Abstract

The dynamical theory based on Takagi-Taupin equations was used to model x-ray diffraction by the Z-cut of a LiNbO 3 crystal with short period regular domain structure. It found that the presence of even satellites on the x-ray diffraction spectra caused by the crystal lattice deformation. A proposed model of the deformation allowed us to achieve a very good agreement with the experimental data.
