Abstract

Objective To investigate the source of pressure on the operating room nurses and mental health relevance, and its research strategy,in order to improve the operating room nurses provide a basis for the level of mental health. Methods A three-city hospitals and 3 in the second hospital operating room nurses for more than one year of work, take a sample of the questionnaire method of payment, statistical data, analysis and processing. Results The operating room nurse pressure situation shows that secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals in the workload and time pressure and total scores were significantly different. Operating room nurses and mental health care and professional work is not relevant in the allocation of time and workload, working environment and resources, patient care and management in such areas as human relations and a significant correlation. Conclusion A lot of pressure on the work of the operating room area, as well as some of the rise in the operation room nurse stress factors related to the increase in the existence of a serious impact on the operating room nurses, mental health, and even affect the quality of care. The operating room nurse care managers should understand the psychological needs of the implementation of humane management, provide continuing education and work to deal with the pressure to participate in training opportunities; nurses to treat the correct pressure to improve the psychological defense capabilities, learn to self-decompression, to maintain good state of mind to a higher enthusiasm into the work.
