Abstract

Occupational burnout as a result of vocational mismatch In contemporary society, work stands as one of the crucial elements of life, posing numerous challenges to both employees and the organizations they work for. Work has evolved beyond merely being a means to earn a living; it increasingly involves building a career, pursuing one’s calling, or fulfilling personal aspirations. An emerging threat faced by modern workers is occupational burnout. This topic holds significant societal importance due to its impact on the individual employee and the functioning of the organization they are part of.
