Analisis Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pencatatan Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pada Yayasan Panti Asuhan Harapan Karomah

Yayasan Panti Asuahan Hrapan Karomah is a social institution or non-profit institution that has the responsibility to provide social welfare services to the children of the residents of the orphanage. Therefore, the manager of the orphanage must be able to manage the orphanage properly, one of which is in terms of financial management. Currently, the Harapan Karamah orphanage is in the process of recording both revenues and expenses using a manual system. A manual system causes many errors of risks. Therefore, to minimize the risks that exist and also facilitate the financial management of the orphanage, a computerized information system is needed. In addition, it can also make it easier for the manager of the orphanage and also donors to monitor and evaluate the orphanage's finances which can be accessed quickly and at any time. This study aims to create a website-based financial administration information system. The software development method used is the Waterfall method which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and system maintenance. The development of this system uses the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and the CodeIgniter framework. The result of this research is an information system that can be used to process data and financial data reports. Based on the test results, the system being developed can run according to its function.

Previously the processing of sales data and inventory of goods had not been computerized, causing several problems, including inaccurate inspection of existing goods, frequent occurrence of lists of goods, relatively long reporting processes and errors in bookkeeping or recording of sales notes, for example writing product names, and quantity. goods. because the recording is still used it is vulnerable to the risk of paper being torn, wet by water, and lost if you are not careful in storing it. The purpose of this study is to able to design a web-based administrative information system to help improve performance in recording sales transactions, purchases, and making reports at the AT SPORTS Store. Making this information system using the Throw away prototyping method with the stages of needs analysis, prototype creation, prototype evaluation, system specifications, system validation, and system use. The description of the final results of the system can already be known at the beginning so that the prototyping process produces applications that are by the wishes and can be developed according to the needs of the AT SPORTS shop.

Sistem Informasi Administrasi Puskesmas Berbasis Multi User

The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

Efforts To Improve Village Administration Services Through The Digital Mail Information System

The development of technology is currently growing so rapidly and is able to affect all aspects of human life, one of which is the administration of the Kambingan Village which must provide effective and efficient services to the community. This service activity aims to provide convenience for the Kambingan village community so that the management of correspondence can be faster and more precise. The service method used is using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it is known that the correspondence technology used so far is considered to be less effective and efficient where the processing of correspondence takes a long time. Therefore, as an effort to improve village administration services, a Macro Vba Excel-based correspondence administration information system was developed which can provide faster correspondence services than the technology used previously. The resulting product has proven to be effective in facilitating the work of village officials, especially in the process of managing correspondence. In addition, village officials do not have to worry about filling in the wrong data because the resident's biodata is filled in automatically.

Proposal of a New Approach for Protected Deposit Area Registration in Public Administration Information Systems—A Case Study from Slovakia

Perception of the meaning and wider context in recording important information about objects that represent strategically valuable data is the basis for increasing their value and binding in order to strengthen their credibility. In recent years, emphasis has been placed on digitization and electronic data collection and their interpretation, which ensures the promotion of real-world objects. The protection of mineral wealth and the creation of protected deposit areas (PDAs) is often limited to an analogue form of documentation ensuring the raw material potential of that country. The often inefficient and insufficient way of managing data in public information systems (ISs) and their subsequent use in the customary procedural stages of other decision-making procedures of state authorities leads to the loss of relevant information in connection with such protected areas. This paper on specific studies emphasizes the need to use and follow procedures in strengthening the Slovak national concept based on data and technical compatibility supporting the exchange of information, which will support the expansion of the IS environment with data in connection with the protection of mineral wealth in the form of PDAs. As a result of the existing legislation and historical background, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the contexts that fundamentally enter into the content of data in the ISs of individual institutions recording fundamental information about objects in connection with the protection of deposit areas. The methods used and the analysis of input data on PDAs from the relevant information systems pointed to insufficient and incomplete records and presentation of data regarding PDAs. In this document, a solution is proposed which, as a result, consolidates the disparate way of registering PDAs and presents an organizationally more profitable way of exchanging data. It was found that only modern ISs and their filling with data, respecting the rules and principles of standardization, prioritizing the content of established, and validly reflecting data, are a high-quality basis for an interoperable environment containing the necessary information, for example, in the establishment of three-dimensional records.

Perceptions and needs of health professionals concerning health information systems

Background : In recent decades, there has been an increasing interest in patients’ needs and their satisfaction with health systems. Various studies have presented several benefits of information management application in health care. Health information technology can contribute to improving health care services performance, cost savings, and greater engagement of patients in their own health. Therefore, many health care organizations are planning to increase their overall adoption of information technology in their activities. Objectives : The aim of our research is to assess health professionals’ views on the adoption and value of health information systems and to assess their usage. Methods : The research focuses on the use of health information technologies in the National Health System in Greece and was performed using a structured electronic questionnaire answered by 1,216 doctors, nurses, and other health care staff. Results : Among the study sample, 92.11% of the hospitals had installed a Health Information System (HIS). Of the respondents, 86.18% believed that the adoption of HIS was extremely important, and 88.8% reported a high or very high frequency of usage in their workplace. However, in 22.3% of the cases, health professionals highlighted the need for integrated information systems: because there was no connection or information exchange installed within the various (clinical and administrative) information systems, this was considered to be a barrier for the effectiveness and improvement of the health care system. Conclusions : The analysis led to the proposal for an information system based on the needs for information and health professionals’ skills in the field of information and communication technologies.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Model Desa Cerdas Berbasis Web di Desa Mumbang Jaya

The use of information technology in Mumbang Jaya Village which is located at Jl. Radin Intan No.49, Mumbang Jaya, Jabung, East Lampung Regency, South Sumatra 34184 with a population of 10470 people with 226 heads of families known to problems such as conveying information to the community in the form of activities and announcements are still carried out using notice boards or using pamphlets, so that the impact that arises is the high operational costs and information coverage which is limited. Another problem is that the process of processing villagers' data and information on letter requests that are carried out is still done manually, such as residents having to come to the village office to apply for letters based on the required file, this has an impact on the slow process and can cause data collection errors.The method used in the research is extreme programming based on a brief history that software development is widely used for faster development by covering the stages of planning, design, coding and testing. The system is built using php programming language and Mysql database which aims to facilitate or implement the use of website technology to obtain information in urban villages. The results of the study are in the form of a population data administration service system and complaints services with a smart village model to provide convenience in conveying important information to the community. The implementation of the population administration information system using a web-based government to citizen model produces a system with three main features, namely requests for letters, complaints, criticisms and suggestions and can see information about the village.

Usability Evaluation of Wedding Administrative Information System using System Usability Scale

Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the usefulness of the marriage administration information system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to determine the extent of the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of using the marriage administration information system that has been built.

Information Technology Risk Analysis and Mitigation Using ISO 31000 and House of Risk (HOR) for SIAK in Western Seram Regency

SIAK stands for population administration information system. It is a computerized system that was established according to administrative service regulations to organize the population administration system in Indonesia, more precisely in the Western Seram Regency. Given the critical function of this application in aiding in identifying regional demographic statistics, it is vital to examine potential dangers while also identifying mitigation measures that may be performed to avoid them. ISO 31000 was utilized in the study to map potential hazards for subsequent reduction using the House of Risk (HOR) methodology. According to the findings of this research, there is one danger that falls into the high category, namely the unstable network. Additionally, based on the results of risk mitigation identification, two mitigation steps are identified that can mitigate 60% of existing risks, namely the construction particular resistant to natural disasters for critical equipment storage and collaboration with internet providers to ensure stable internet and network connections.

Sistem Informasi Administrasi Keuangan Siswa Berbasis Web Pada SMA Yadika Kota Jambi

Jambi City Yadika High School is a special institution to provide educational knowledge to students under the supervision of teachers located in Jambi City, having its address at Jalan Maya, South Lingkar, South Jambi. The process of processing school financial administration often experiences various obstacles. Constraints that often occur include student payments such as Education Development Donations as well as payment of building fees and school financial reporting. The benefits of the research carried out are improving the quality of service to students, managing student financial administration data to be relatively faster and accurate, and student finance administration can be known simply by accessing a web page, without having to come to the administration section. The purpose of the research is to design the Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Student Financial Administration Information System at Yadika High School Jambi City. The method uses a prototype. The results of the research are data processing applications that have been designed to facilitate data processing and report generation. Suggestions before using the application, it is better for the user to get training first so that it can be operated optimally.

Designing Correspondence Administration Information Systems Using User Experience Design Model

The design of the community service correspondence information system application starts from the data collection method (interviews, observations and documentation) using a user centered design model has 5 stages, namely Empathized, Define Problem Statements, Indentation, and Prototype in accordance with user needs in community service correspondence administration information systems that can overcome existing problems. The results of ISO 25010 testing that has been carried out involving respondents that the resulting software feasibility quality conclusion has a percentage of success with an average total of 95.92%.

Alternative corporate governance: Does tax enforcement improve the performance of mergers and acquisitions in China?

AbstractResearch Question/IssueWe study whether tax enforcement can function as a corporate governance mechanism in emerging countries with weak tax enforcement. In the case of China, we examine whether and how external monitoring by tax authorities constrains insiders' opportunistic behavior in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&As).Research Findings/InsightsWe employ the implementation of the third stage of the China Tax Administration Information System (CTAIS‐3) as a quasi‐natural experiment and adopt a difference‐in‐differences (DID) approach. We find that strengthening tax enforcement by CTAIS‐3 can improve the efficiency of M&As by reducing agency problems in the decision‐making process. Our conclusions remain unchanged under a series of robustness checks. Moreover, the results show that the impact is mainly observed in regions with stronger local government taxation motivation and in firms with poorer internal or external governance and poorer accounting information.Theoretical/Academic ImplicationsWe find that strengthening tax enforcement can improve M&A decisions even in emerging markets, which provides direct evidence for the predictions from theory that tax authorities play a governance role in supervising corporate insiders. Our paper also extends the literature on the determinants of M&A performance from the perspective of tax authorities.Practitioner/Policy ImplicationsThis study has policy implications for governments around the world to improve corporate governance by strengthening tax enforcement. The Chinese government applying advanced information technology to tax enforcement can provide a reference for other countries.

GMIT Efata Soe is one of the largest churches located in Soe City, East Nusa Tenggara Province. From the results of interviews conducted, it was found that GMIT Efata Soe has not utilized information systems to support operational activities and still uses manual methods in all work processes. Therefore, this study aims to help optimize operational activities and improve job performance by using the information system at GMIT Efata Soe. The Enterprise Architecture Planning method is a choice of the right method in strategic planning of information systems that can answer the needs of GMIT Efata Soe. Business modeling using value chain analysis gets the business functions of the main and supporting activities that are used as the basis for building a proposed portfolio of systems and applications. From analyzing the main activities and supporting activities, it produces a portfolio of information system applications that can be developed by GMIT Efata Soe in the next few years. Analysis of website-based village population administration system development methods: a review

The village population administration information system is a facility in a computerized system that has been equipped with features and is designed in such a way as to suit the needs to be used for inputting certain data which aims to simplify, speed up and accurate data that has been processed. The method used in conducting this systematic review uses concepts related to the village population administration system. Literature search is done through Google Scholar. The search was carried out in August 2021. The search was carried out using Indonesian. The research method is obtained from a literature study that searches for information in the form of references in journals. There are 10 journals that will be reviewed. Referring to the journal literature published from 2017-2021, the most widely used website-based village population administration information system development method is the waterfall method.

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI PEMBAYARAN SISWA BERBASIS WEB DI SMK KESEHATAN MANDALA BHAKTI SURAKARTA

Mandala Bhakti Health Vocational School Surakarta is a vocational school that focuses on the health sector and has two majors, namely nursing and pharmacy. The use of computers at the Mandala Bhakti Health Vocational School in Surakarta has begun to be applied to help work in the field of school administration, especially the student payment administration section which serves all student payments including medical tests, tuition fees, practicum, competency tests, re-registration, and registration.However, the administrative process for student payments still takes quite a long time because students must first write a payment slip and wait for a payment receipt from the treasurer which is written manually and the recording process must be done twice, namely per day and class. In addition, the passbooks and receipts that are used by students to see the payments that have been made, are mostly lost and damaged, making students not know what bills to pay. Therefore, it is necessary to have a Student Payment Administration Information System that can speed up the payment process, simplify the reporting process, and grant access rights for students to view payment history and bill payments.This Student Payment Administration Information System was created based on a website using visual studio code software (text editor), MySQL database management system (DBMS), Xampp, and the PHP programming language. Methods of data collection are done using interviews, observation, and literature study. While in its construction, the author uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) development method which consists of requirements analysis, modeling analysis, modeling design, and construction.Testing the student payment administration information system uses black box testing which shows that the system is functioning properly without any errors. User testing was carried out using a questionnaire which showed the results that for the admin, treasurer, and principal access rights questionnaire the highest score was the 'agree' option with a percentage of 60%, while for the student access rights questionnaire, the highest score was the 'agree' option. with a percentage of 55%. This shows that the student payment administration information system is following the needs of its users
