PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN INVENTORY PADA CV MADJU DJAJA BANJARMASIN

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the inventory management information system at the CV Madju Djaja Banjarmasin company. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this research are interviews. Data analysis uses Web-based programming, namely PHP Version 5.1.1 and MySQL database Version 5.0.18. The results of research using an inventory management information system, it can make it easier for company employees to process goods data such as inputting incoming and outgoing goods via computer and by using this system it can make it easier for the warehouse stock section to make monthly stock reports. Control and supervision of inventory can be carried out directly by the director because the information system can be accessed on the internet by entering a username and password which are only known by the company director and the warehouse stock section. So that there is no interference from other unrelated parties and can minimize the risks that occur.

Identification of Groundwater Potential Based on Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems in The City of Padang

Water is a basic need for living creatures, including humans. The need for water can be obtained from various sources, including: rainwater, surface water, or groundwater. The estimated quantity and distribution of water on earth is 97% of the water on earth is in the sea and the remaining 1.7% is at the earth's poles in the form of ice, 1.7% is underground water and only 0.1% is as water. surface and atmosphere. Padang City still lacks clean water, because Padang City PDAM water often experiences problems. So many people use drilled wells or dug wells. Therefore, it is very necessary to identify groundwater in Padang City. Identification of Padang City's groundwater potential in this research uses Remote Sensing data and Geographic Information Systems. The Geographic Information System application is used to identify groundwater potential through overlaying a tiered quantitative method on the parameters of vegetation density, land cover, soil texture, rock type, rainfall and slope to obtain the distribution of groundwater potential. The results of this research are that the groundwater potential in Padang City consists of several classes, namely no potential, low, medium and high. Groundwater potential in Padang City is dominated by low groundwater potential covering an area of 37,369,903 Ha, medium area covering an area of 25,159,745 Ha, high potential covering an area of 7,493.06 Ha and no potential area covering an area of 113,030 Ha. Based on validation using data from 59 drilled wells in Padang City which was overlaid with a groundwater potential map for Padang City, it was found that 11 (18.65%) drilled wells were not suitable and 48 (81.35%) drilled wells were suitable.

Kaedah dan Kegunaan dalam Perlaksanaan Integrasi BIM-GIS dan Potensinya dalam Pengurusan Sistem Saliran: Satu Tinjauan

The ability of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications to manage three-dimensional (3D) data is increasing along with advancements in current technology, and this ability can be further enhanced through the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. While the combination of BIM and GIS technologies provides significant benefits to human life, there are several challenges and limitations that need to be addressed for successful implementation. Therefore, research on previous articles will be conducted to examine the challenges and potential of this integration. This paper will begin with searching for relevant previous articles using appropriate keywords on Web of Science and Scopus. The search will be conducted in two parts, articles related to BIM-GIS integration with keywords "BIM" AND "GIS," and articles concerning the usage of 3D data in GIS applications for drainage system management using keywords "GIS" AND "3D" AND "DRAINAGE." From these articles, observations will be made regarding (1) the structure of BIM-GIS integration data, (2) implemented integration methods, (3) utilization of integration models, and (4) the potential of BIM-GIS Integration in managing 3D drainage system data. The research identifies key challenges in BIM-GIS integration, including differences in class numbers, dissimilar class arrangement, geometry creation methods, and georeference system application. To address these challenges, standard protocols based on specific requirements need to be established by considering organizational needs to ensure a consistent integration process. The paper also recognizes significant potential in employing BIM-GIS integration for drainage system management.

User Centered Design in Analysis and Design of UI UX in the Simpeg Application of Dharmais Cancer Hospital

Dharmais Cancer Hospital as a health service facility that is experienced in its field, of course, has human resources which are important, so to support employee performance in terms of employee rights such as employee leave, media is needed that really supports employee needs. Through the employee support system, namely the Employee Information System (SIMPEG) application, several problems were found in terms of appearance and the proposal process as well as the leave recapitulation process which did not exist in the previous SIMPEG application. From the problems found in the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), a User Centered Design (UCD) method is offered which places the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG) users as the main consideration for building a new system. In the design process there are three steps that are carried out starting from the initial stage, the development stage and the final stage, where at the initial stage testing is carried out using a questionnaire, the average result is 53 which means OK but still low or not good, after the development of the system is carried out and the distribution of questionnaires was carried out again, the results were 71, which means Good. With the design of a Personnel Information System (SIMPEG) using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, it produces a new User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), which consists of a forgot password menu feature, leave recap and display easier to use for employees.

Application of Geographical Information Systems in Sustainability in the Malaysian Context: A Review

The depletion of natural resources to meet growing demands for food, fuel, and fibre due to population growth and urbanisation has led to significant environmental damage in Malaysia. Hence, greenhouse gases have increased atmospheric greenhouse gas (GHG) levels, contributing to global warming and climate change. From developing software to analysing data, GIS is influenced by political, economic, and social factors throughout its production process. This paper introduces a structured framework aimed at conducting an extensive literature review study on the application of the Geographic Information System (GIS) to sustainability in Malaysia. The framework delineates essential steps and factors for identifying pertinent literature, assessing prior research, amalgamating outcomes, and pinpointing research voids. Adhering to this framework enables researchers to methodically scrutinise and appraise existing literature, furnishing a thorough depiction of the present state of knowledge within the application of GIS to sustainability in Malaysia. This literature review highlights GIS as a critical tool for promoting sustainable management across various domains, including flood hazard management, urban planning, agriculture, forest monitoring, transportation, air quality management, and water resource management, by providing access to data, models, and mapping.

EMPLOYEE ACCEPTANCE AND SATISFACTION USING E-OFFICE BY HYBRID MODEL BASED ON TAM & ISSM

E-Office is an electronic mail application both web-based and mobile with the aim of making it easier for users to send, track, and archive letters. The implementation of E-Office applications within agencies certainly has pros and cons from users so it is necessary to do research to find out how users receive E-Office applications. To analyze user acceptance and satisfaction with E-Office applications, it is necessary to test the factors that influence users in utilizing applications. In this study, testing was carried out by combining two models, namely TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and ISSM (Information System Success Model). The TAM is a widely used model to evaluate user acceptance of new technologies, while the ISSM was developed to analyze successes or failures in the application of information systems. The research method used is quantitative using questionnaire instruments, then the data is analyzed using the R-Square test. The data collected was 50 and then analyzed using SPSS. The user perception criterion shows a number of 0.740 so that the variables of information quality and system quality have a strong correlation with user perception. While both the criteria for perceived ease of use and user intention show a value above 0.75, which is 0.77 so that the variables of information quality and system quality have a very strong correlation with the perception of ease of use, and the variables of user perception and perception of ease of use have a very strong correlation also to user intentions in using E-Office applications.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED PPEPP CYCLE

The Mataram University of Technology Quality Assurance Institute already has and has established national education standards plus the standards set by universities following Permendikbud number 3 of 2020. However, there are problems with the implementation of Internal Quality Audits, where the implementation of internal quality audits is very less effective and efficient, good in terms of time, cost, and energy. This is because the Mataram University of Technology Quality Assurance Institute only has 3 auditors to audit 12 study programs in one year and even spends two months in a row. This is an important concern for researchers to build and produce an internal quality audit information system application program that can help implement the internal quality audit process carried out by the Mataram University of Technology Quality Assurance Institute. The design of the internal quality audit information system was carried out using the prototyping method. The application of the prototyping method in system design will make information system builders better and more structured. The internal quality audit information system was built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database and implementing Code-View-Controller (MVC). The main objective of this research is to produce an internal quality audit information system so that it can assist the Mataram University of Technology Quality Assurance Institute in documenting and optimizing higher education quality management in a planned and sustainable manner following the PPEPP cycle

Image Quality Assessment of Multi-Satellite Pan-Sharpening Approach: A Case Study using Sentinel-2 Synthetic Panchromatic Image and Landsat-8

INTRODUCTION: The satellite's physical and technical capabilities limit high spectral and spatial resolution image acquisition. In Remote Sensing (RS), when high spatial and spectral resolution data is essential for specific Geographic Information System (GIS) applications, Pan Sharpening (PanS) becomes imperative in obtaining such data. 
 OBJECTIVES: Study aims to enhance the spatial resolution of the multispectral Landsat-8 (L8) images using a synthetic panchromatic band generated by averaging four fine-resolution bands in the Sentinel-2 (S2) images. 
 METHODS: Evaluation of the proposed multi-satellite PanS approach, three different PanS techniques, Smoothed Filter Intensity Modulation (SFIM), Gram-Schmidt (GS), and High Pass Filter Additive (HPFA) are used for two different study areas. The techniques' effectiveness was evaluated using well-known Image Quality Assessment Metrics (IQAM) such as Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Correlation Coefficient (CC), Erreur Relative Globale Adimensionnelle de Synthèse (ERGAS), and Relative Average Spectral Error (RASE). This study leveraged the GEE platform for datasets and implementation.
 RESULTS: The promising values were provided by the GS technique, followed by the SFIM technique, whereas the HPFA technique produced the lowest quantitative result. 
 CONCLUSION: In this study, the spectral bands of the MS image’s performance show apparent variation with respect to that of the different PanS techniques used.

Waste Bank Management Information System

Waste bank management is becoming increasingly popular to create a clean and comfortable environment. For this reason, it is important to have an Android-based waste bank application as an alternative solution to the waste problem in society. The waste management application also provides education regarding public concern for cleanliness and concern for the environment so that it can create an environment that is clean and free from waste. Management of this waste bank will improve the economy for the community because there is rupiah value obtained from the sale of waste banks in the community. This waste bank application also consists of waste pickup, transaction, and education features. The method used for waste management is to carry out transactions directly, and its use can be displayed using an Android smartphone, since almost all people have a cellphone to carry out waste bank management transactions. This information system application provides economic value to the community because the results from the disposal of sorted waste can be sold into funds or money as savings that can be withdrawn at the end of each month.

Analysis of Distribution Patterns of Environmental Risk Factors with Malaria Incidents in the Working Area of the Tanjung Tiram Community Health Center, Batu Bara Regency

<p><em>Environmental conditions have a big influence on the incidence of malaria because a bad environment can increase the breeding and proliferation of Anopheles mosquitoes. The aim of this research is to determine environmental risk factors and distribution patterns of malaria in the Tanjung Tiram Community Health Center working area, Batubara Regency. This research method is analytical observational with a case control research design and an ecological approach. This research was conducted in the working area of the Tanjung Tiram Health Center, Batu Bara Regency, which was carried out from April to July 2023. Population 40,604 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that the research sample was 100 people. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis using the bivariate Chi square test on SPSS version 20 software and Analysis of malaria case distribution mapping using the Geographic Information System (GIS) application to describe the distribution pattern of malaria in Batubara Regency. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between environmental risk factors such as ceilings (p-value=0.000), wall type (p-value=0.000), ventilation (p-value=0.000), wall density (p-value=0.000), partitions on windows (p-value=0.000), the presence of puddles (p-value=0.000), gutters (p-value=0.000) and swamps around the house (p-value=0.000). The distribution of Malaria cases in Tanjung Tiram District, Batubara Regency is not spread across all areas in the district, this means that the highest number of malaria cases occur in mixed plantation areas. By depicting the distribution pattern in the form of a map, it can optimize the reduction in the incidence of malaria cases.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords: Environment, Geographic Information System, Malaria</em></strong>

Geographic Information System (GIS) Application in Soil Fertility Management: A Review

As the global population expected to reach 10 billion by 2050 and arable land decreases, innovative soil management strategies are required to maximize agricultural productivity while preserving natural resources. By integrating GIS with sensors, communication technologies, and data analytics, precision agriculture is possible, allowing for efficient use of agricultural inputs and reduced environmental impact. GIS technology facilitates the simulation and modeling of biological ecosystems, providing valuable insights for sustainable soil management. It has diverse applications in agriculture, ranging from soil nutrient mapping to yield estimations and runoff detection. GIS works by overlaying various layers of information onto digital maps, allowing for the identification of relationships and patterns that are crucial for optimizing soil fertility. Detailed maps created through GIS highlight the distribution of soil nutrients, pH levels, and moisture content, enabling informed decision-making on fertilizer use, irrigation techniques, and land management practices. By harnessing the power of GIS, farmers and land managers can make data-driven decisions that maximize agricultural productivity, conserve resources, and protect soil health for future generations. The integration of GIS with other technologies further enhances its effectiveness in soil fertility management. SISTEM INFORMASI ANALISIS AKUNTANSI PENJUALAN BERBASIS WEB PADA DJAROT CELL MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME SERIES

Djarot Cell is a company that provides credit for all operators, electric credit and vouchers. Djarot Cell is located at JL. Lebo Islamic Boarding School RT/RW; 03/05 Gringsing. The Sales Information System at Djarot Cell is not yet equipped with a sales plan. The absence of sales planning for the future makes it difficult to determine future sales targets and the number of sales targets that have been achieved and the form of reports that are still manual makes it difficult for owners to see business developments. Because the condition of the Djarot Cell company is that sales data can fluctuate every month.
 Based on this research, the author created a Web-Based Sales Accounting Analysis Information System application on Djarot Cell using the Time Series Method.
 The author hopes that this sales accounting analysis information system can make it easier for owners to make decisions, especially for managing data more regularly which will influence the company's finances for the better and be able to determine and know the size of sales plans and sales that have been achieved in a certain period.

APLIKASI SISTEM PENGGAJIAN PADA PT. GRAND BEST INDONESIA SEMARANG

From the results of the analysis of the data or information obtained, there is an urgent need for the availability of an employee data processing application program. To perform the processing of employee salary data processing at PT. GrandBest Indonesia is done by saving the data as an archive, then the data is entered into the computer through the Ms. Excel. Based on data from interviews with officers who handle employee payroll issues, that the ability of HR in using Ms. Excel is very low. As a result, this program cannot be used properly to process employee salary data. This is an obstacle because it causes delays in information and data loss. To overcome these problems, a new computerized system is needed to improve work efficiency. The methodology used to design the computerized system is: analyzing the current system, designing a new system, creating a system / programming, and finally testing the system that has been created. The resulting application in making this program is an employee payroll information system application at PT. GrandBest Indonesia using Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language. This application generates employee biodata reports, salary data reports consisting of all salary data reports, attendance and salary data reports, salary data reports per class and journals..

Abstract Drawing on the experiences of the 2020 Taiwanese and Moldovan presidential elections, this article develops a framework to better understand whether certain aspects of identity can predict a constituency’s demand for foreign disinformation during contentious election cycles. The model bridges key tenets of Monroe E. Price’s “market for loyalties” metaphor with geographic information system applications to identify areas where a constituency’s willingness to exchange loyalty for disinformation is expected to be salient within these postimperial polities. The article concludes by outlining the theoretical implications for focused policy interventions in Taiwan and Moldova.

The Application of Geographic Information System in Analysing the Voting Patterns among Dayak Voters in the Sarawak State Elections of 2016 and 2021

Geographic information system (GIS) and election-related research focuses on the geographical characteristics of election boundaries, the election information management system and the application of GIS analysis to election boundaries. This article aims to acquire a deeper understanding of the issues affecting Dayak voters during the state elections of 2016 and 2021, geographically. This study employs three spatial analyses: Thematic Map-Density, Spatial Autocorrelation Moran’s I Index and Hot Spot Analysis (Getis-Ord Gi*). In select constituencies with a Dayak-majority, interviews and observations supplemented the spatial data. This article examines Dayak-majority constituencies’ geographical distribution and spatial concentration in the 2016 and 2021 elections. It demonstrates that there are significant differences in the density of voter participation, majorities obtained by candidates, and total votes cast by the electorate across the state in both state elections, confirming the assertion made by researchers of electoral politics in Sarawak that election issues are primarily location-specific and that understanding the problems faced by communities at the local level is essential. It is anticipated that the outcome of this study will aid in providing a spatial overview and projection of state election results and in strategising the future management of state elections.

Assessing lake shoreline change and prediction for 2030 by physical drivers: A Case Study from Lake Batur, Batur UNESCO Global Geopark, Bali

Over ten years, the water level of Lake Batur has increased. Agriculture area and settlements around Lake Batur are threatened by rising water level. This study aims to analyze the shoreline change of Lake Batur, located in the Batur UNESCO Global Geopark (BUGG), during the period of 2007 – 2018 and design a prediction for 2030. Understanding the shoreline change is very important for lake management and planning. Shoreline changes were analyzed in Geographic Information System (GIS) application. The data were obtained based on Remote Sensing (RS) data, Landsat ETM+ imagery on September 24, 2007, and Landsat OLI imagery on October 24th, 2018. Predictions of lake shoreline in 2030 result from modelling by integrating ASTER-GDEM V2 data, lake water level data for 2007–2018, annual average rainfall data for 2007–2018, and bathymetry data for 2013 and 2015. The results of the satellite imagery analysis show that there has been a change in the length of the shoreline, which has increased from 20.47 km in 2007 to 21.28 km (3.96%) in 2018. The lake surface area changed from 15.34 km2 in 2007 to 16.16 km2 in 2018 (5.35%). The prediction of lake shoreline changes in 2030 showed that Lake Batur will increase to 26.90 km (26.41%), and lake surface area is predicted to increase by 17.67 km2 (9.34%) from 2018. This is because of the morphological change of Lake Bottom.

Evaluasi dan Strategi Pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA)

The purpose of this research is to evaluate and determine the right strategy for the development of tourist villages in the Borobudur Temple area. The research emphasizes the aspect of customer satisfaction as the main study material and performs an analysis using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The results show that there are indicators that become achievement priorities, top priorities, low priorities and excessive priorities in each tourist village. From the results of the evaluation, a strategy was set for the Karanganyar Tourism Village which leads to the improvement of human resources with the addition of management skills, the Tuksongo Tourism Village the need for renewal of accessibility which should also be supported by the local government, and the Wanurejo Tourism Village the need for the application of information systems on social media and the website to support the tourists in seeing the tours offered by the village.

Disaster Risk Assessment of Fluvial and Pluvial Flood Using the Google Earth Engine Platform: a Case Study for the Filyos River Basin

The aim of this study is to conduct a risk analysis of fluvial and pluvial flood disasters, focusing on the vulnerability of those residing in the river basin in coastal regions. However, there are numerous factors and indicators that need to be considered for this type of analysis. Swift and precise acquisition and evaluation of such data is an arduous task, necessitating significant public investment. Remote sensing offers unique data and information flow solutions in areas where access to information is restricted. The Google Earth Engine (GEE), a remote sensing platform, offers strong support to users and researchers in this context. A data-based and informative case study has been conducted to evaluate the disaster risk analysis capacity of the platform. Data on three factors and 17 indicators for assessing disaster risk were determined using coding techniques and web geographic information system (web GIS) applications. The study focused on the Filyos River basin in Turkey. Various satellite images and datasets were utilized to identify indicators, while land use was determined using classification studies employing machine learning algorithms on the GEE platform. Using various applications, we obtained information on ecological vulnerability, fluvial and pluvial flooding analyses, and the value of indicators related to construction and population density. Within the scope of the analysis, it has been determined that the disaster risk index (DRI) value for the basin is 4. This DRI value indicates that an unacceptable risk level exists for the 807,889 individuals residing in the basin.
