage of 21.89%, the reliability aspect with a percentage of 21.03%, the timeliness aspect with a percentage of 13.28%, the guarantee aspect with a percentage of 13.45%, and the empathy aspect with a percentage of 17. .84%. The conclusion from this research is that the percentage of average student satisfaction is 7.14%, where the categorization is very dissatisfied.
