Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Melalui Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) Bagi Guru-Guru Akuntansi Se-SMA/SMK

In order to improve teacher competence, PTK traning activities are carried out for high school teachers in Jayapura Regency and Jayapura City. Classroom Action Research (CAR) training activities using experimental methods using pretest and posttest design, the purpose of using this method is to ensure that this training can provide increased competence for partisicipants while participating in the training. The results of different tests showed that there was a significant difference in knowledge of 0,000 in the time before and aftar the provision of training materials. These results show that providing material stimulus about PTK can improve the competence of teachers in conducting classroom action research to achieve improved performance in teacher performance reporting. This activity aims to be able to foster scientific understanding and understanding of teachers about PTK, support teachers in writing PTK proposals, and teachers are expected to manage and analyze PTK results data, as well as be able to produce research reports and scientific publication.

Efektifitas Experiential Learning Method dalam Pembelajaran Pengolahan dan Analisis Data Penelitian Tindakan Kelas

[EFFECTIVENESS OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING METHOD IN LEARNING ACTIVITIES DATA PROCESSING ANDANALYSIS CLASSROOM ACTION RESEARCH]. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive methodwhich aims to determine the effectiveness of the Experiential Learning Method in the learning process Processing and Data Analysis at the Classroom Action Research (CAR) Training based on the perceptions of the participants. Effectiveness is seen based on the suitability of the results obtained with the learning objectives. The research was conducted at CAR training in Aceh Barat Daya with the subject of research as many as 40 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with google form and triangulation by interviews and observations of work documents. The results showed that according to participants' perceptions the application of the Experience Learning Method in learning was effectively based on the achievement of learning outcomes. The application of the Experience Learning Method can also increase motivation, provide experience in processing and analyzing data in real situations, and improve skills in processing and analyzing CAR data.

Improved teacher understanding of classroom action research at SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, Pangkep Regency

Social Service in SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, located in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. The problem of partners is that teachers still have difficulty planning and implementing Classroom Action Research. An alternative solution to the problem is to provide Classroom Action Research Training to the teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, Pangkep Regency. The output target to be achieved is the skill of the teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro, Pangkep Regency in compiling a Classroom Action Research proposal so that it can improve the quality of learning. The method to be carried out is the presentation of material on classroom action research in PowerPoint displayed on the LCD. From the results of the activities that have been carried out, it is found that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals

Improvement of Teacher Professionalism through Classroom Action Research Training in MGMP Kimia SMA/ MA Kabupaten Tanah Datar

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is one of the activities which teachers must carry out to improve and develop their professionalism. This community service activity aimed at train and improve the professionalism of chemistry teachers through CAR activities. The method was conducted with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and workshops on proposal preparation, literature searching, CAR implementation, report, and CAR research articles preparation. The number of participants is 34 who are the members of MGMP Kimia Kabupaten Tanah Datar. There were six meetings with the total time was 36 hours in July-December 2019. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage and equation techniques of Kappa Cohen's. Based on the results, of the 34 participants, 15 CAR titles were obtained, 11 CAR titles were carried out, 8 CAR reports were produced, and 4 CAR articles were drafted. Based on the teacher's questionnaire responses, the kappa moment average value was 0.86 which categorized as very high. This data showed that the classroom action training activities provided can improve the professionalism of chemistry teachers in preparing proposals, implementing, drafting reports and articles. This training activity still needs to be continued to obtain CAR articles that have been published in several national /international journals or proceedings.

Action-Research-Training Teaching Process: a Perspective on the Constitution of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge

In this study, we analyzed teachers' understandings, in initial and continuing training, on the constitution of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK), in interactive processes of action-research-training (ART) with information and communication technologies (ICT), in Science teaching. The triad of teachers from Higher Education, Basic Education and in initial training participated in the interactive process. The results show that the use of ICT, in interactive ART processes, resignifies the understandings about the constitution of the TPACK of teachers (teachers´ understandings of TPACK constitution and drives the proposition of the action-research-training model in the teaching of science (ARTTS), by intentionally articulating the training curriculum development, in a reflective and collaborative movement among teachers.

PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN PELATIHAN PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU SEKOLAH DASAR SE-KECAMATAN UNDAAN KABUPATEN KUDUS

The purpose of this study is 1) to know effect of academic supervision on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher, 2) to know the effect of classroom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teachers, 3) to know effect of academic supervision and classrooom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher. The subject of this study werw all elementary school teachers in all subdistrict of Undaan Kudus regency. This study uses a quantitative contribution method with regression analysis techniques. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection research using questionaire. The validity of data uses construct validity bay way of experiential juggment. Data analysis was perfomed using regression analysis techniques in the form of simple and multiple regression. The results of study showed that academic supervision had an effect on techer professional competence of 32,0 %. Whereas classroom action research training has an effect on teacher professional competence of 39,1%. Academic supervision and classroom action research training together have an effect on teacher professional competence of 46,6%.

Training and Assistance Classroom Action Research (CAR) for Teacher MA Manbaul Bayan Lombok Timur

Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance

Classroom Action Research Training Teacher Physical Education, Sports and Health in Padang City

In Teaching-learning process on class, teacher playing vital role for reaching planned education purpose. But that not an easy case, because there are many problems occur in class. Those problems have to be eliminated, and the way to do that is by using class room research. Class room action research is designed to solved a teaching-learning process on class. Class room action research purposed repairing learning process simultaniusly. Class room action research conducted simultaniously to repairing teaching-learning process naturally without disturbing teaching learning process it self. Class room action research conducted based on cycle. Each cycle play vital role fo the next cycle. By conducting training activity for education sports teachers for making and designing a classroom research, they will solve the problems occur in teaching-learning process. By developing education sports teacher ability in class room research will lead the educational purposed to optimal result. Training designed by using classical models, including: discussing, interview, guiding, and assinment. At the end of the training process, every education sports teaching producing one class room action research proposal and making one research based on their own class problem.

One of the problems in developing teacher professionalism today is related to the problem of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this activity is to provide training on writing Classroom Action Research (CAR). The training was attended by 25 teachers in Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The method used is 1) providing theoretical and practical knowledge about the integration of Classroom Action Research (CAR), 2) Providing material about data analysis and discussion in Classroom Action Research, 3) Viewing the responses of Classroom Action Research training participants.

PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI GURU MELALUI PELATIHAN PTK DI SD NURUL HIKMAH SIDOARJO

Improvement of the national education system is needed so that the quality of education increases one of the efforts to improve the quality of education is by increasing teacher professionalism. Increased professionalism of teachers is characterized by an increase in competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely pedagogical competencies related to management of students, social competencies related to communication skills, personal competencies related to the ability of teachers to have wise personalities, and professional competencies related to ability teacher to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning. One way that can be taken in improving the quality of learning is to carry out classroom action research. Class action research is a research activity to solve learning problems. By conducting classroom action research, teachers are able to improve the learning process through a study of what is happening in their classrooms. The purpose of this training is to find out how far the teacher's knowledge and practices are about Classroom Action Research. The methods that will be used to provide this training include: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, assignments, individual guidance, and independent training in the form of projects. From the results of the overall evaluation of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research training at SD Nurul, Sidoarjo Wisdom was fairly successful, it was seen from the implementation indicators and the results obtained from this training with fairly good values.

TANGGAPAN MAHASISWA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELATIHAN PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS

This research is motivated by the desire to find out the responses of the traineesto the quality of classroom action research (PTK) training conducted by IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. For that reason, the three research questions were proposed, namely first, how are the trainees' responses to the trainers’ competency? Second, how are the trainees’ understandingof the training material? Third, how are the trainees’ responsesto the quality of training? Data collection uses questionnaires, then analyzed by descriptive techniques, and the results are as follows. First, trainees' responses to trainers’ competencyare in Good category. This is evidenced by the average oftrainees’ answers in the range above 70% of interval scale, concerning skills competency, material delivery, giving instructions, and trainees’ responses. Second, the trainees' understanding of the training material is quite sufficient, because it is in the range 40% of interval scale. This is caused by many factors, even though the competence of the trainers have met the standards of feasibility. Third, the quality of the training is included in the Good category, because 71% of 100 trainees stated Good. This shows that the performance of the training has reached a feasiblestandard.

the purpose of this activity is to meet the needs of teachers in improving teacher competence in the field of business management expertise of teachers in SMKN 1 and SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The reason for doing this classroom action research training (1) to make teachers sensitive and responsive to the dynamics of learning in its class. (2) Improving teachers' performance to become professionals (3) teachers improves the learning process through an in-depth assessment of what is happening in their classroom. (4) classroom action research does not interfere with a teacher's main task because the teacher does not need to leave the class. The results of these activities in the form of articles of scientific work of classroom action research used by teachers as material for improving the process and the results of student learning in the classroom. It is expected that through the classroom action research training and the accompaniment of the script writing of the classroom action research results. And ultimately teachers SMKN Surabaya and SMK Ketintang Surabaya Business Management can improve scientific publications and can increase functional allowance and teacher credit numbers in developing teacher careers.

IPTEKS BAGI WILAYAH (IBW) DI KECAMATAN KLOJEN KOTA MALANG

Development in the city of Malang is directed to bring the people of Malang City to the welfare that is distributed evenly. This condition is characterized by increasing economic growth, declining unemployment and decreasing the poor in Malang. In addition, it will also lead people to increasingly cultured conditions, with religious-tolerant values marked by an increasing understanding of traditional values, religious values, mutual respect for differences, and the absence of conflict and violence on behalf of SARA in the city of Malang. The objectives of IbW Program are: (1) To identify potential, actual condition / situation, human resources and realistic resources in Klojen Sub-district, Malang City; (2) To formulate the potential of human resources and natural resources so that it can be used as a pre-eminent commodity of the region; (3) Conducting training activities in the framework of technology transfer generated by Higher Education to the community, so that the community has the knowledge and skills in managing the potential around them. Activities were carried out using survey methods, and observations. Meanwhile, to arrange the action program is done through worshop activity with the hope of action program as needed by society. To that end, in this IbW activity the community is involved from program planning, program implementation, utilization of results and evaluation of program implementation. In this way, the action program is a program that fits the needs of the community. In addition, the implementation of community empowerment activities is carried out using field assistance method. Critical Realist Action Research and Humanistic Management Education

In line with its institutional commitments and in order to strengthen the relevance of its business education program in addressing the persistent social challenges facing the Philippines, Mission University (not its real name) revised its Master of Business Administration (MBA) curriculum in 2012. A core change in the curriculum was the incorporation of action research training and the requirement for graduation of implementing and defending an action research project. The introduction of action research, which is based on critical realist philosophy of science, was intended to enable the university’s MBA graduates to become reflexive and humanistic agents of change in their work contexts through the application of observation, critical reflection, collaborative analysis and action and scholarly skills. The implementation of the action research requirement is beginning to yield positive results based on the types of projects implemented by the students and their resulting sense of efficacy in the workplace. Challenges in implementation include the need to further hone student skills in pursuing more emancipatory projects and the need to further orient faculty in the critical realist philosophy underlying action research, as distinct from traditional positivism.

Professional-Competence-Based Model of Classroom Action Research Training Management for Islam Religion Education Teachers of Senior High School

A number of efforts have been made to improve the quality of teachers, such as providing training on curriculum, methods of learning, and further study for those who have not completed their undergraduate program. However, these efforts do not seem to be maximally successful in improving the quality of the learning process and outcomes. Therefore, training is needed in order to improve the professional competence of the teachers through classroom action research training. This research aimed to yield a product, that is the management model of classroom action research training for Islam Religion Education Teachers of Senior High Schoolof in Semarang City which is packaged in the form of a classroom action research management training manual for teachers as guidebooks for instructors and trainees to improve their professional competence. This study utilized a Research and Development approach which was preceded by a qualitative descriptive method. This method was used as a preliminary to obtain data on how to implement the training that has been running for this. A preliminary study revealed what the problem was with the training. The results show that the development of the management model of classroom action research training was carried out in accordance with the development procedures which include preliminary research, analysis, production/development, and revision, while the product was evaluated in accordance with the development of evaluation procedures.

Developing an E-Module-Based Classroom Action Research Training Model

The problem in this research is that the teachers have not carried out any independent action research to improve the learning quality and promotion. The purpose of this research is to analyze the actual model of classroom action research training for senior high school (SMA) teachers that have been carried out for years, to analyze the hypothetical model of an E-Module-based classroom action research training for high school teachers, and to analyze the final model of the E-Module-based classroom action research (CAR) training for SMA teachers. The method used in this study was research and development. The data were collected using interviews, documentation, observation, questionnaire, and test. The research results indicate that the final model of the E-Module-based classroom action research training is highly effective. The results of the extended trial show that the E-Module-based classroom action research training is able to properly facilitate teachers to implement and write a CAR research report independently and easily. E-Module-based CAR training assists teachers in understanding the CAR. This is understandable because E-Module-based CAR can be accessed anywhere and anytime through the Internet. The conclusion of this research is that E-Module-based CAR training makes it easy for teachers to conduct classroom action research because participants can access the E-Module via the browser.

Blended Learning-Based Self-directed Learning on Classroom Action Research Training to Improve Teacher Competency Research

Abstract: Although classroom action research (CAR) is considered useful for teacher development but this activity has not been implanted yet effectively in Indonesia. In this paper, we report the alternative way to overcome this problem. It addresses how blended learning support self-directed learning and enhance teacher competency research. Through questionnaire, interview and document analysis, the result showed that blended learning-based self-learning can improve teachers performance in conducting classroom action research (CAR) and enhance their ability in compiling the research report.
