Abstract

The problem of alienation has been one of the burning issues in the struggle of international philosophical thought for many years now. Contemporary bourgeois scholars and contemporary revisionists have put it to great use in their writings in mounting a vicious attack on Marxism and Leninism. Furthermore they have created considerable theoretical confusion. In order to clear up the unbearable confusion surrounding this problem it is first necessary to delve into its roots and origins, to make a historical investigation of the problem of alienation.
