Low-carbon life has always been a green lifestyle that our country often advocates. As a symbolic color for energy saving, green is also designed as a symbolic representative color for energy saving and emission reduction. For now, energy conservation and emission reduction have become the subject of our sustainable economic and social research. With the continuous expansion of the energy consumption of buildings in various cities in our society, our natural environment has become even worse. However, the current housing construction is the most important goal for the prosperity of urbanization proposed by our country. On this basis, scholars put forward the main topic of green building. Especially under the current situation, the combination of green building and computer-related energy-saving and emission-reduction theories may be the most in line with the energy-saving standards of the advanced era[1-2].

The challenges of increasing the energy efficiency of the economy as a whole and of certain production sectors in particular are a priority both in our country and abroad. As part of the energy policy of the Russian Federation to reduce the specific energy intensity of enterprises in the oil transportation system, Transneft PJSC developed and implements the energy saving and energy efficiency improvement Program. The application of energy-saving technologies allowed the company to significantly reduce operating costs and emissions of harmful substances. At the same time, further reduction of energy costs is complicated for objective reasons. The objective of this article is to present additional methods to improve the energy efficiency of oil transportation by the example of the organizational structure of Transneft. Possibilities to reduce energy costs in the organization of the operating services, planning and execution of work to eliminate defects and preparatory work for the scheduled shutdown of the pipeline, the use of pumping equipment, including pumps with variable speed drive, the use of various pipelines layouts, changing the volume of oil entering the pipeline system and increase its viscosity.

Climate Adaptability Analysis of Dwellings in Eastern Hebei Province under Building Energy Efficiency Context

Building energy efficiency plays a vital role in solving conflicts between energy resource supply and social economic development and accelerating the development of circular economy. On the basis of “Regulations for Energy Efficiency of Civil Buildings in Hebei Province”, combined with Climate Consultant, the paper analyzes the meteorological data of dwellings in Eastern Hebei Province, obtains suitable for dwellings climate policy and valid time in the region. Through above analysis, the paper concludes the passive strategy suitable for dwelling construction so as to provide viable architectural design and energy-saving strategies for the application of energy-saving technologies, planning and construction in Eastern Hebei Province.

Research on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Measures in Building Water Supply and Drainage Design

This paper uses computer technology to summarize the current situation of water resources utilization in China, analyzes the principle of water-saving technology, and analyzes the application of energy-saving technology in residential buildings from the aspects of rational use of municipal pressure, the use of water-saving appliances, the use of pressure reducing valves, and diversion and drainage. Energy evaluation is an important means for an organization to be more competitive in the global era. IKE or the intensity of electricity consumption is a term used to evaluate energy consumption in a system (building). IKE value is obtained by comparing the total use of electrical energy in building area. The evaluation process is done by collecting historical data from Kartika Husada Tambun hospital building., such as data of building area, data of the use of electricity, and the budget spent of electricity needs. From the calculation results, IKE value of the Kartika Husada Tambun Hospital in 2016 was 160,73 kWh / m2/ year, the IKE value in 2017 was 166,04 kWh / m2/ year, and 2018 was 142,79 kWh / m2/ year. This result is in the efficient category because it does not pass the IKE standard for electricity for a hospital building of 380 kWh / m2 per year. The need to provide heat, hot water and electricity are the basic needs of society, and throughout the history of mankind, they form the greatest demand for energy resources. In the modern world, energy consumption by countries all over the world is constantly increasing; it’s creating new problems such as lack of energy resources, their rise in price, depletion of energy sources, environmental threats, and others. In connection with the problem of saving, rational and efficient use of energy resources and huge energy losses in the construction industry, this article considers world experience of application of energy-saving technologies and other measures to improve energy efficiency, analyzes the current situation in the field of energy saving in Russia. Prerequisites to the study of energy efficiency problems are considered, state of energy consumption and energy saving in China, USA, some EU countries and Russia is analyzed, the world experience of application ways of energy efficiency improving at the state level is considered. The problems and historical background that hinder the development of Russia in the field of energy saving are discussed. Specific proposals to improve energy efficiency in Russia have been put forward based on an analysis of international experience.

Analysis of the Indoor Thermal Environment and Passive Energy-Saving Optimization Design of Rural Dwellings in Zhalantun, Inner Mongolia, China

Zhalantun city is located in a severely cold region of China. The cold climate and long winter bring challenges to the energy-saving design of rural dwellings in this area, while the poor economic conditions restrict the application of energy-saving technology. This paper aims to propose an optimal combination of passive design parameters by investigating, testing, and analyzing simulations of Zhalantun rural dwellings, which have a particular architectural pattern. Field measurements during winter show that the indoor temperature of a traditional house is low and fluctuates greatly, and the inner surface is prone to easy condensation. Through thermal comfort surveys, neutral and acceptable temperature ranges were obtained to provide indoor calculation parameters for an energy-saving design. Numerical simulations of heating energy consumption were conducted on the typical building models using DesignBuilder. The influence of different design factors on energy consumption was evaluated. Orthogonal experiments were designed to optimize a series of design parameter combinations to reduce the energy consumption of Zhalantun rural houses and to determine the sequence and significance of the effect of these design factors on energy consumption. Results show that the optimal parameter combination based on orthogonal experiments can obviously reduce energy consumption and have better economic benefits without considering mechanical methods. This can provide a basis for improved energy-saving designs and indoor thermal environments in such rural dwellings.

Design and Implementation of Energy Saving System for Electric Propulsion of Unmanned Vehicle

Ocean exploration technology has become a key technology in the research and development of countries all over the world. As a new intelligent platform for ocean exploration, unmanned ship has also become one of the important equipment of ocean exploration technology. At the same time, in response to the call of global green energy, the application of energy-saving technology and new energy schemes in unmanned ship electric propulsion system has increasingly become a hot area of ocean exploration technology. In this paper, the electric propulsion system of unmanned ship is designed based on photovoltaic technology, and the mathematical modeling and simulation experiments of the system are carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed UAV electric propulsion system has obvious advantages in energy saving compared with the traditional UAV electric propulsion system. At the same time, the energy-saving electric propulsion system proposed in this paper also has strong dynamic performance and stability performance.

Application of exhaust heat recovery in energy saving of HVAC

Exploring the influences of green industrial building on the energy consumption of industrial enterprises: A case study of Chinese cigarette manufactures

As one of the three major fields of energy consumption, industrial enterprises are under pressure regarding energy saving and emission reduction, and industrial building energy consumption takes up more than 50% of the total consumption. Therefore, it is essential for industrial enterprises to develop green industrial buildings to achieve targets for reducing CO2 emissions. This study compared the standard evaluation characteristics for green industrial buildings domestically and abroad. Also, eQUEST and the scenario analysis were adopted to simulate and calculate the energy consumption, energy saving potential, and the energy consumption structure applied to 11 green industrial building projects in Chinese cigarette manufactures. Then, the simulated data and the measured data of the operating projects were compared, and a comprehensive and systematic evaluation was worked out for them. Finally, the problems existing in the operation of the green workshop in cigarette industry enterprises are found out, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. Results showed that the application of energy-saving technologies relates to the location, energy-saving targets, and energy-saving efficiency; the higher proportion of the energy consumption for a specific system, the greater potentials of systematic energy saving; Enterprises have all reached the pre-set energy saving targets after the implementation of green workshop projects; The unit comprehensive energy consumption intensity for the most sample enterprises achieve the standard requirements after the technology improvement.

Comprehensive Assessment of Green Development Level for Urban Rail Transit Enterprises Based on ANP and Entropy Weight Method

As one of the most efficient energy-saving transportation mode, urban transit rail system, with priorities such as large volume, low pollution, low-emission transport mode, has been greatly developed in many Chinese cities recently. In order to evaluate the current green development level (GDL) and guide the future green development for urban rail transit enterprise (URTE), a comprehensive evaluation approach is proposed. First, based on the analysis of connotation and basic characteristics of green URTE, an assessment indicator system considering the impact of energy-intensity, level of service, energy-saving capacity building, application of energy-saving technologies, energy-saving management mechanism, fund input level for energy-saving is established. Second, the analytic network process (ANP) and the entropy weight method are used to respectively determine the subjective and objective weights, and the game theory aggregation method is employed to combine both weights and then optimize the indicator weigh. Finally, based on the investigation data, the GDL values of several Chinese URTEs are analysed and compared. The results show that the proposed method has both well rationality and excellent operation performance. The weight determination method effectively solve the collaborative relationship between different methods and the GDL calculation can well identify the URTEs’ benefits and drawbacks to promote UTREs pertinently carrying out energy saving measures.

The Application of Energy Saving Technology of Passive Ultra-low Energy Building in Energy Saving Renovation of Existing Residential Buildings

Taking the design of energy-saving renovation of the family building of Hebei Academy of Building Research as an example, this paper introduced the application of passive ultra-low-energy building in the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings, including energy-saving renovation of exterior walls, energy-saving renovation of roof, energy-saving renovation of exterior doors and windows, energy-saving renovation of heating system. The demonstration project will provide technical support for the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in China.
