This study was conducted to examine the effects of smart phone addiction management application on degree of smart phone addiction scale, self-regulation, and interpersonal relationship ability of university students. As a result, degree of smart phone addiction scale was significantly decreased in high risk group, potential group, and general group. Self-regulation ability was significantly increased in high risk group and potential group. Interpersonal relationship ability was significantly increased in high risk group, potential group, and general group. In differences between groups, high risk group showed the greatest effects in degree of smart phone addiction scale and self-regulation ability. Therefore, it was confirmed that the application can be applied easily and quickly and has high efficiency and realization. So, it was considered that education and promotion related to smart phone addiction management and prevention connected with education institution and addition management center in the community can contribute to spread awareness.
