Women Costumes in Egypt and Romania, an Analytical Comparative Study of Gypsies Tribes

Long time ago, there were continuous trials to discover Gypsies secrets, those groups who are owing a place in all countries and those who are living with and on the margin of civilization at the same time. They are formed small states within the countries, having all pillars except for those of land and borders. They are considered as tribes used to travel from one place to another but they were separating and living as groups in all over the world in various places. Thus, there is no Arab country nor European one having no either Gypsies tribe or families regardless the area of this country, its location on the map, the appropriate or inappropriate weather conditions and the kind or the aggressive treatment faced by Gypsies. Despite the abundance of researches and studies conducted on Gypsies reality and the origin of those tribes who are spreading over all countries, but there are rare studies relating to monitoring, recording and analyzing Gypsies costumes and how they form and build up the bases of the costumes and accessories of a community growing up in those circumstances and how their practices and beliefs affect the features of their costumes as well. Thus, Gypsies women costumes are considered as one of the most important creative sources carrying distinguishing colorful and ornamental features, values and specifications affected by their inherited beliefs that some of their styles and models will be illustrated in Egypt and Romania in the form of a comparison after that. This study aims at studying the costumes of Gypsies in Egypt and Romania in general analytically and comparatively. It studies and analyzes the ornamental and structural aspects of their costumes to realize the similarities and differences and the impact of social environment on Gypsies tribe and how to form and construct their costumes. It is worth to mention that the study is conducted between Egypt and Romania as Gypsies groups are spread over Egypt largely in all governorates almost and they are considered one of the most important groups within the Egyptian community as well as they are exist in great rate in Romania reaching 1.8 million, i.e more than the Roman themselves. Although they form around 8% of the country population whose number reaches 22.9 million, but they were able to live within global civilizations holding up with their traditions and way of life that they are used to follow since hundreds of years and they do that believing that it is the best way for human living. This study shows the re-examination of the most important heritage elements related to Gypsies costumes that trace back to ages ago affected by what it passed through as the nature of Gypsies, their separation and spreading over the borders of the countries affect the preservation of their heritage and privacy granting them distinguish and special style. The Problem of the Study: The Problem of the study can be formulated in the following questions: How does the Social Environment affect the Gypsies costumes in both Egypt and Romania representing the sample of the study? What are the most apparent aesthetics of Gypsies Costumes and the distinguish characteristics in Egypt and Romania? To what extent does the Gypsies life affect the formulation of their costumes bases? The Objectives: Studying the historical origins of Gypsies group in Egypt and Romania. Acknowledging the Egyptian and Roman Gypsies costumes and analyzing its constructive and ornamental elements. Studying the similarities and differences aspects combining Gypsies costumes in the sample of the study and analyzing the structural composition of Gypsies costumes as well as the aesthetic and artistic values of the embroidery in it. Significance: The subject of studying Gypsies costumes is rendered as one of the renewable and rich subjects especially in the Arab world. Thus, it is highly concerned by the many authorities whether on the international, the regional, the Arab or the national level. But, few researchers are interested in studying the Gypsies costumes comparing it to his/her scientific and cultural stock of how the Gypsies are affected by the costumes of the surrounding environment. Hence, this study is considered as a scientific addition for the academic level and enriching the Arab library whether through presentation or perception.

منهج الرمانی فی کتاب معانی الحروف

الملخص : هدفت الدراسة بيان أهمية المنهج الذي اتبعه أبو الحسن الرماني في کتابه معاني الحروف والوقوف على ما أضافه الرماني للمکتبة العربية من فکر. وتکونت خطة الدراسة من التمهيد: وفيه المقدمة ومبررات اختيار الموضوع وأهدافه وأهميته والدراسات السابقة. المبحث الأول: أبو الحسن الرماني – حياته – آثاره. المبحث الثاني: کتاب معاني الحروف. المبحث الثالث: طريقته في عرض المادة. المبحث الرابع: عنايته بالعلة وموقفه من المصطلحات النحوية. المبحث الخامس: موقف الرماني من الأصول النحوية. ثم خاتمة تضمن أبرز النتائج: الاهتمام بحروف المعاني يساعد کثيرا في فهم آيات القرآن الکريم، ووضوح مغزى إعجازه اللغوي. اتفاق أبي الحسن الرماني والمالقي والمرادي في کثير من معاني الحروف رغم الفوارق بينهم. تأثر علماء النحو والصرف بآراء الرماني بات واضحا، کما لرأيته عند السيوطي وأبي حيان وابن هشام. تفوق المالقي على أبي الحسن الرماني في کثرة الاستشهادات القرآنية. اتباع أبي الحسن لأصول النحو ووضوح ذلک – کما رأيت – في السماع والقياس والإجماع. الاستشهاد بلهجات العرب دليل على ثقافة أبي الحسن الرماني اللغوية اهتمام أبي الحسن بالاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي وإن کان قليلا .Abstract: This study aimed to depict the importance of the approach that Abul-Hasan Al-Rumani followed in the book the meanings of the letters, and to identify what Al-Rumani added to the Arabic library of thought. The study plan consisted of the preface which identified justifications for choosing the topic, its objectives, its importance, and the previous studies. The first topic tackled Abu Al-Hasan Al-Romani, his life and his scientific production. The second topic addressed the book of meanings of letters. The third topic depicted his method of presenting the material. The fourth topic addressed his attention to the cause and his position on grammatical terms. The fifth topic delineated Al-Ramani's position on grammatical origins. The research conclusion included the most prominent results summarized in paying attention to the meanings of letters helps a lot in understanding the verses of the Noble Qur’an, and the clarity of the significance of its linguistic miraculousness. Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ramani, Al-Malqi and Al-Muradi agreed on many meanings of the letters, despite the differences between them. Scholars of grammar and morphology were influenced by the opinions of Al-Ramani and Al-Suyuti, Abu Hayyan and Ibn Hisham. The superiority of Al-Malqi over Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ramani in summarized in the large number of Quranic citations. Abi Al-Hassan’s followed-up to the principles of grammar in the Holy Quran, analogy and consensus. Citing Arab dialects was evidence of Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ramani’s linguistic culture. The Construction of “Native” Jews in Late Mandate Palestine: An Ongoing Nahda as a Political Project

AbstractThis article concerns the place of late Ottoman Jews in Palestine on the eve of the 1948 War. It focuses on Israel Ben-Zeʾev (Wolfensohn), a Jerusalem-born educator and Nahda intellectual who led a movement of self-identified “native” Jews, including both “Old Yishuv” Ashkenazim and Sephardim, to combat their marginalization by the Zionist institutions. I examine his lifetime struggle to advance the study of Arabic and “Arab Jews” (yahud ʿarab) under early Islam by creating institutions of knowledge production and educational programs modeled on those he knew from his early academic career in Cairo. It was in the context of these struggles that demands for separate political representation for native Jews and for a specialized field of Arab Jewish studies coalesced as part of a broader project of a shared Arab-Jewish cultural modernization. They culminated in 1948, when Ben-Zeʾev finally realized his Arabic library project, ironically using looted Palestinian books, only to see its destruction four years later by Zionist leaders and Hebrew University professors.

Professor Younis As-Samarra'i as One of the Pioneers of the School of Editing Iraqi Poetic Diwans

Professor Younis Ahmad As-Samarra'i is one of the outstanding professors of Arabic, Abbasid literature at Baghdad University since the beginning of 1970s as a teacher, scholar, editor and author till his death in 2005 in Baghdad. He was concerned with human and intellectual heritage, researching in it, editing and publishing poetry of those poets whose manuscripts have not reached to us like many poets whose works were not collected because their manuscripts were lost., and like many treasures of the Arabian civilization which were lost because of wars, natural catastrophes, political upheavals and other reasons. There was an urgent need, therefore, to collect the uncollected scattered poetry, of outstanding figures who had influenced human thought, from its sources and introduce it to the reading public and to students, scholars and researchers. Such work needs great efforts, knowledge and patience to collect, edit, document, compare, knowledge of the historical background as well as experience in editing the heritage. All this is begun earlier by Professor Younis As-Samara'i after getting his PhD till his death. He has published and participated with many other Arab researchers in producing and publishing classical collections of Arabic poetry. The Iraqi school of editing poetry collections is characterized by effective participation in this regard by publishing hundreds of volumes. Professor Younis alone edited the works of more than twenty poets which accounts as more than twenty per cent of the poetry and prose productions of the Abbasid Period and published them in the outstanding journals and periodical and in separate volumes to enrich the Arabic library in general and the Abbasid library in particular and this will be the concern of this paper.

مشکلة دواوين الشعراء العباسيين «دراسة في کتابات الدکتور علي الزبيدي»

عرض الدکتور الزبيدي في مؤلفه (دواوين الشعر العباسي) موضوعا مهما ألا وهو (ضياع الدواوين)، بوصفها مشکلة خطيرة ألمت بتراثنا الأدبي ــــ قلما انتبه إليها النقادــــ محاولا بکل إصرار متابعتها، فتوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن کثيرا من تلک الدواوين أصابها الضياع والاندثار! لذا عمل على وفق منهجية علمية للکشف عن أسباب ضياع الدواوين، وقدم الدکتور الزبيدي الأفکار والأدلة بالشواهد والروايات، والفرائن المنطقية على عملية الهدم، والضياع التي عانت منها دواوين الشعراء العباسيين. وعلى الرغم من الجهود التي بذلها العلماء بالجمع والتحقيق، وفضلا عن حرکات الجمع المنهجي التي تعطي تصورا حول نتاج ضخم يحصى بآلآف الدواوين مستندين في ذلک على کتب الفهارس التي وصلت إلينا، ومن ضمنها کتاب الفهرست لابن النديم الذي يحوي أسماء آلآف الشعراء من الحقبة العباسية فإن الدکتور الزبيدي خرج بنتيجة مؤداها أن مکتباتنا العربية لا تشتمل إلا على جزء يسير من هذه الدواوين. لذا قام الدکتور الزبيدي بسبر أغوار هذا الموضوع، محاولا الکشف عن أسباب ضياعها معتمدا أدلة أثبت بها دعواه تلک سواء أکانت منقولة عن کتب النقاد القدامى، أم مستنبطة من بنات أفکاره، ومما استنتجه أن قسما غير قليل من هذه الأشعار قد خضعت لعوامل کثيرة کانت سببا في طمسها کالسياسية، والخلافات المذهبية، والطبيعية، والشخصية، والفنية، والنقدية، والزمنية والجغرافية. Abstract: In his book The Abbasid Poetry, Dr. Zubaidi presented an important topic, The loss of the Dawaween, as a serious problem that has plagued our literary heritage, which is rarely noticed by the critics, with his insistence of following them, which leads to the conclusion that many of them were lost and lost! Therefore, he worked according to scientific methodology to uncover the causes of loss of debts. Dr. Al-Zubaidi presented the ideas and evidence in the testimonies and narratives, and logical reasons for the demolition and loss suffered by the Abbasid poets' libraries. In spite of the efforts that have been made by scientists to collect and investigate, as well as the systematic collection movements that give a vision of a huge product counting thousands of documents based on the books of indexes that have reached us, including the book of the index of Ibn Nadim, which contains the names of thousands of poets from the Abbasid era, Dr. Al-Zubaidi came out with the conclusion that our Arabic libraries contain only a small part of these departments. Therefore, Dr. Zubaidi probed this subject, trying to disclose the causes of loss, relying on an evidences to prove his claim, whether copied from the books of ancient critics, or derived from the blocks of his ideas, and it was concluded that a large number of these poems have been subjected to many factors were the cause In its blurring as political, doctrinal, natural, personal, artistic, monetary, temporal and geographical differences.

MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION IN ELECTRONIC SERVICES FOR UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES

Measurement and evaluation are among the basic requirements that raise the value of work, whether literary, scientific, or institutional. Therefore, we see most studies heading towards this field, and from here the researcher set out to adopt it in the axis of electronic libraries and to show the extent of benefit from their services, and through this study the aim of the research is to show the electronic services provided by international and Arab libraries, and models from these libraries such as the University of Michigan library were chosen And the Oxford University Library, the University of Jordan Library and the Alexandria University Library, so that the comparison between these services is clear through measurement and evaluation. The nature of the research required that it consisted of three topics, the first of which was to clarify the meaning of measurement and evaluation and the difference between them, while the second topic included electronic services.

الملخص لا شک أن العربية لغة علم وأدب، لغة عاشت هذه الأزمنة المديدة ولم تستطع لغة أخرى أن تصرعها کبعض اللغات، وما کان ذلک إلا لأنها لغة محکمة، أحکمها علماؤها واعتنوا بها أيما عناية، ولم تلق لغة من اللغات البشرية الاهتمام من أصحابها بضبط مفرداتها ودراستها والعناية بها مثل الذي لقيته اللغة العربية من علمائها. وتزخر المکتبة العربية بکثير من المؤلفات اللغوية التي اهتمت بالمفردات العربية سواء أکان ببنية الکلمة، أم بحرکة هذه البنية في فاء الکلمة وعينها، ومن تلک المؤلفات المعاجم العربية بنوعيها: معاجم الألفاظ، ومعاجم المعاني، وکذلک بقية المؤلفات اللغوية التي دونت في القرون الثلاثة الأولى. ويتصدر هذه الکتب في الضبط والاتقان کتاب الله تعالى وکتب الحديث النبوي الشريف. ومن خلال هذه الأهمية البالغة لقضية الضبط اللغوي، يأتي بحثنا هذا الذي يحمل عنوان: الضبط اللغوي في مختار الصحاح ليقدم إسهاما في الناحية التطبيقية في هذه القضية التي نتعرف من خلالها على جهود أبي بکر الرازي في الضبط اللغوي في معجمه من خلال التعرف على ألوان الضبط في کتابه، ومدى شيوع کل نوع منها في الکتاب بالنسبة لبقية الأنواع.Abstract There is no doubt that Arabic is a language of science and literature, a language that lived through these long times, and another language could not destroy it like some languages, and that was only because it was a tight language, its scholars ruled it and took care of it with any care, and no human language received attention from its owners to control its vocabulary, study and care It has an example of what the Arabic language received from its scholars. The Arab library is rich in many linguistic literature that is concerned with Arabic vocabulary, whether it is the structure of the word, or the movement of this structure in the fulfillment of the word and its eye. The Book of God Almighty and the Noble Prophetic Hadith books top these books on precision and perfection. Through this great importance of the issue of linguistic control, our research, entitled: 'Linguistic Control in Mukhtar al-Sahih', comes to provide a contribution to the practical aspect of this issue through which we learn about Abu Bakr al-Razi's efforts in linguistic control in his dictionary through the identification of colors Exactly in his book, and the prevalence of each type in the book in relation to the rest of the types.

The Role of Faculty Member in Jordanian Universities in Protecting Students from Cultural Pollution as Perceived by Students

The study aimed to identify the role of the faculty member in Jordanian universities in protecting their students from cultural pollution from the students' point of view, and whether there is a difference according to the type of university, major, and academic year. To achieve the goals of the study, a scale has been developed that measures the role of the faculty member in protecting his students from cultural pollution, and it was randomly distributed to 2400 male and female students from public and private universities. The results indicated that the role of the faculty member was high in protecting his students from cultural pollution, and that there are differences in the role of the faculty member in protecting students from cultural pollution attributed to the gender variable and in favor of males, and there are no differences in the specialty and year of study, and the study recommends educating male and female students about the importance of the role of the faculty member in protecting them from cultural pollution. The importance of the study lies in providing researchers and Arab libraries with an expanded theoretical framework on the phenomenon of cultural pollution, the results of the current study also benefit the officials in the Jordanian higher education institutions by setting out educational and guidance programs for male and female students about the seriousness of this phenomenon.

الدلالة التمييزية لاختبارات صعوبات السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي ببطارية نبسي2 لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد الفروق بين الأفراد ذوي صعوبات السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي وبين أقرانهم العاديين، کما استهدفت إثراء المکتبة العربية بأدوات تشخيصية دقيقة لمجال السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي، وباستخدام اختبارات السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي ببطارية نبسي2 وتطتبيقها علي عدد 50 تلميذ من العاديين بصف الخامس والسادس بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمدرسة مجمع شها الابتدائية وعدد 51 من أقرانهم ذوي صعوبات السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي، أشارت النتائج إلى تفوق العاديين عن ذوي صعوبات السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي على کلا مقياسي مجال السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي ببطارية نبسي 2 مما يشير إلى الدلالة التمييزية لاختبارات هذا المجال في التمييز بين ذوي صعوبات السلوک الاجتماعي والانفعالي عن أقرانهم العاديين. Summary The current study aimed to identify the differences between individuals with social and emotional behavioral difficulties and their ordinary peers, as well as to enrich the Arab library with accurate diagnostic tools for the field of social and emotional behavior, by using social and emotional behavior tests with the Nipsi 2 battery and applying them to 50 ordinary students in the fifth and sixth grade of elementary school. The Shaha Elementary Complex and 51 of their peers with social and emotional behavior difficulties, the results indicated that the ordinary people were superior to those with social and emotional behavior difficulties on both scales of the field of social and emotional behavior in the Nebsi battery 2, which indicates the differential significance of the tests in this field in distinguishing between those with social and emotional behavior difficulties From ordinary peers.

الأنماطُ السِّیاقیَّةُ لأسماءِ الإشارةِ فی الأمثالِ العربیَّةِ... مَجْمَع الأمثال لِلْمَیْدَانیّ أنموذجًا

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث أسماء الإشارة الواردة في «مجمع الأمثال» للميداني، ووصف أنماط سياقات أسماء الإشارة الواردة فيه، بالإضافة إلى السعي لتحديد کل سياق جاء فيه اسم الإشارة، وبيان وظيفته النصية، مع توضيح دور أسماء الإشارة في تحقيق التماسک النصي، وارتباطها بالمکان الذي تشغله داخل التعبير، بالإضافة إلى حصر الأنماط والسياقات التي استخدم فيها الميداني أسماء الإشارة في کتابه «مجمع الأمثال»، والاعتماد على منهجية علمية دقيقة تتناول الجانبين السياقي وإحالة أسماء الإشارة في «أمثال» الميداني، بالکشف عن الإحالة في أسماء الإشارة ودورها في ترابط المثل وانسجامه وتماسکه. لقد سعت هذه الدراسة لاستيضاح الواقع العملي لاسم الإشارة في کتاب من أهم کتب الأمثال العربية. وقد تمثلت فائدة هذا البحث في استکمال ما نقص المکتبة العربية من دراسات جادة تنبني على أسس نحوية تطبيقية، تضمن تنزيل الواقع القاعدي النظري على أرض الواقع العملي. وقد کان جهدي منصبا على إعادة تصنيف أسماء الإشارة بدلالة طبيعتها من حيث التجرد والزيادة، ومن حيث السوابق واللواحق، ومن حيث دورها الإحالي في تحقيق الانسجام النصي وتماسکه في کتاب «الأمثال» للميداني. وتتناول منهجية البحث جانبا وصفيا تحليليا لأسماء الإشارة في اللغة العربية، فهو يقدم نموذجا تطبيقيا بين الأنماط السياقية لأسماء الإشارة في کتاب من أهم کتب الأمثال العربية (مجمع الأمثال) للميداني، ويقدم ما يشبه مسردا لجميع الأنماط التي تأتي فيها صورة اسم الإشارة، وحالاتها، ودلالاتها السياقية، وإحالتها ودور الإحالة في تماسک النص وبنائه. Abstract The study sought to examine Demonstrative Pronouns in Al’amthal (Proverbs Complex) by Al Mydani”, and describe the patterns of Demonstrative Pronouns contained therein, in addition to identify each context in which Demonstrative Pronouns was mentioned, and to indicate its text function, with clarifying the role of Demonstrative Pronouns in achieving textual coherence, and its relation to the place in the expression. In addition to limiting the patterns and contexts in which Al Mydani used Demonstrative Pronouns in his book, Al’amthal by Al and the reliance on a precise scientific methodology dealing with the two contextual aspects and referring to Demonstrative Pronouns in “Mjm’a Al’amthal by Al Mydani”, by disclosing the signs in Demonstrative Pronouns and its role in the coherence and consistency of the proverb. This study sought to clarify the practical reality of Demonstrative Pronouns in one of the most important books of Arabic proverbs. The benefit of this research was to complete the lack of serious studies of the Arab Library, based on a practical grammar, which include theoretical baseline reality download on the ground of practical reality. My effort was focused on reclassifying Demonstrative Pronouns in terms of their abstract and increasing nature, in terms of precedents and suffuses, and in terms of its current role in achieving textual consistency and cohesion, and in terms of its functions and multiple indications in the contexts it occupies in the book Al’amthal by Al Mydani”. The research methodology addresses a descriptive and analytical aspect of Demonstrative Pronouns in the Arabic language, providing a model of application that interfaces contextual patterns with the semantics of Demonstrative Pronouns in a book of the most important Arabic proverbs Mjm’a Al’amthal by Al Mydani, it provides a similar glossary of all patterns in which the image of the sign's name, its states, its contextual implications, its referral and the role of the referral in the coherence and construction of the text.

American security strategy towards terrorism after September 11 attacks

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine evolution of the American strategy toward terrorism in the aftermath of the events of September 11, 2001. In other words, this study revolves around a key question: How and why the American security strategy toward terrorism evolved in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks in 2001? Based on the neorealist approach in international relations, this paper attempted to answer that question: first, through defining the concept of terrorism and how the Americans perceive it; second, via pinpointing the characteristic of the American counter-terrorism strategy before September 11 attacks; and third, through examining the effects of those terrorist attacks on that strategy. Design/methodology/approach The nature of the subject of this study calls for reliance on the analytical descriptive approach to highlight the role and strategy of the USA in the fight against terrorism following the events of September 11, in addition to the use of the system analysis methodology, which can identify the inputs and outputs of the system that had an impact in formulating the US counter-terrorism strategy. Findings This study has come up with seven findings. The first finding was that the 9/11 attacks served as a turning point of the US counter-terrorism strategy and restructured its agenda. Confronting the communist threat had been its primary objective, until terrorism came to the fore and became its first and foremost priority. The USA vowed that terrorism is its enemy and waged the war on terror to thwart its risk as a global threat. The second finding revolves around the idea of double standards in the American foreign policy. True to its long-standing tradition of favoring its own interests, in complete disregard of the interests of any other party, the USA continued to uphold the double-standards policy. Originality/value This study adds a new study to the Arab Library in the field of counter-terrorism studies, national security strategies and American foreign policy. In addition, the researcher seeks to complete the scientific effort to study the US strategy against terrorism, with a clear impact on the development of the situation in the region. This study contributes to the study of how one of the great powers in the international system, the USA, deals with the terrorist organizations that have become widespread in the Arab region.

Abstract This study is an analytical Study of the sensational visual artist and designer Sonia Delaunay ,who was able to interlace the art of design with the prevalent fine art at that era, and it's an analysis for her artworks in favor to be inspired and influenced by her artistic touch to make trendy fashion designs. One of the main objectives of this study is to determine theartist's artistic print and build on that, modern and unique designs for women and also to know their level of acceptance and satisfaction harmoniously with the specialists. Arabic library is deficient in resources that major in the fine art and its relation with the art of fashion design. As subsequent this study has the potential to be a source in the Arabic library. In fact, the researcher has chosen a descriptive and analysis methodology design for her study because of her extensive study of Sonia Delaunay's artworks in order to present modern illustration designs influenced by Sonia Delaunay style. The outcome of this study has shown mixed views for the suggested illustration designs from the colors and Designs perspective and the consumer's opinion about wearing them out in public. These following designs (number 2 ,6,8,9,11,13, and 15) show the highest rate of acceptance. On the other hand, designs (number 1,3,5,10, and 12) scored the lowest. Lastly, each of these designs (number 4, 7, and 14) reveal an equal acceptance. The researcher recommends more studies about the modern arts and their connection with the art of fashion designs. Also, she recommends to extend the researches on Sonia Delaunay personal and professional lives. The future researchers can include different aspects in their studies since Sonia Delaunay's artworks are very motivational and applicable in various forms like designs, fabrics, and furniture designs, Many references were used that feed the research and enhance information, the most important of them SONIA DELAUNAY: THE COLORS OF ABSTRACTION by Butterfield-Rosen 2014 and color move:art & fashion by soina delaunay by matilda mcquaid ,susan brown 2011, Many museums were also used to document various artworks, the most important of them is Art Moderne de la Ville de Pari’Museed Sonia Delaune 3D Museum in Paris .

The future of industrial design in view of “machine learning

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered one of the most advanced sciences which currently utilized by the designers to improve human life through their novelties. In recent decades, many researchers have been focused on studying the impact of information technology and software implementation in product design processes. Moreover, the technology of art+9ificial intelligence and the designer responsibility in the application of this technology have been illustrated. The drought of Arab Library's from such researches encourages researchers to explore the impact of machine learning concept on the future of industrial design. In this work, a brief summary of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts are presented. On the other hand, their relationship with the design’s future is discussed. Survey and questionnaire methods are exploited to collect a set of expectations for future life and product shapes as well as the anticipation of the role of the designer and the shape of the process of learning and teaching design. Finally, the expected future risks that may be resulted from the immersion of machine learning science in the individual life is investigated. Research Problem: The problem of research lies in the scarcity researches in the field of the impact of machine learning concept on the industrial design future. As the principle of standardization completely disappears in design and the principle of customization diminish, products personalization will be take place. Consequently, the style and the way of designing and manufacturing products will be affected. No doubt that, user experience is absolutely essential factor to guarantee brand survival, which makes artificial intelligence the main engine for personalizing the products of industrial design. Research Objectives Analysis the impact of the machine learning concept on the design future in light of the technology of artificial intelligence and machine learning as well as its role in the full shift towards the design of personalized products. Artificial intelligence makes the product a partner in decision-making and not only to interact with the user as in interactive products in its contemporary image. Research Methodology : Inductive approach and Deductive approach, qualitative approach and the quantitative approach, Major Results: Artificial intelligence and machine learning help to predict user behavior and design useful insights to improve user experience. Machine learning is the backbone of UX design because it is a very powerful source of real information which is a fruitful addition to the design of smarter products. Interaction with users is at the heart of the development cycle. It is expected that in the next 10 years’ machine learning will become the norm responsible for the data used by the designers of the user's products and user experiences, ultimately making the end-user experience better.

However, it is not addressed as much as it deserves by the writers, critics and specialists in the field of literary studies: The Arab Library still lacks a lot of research and studies on this art, although the Arab heritage is rich in prose, and poetry, but it requires a researcher scrutinized prose texts prose and poetry. He was one of the first to be referred to by the Dean of Arabic Literature Dr. / Taha Hussein, in his book Paradise of thorns under the term epigram, and told the recipient that this art was delayed in our Arabic literature; Ignorant Literature We can say that the ignorant poets have tried or intended it. The researcher tackled the issues of his research in the light of some old and modern approaches that enable the researcher to achieve his desired goal in his research. The research first studied; the origin of this art, and the liberalization of its concept, and then moved to study the construction of the poem Epigrama in the poetry of Nizar Qabbani, and visual composition (punctuation), and study the rhythm and language, and then the results of the research. "A Year of Achievements and Challenges" at the First Regional Conference on the Digital Map of Arab Libraries and Information Centres

"The article reviewed the first regional conference of the Digital Map of Arab Libraries and Information Centres, entitled A Year of Achievements and Challenges. The conference was held on (8-9 July 2019) at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The conference consisted of three sessions. The opening session featured the welcoming and opening speech delivered by Hala Gad, Director of Information, Documentation and Translation Department. The panel session included ten discussion contributions by the working group. The scientific session included fifteen scientific contributions. The workshops dealt with training workshops. The closing session reviewed the honouring of the participants and active members of the project. The conference recommended that librarians should be encouraged to work voluntarily within the team of the digital map of Arab libraries and information centres because of their knowledge of the libraries in their surroundings, and to educate workers and administrators in libraries and information centres about the importance of geographical information awareness. Library Policies on the Use of Social Networks in Foreign Libraries: An Analytical Study with the Development of a Policy for Arabic Libraries

The massive developments of ICT sector have led the libraries to usedifferent ways of communicating with their users, especially with the emergenceof different social networks, with provision of opportunities and capabilities forlibraries, whether at the level of connection and communication with users, ormarketing them and their various services or providing services, such as: currentawareness service and reference service, which required libraries to developpolicies for using social networks. This study attempts to identify library policiesrelated to social networks, reviews and analyzes the policies presented in asample of foreign libraries, and finally, finally, it provides a model for a policysuitable for adoption and work through it in Arabic libraries.
