For the past 23 years the author has been a Special Agent for the National Board of Fire Underwriters and is presently located in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where he received a degree in law. For five years he was in the active practice of law before undertaking his present work of arson investigation.
