Abstract
The paper comprises the materials of the “round-table” “Within sanctions regime: problems and perspectives of Russian economic and political development” which was organized by the chair of the comparative politics of the Peoples` Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) and took place on February 20. 2016 on the faculty of the humanities and social sciences. Among the questions discussed within the “round table” were economic and political aftermaths of the sanctions imposed on Russia by the West and Russian countersanctions against the EU, USA and the further perspectives of Russian economic and political development, cooperation with the West. Among the participants of the “round-table” were the lecturers and the students of the political department of the PFUR, the students of the faculty of applied political sciences of the National Research University of Higher School of Economics as well as political experts.

20 февраля 2016 г. на факультете гуманитарных и социальных наук Российского университета дружбы народов был проведен организованный кафедрой сравнительной политологии «круглый стол» на тему «В режиме санкций»: проблемы экономического и политического развития России»
Речь идет о «кредитовании ключевых инвестиционных проектов с льготной кредитной ставкой (5% годовых) из Фонда развития промышленности, субсидирование уплаты процентов по кредитам, взятым в 2014—2016 гг. на реализацию новых комплексных инвестиционных проектов, проведение научно-исследовательских и опытно-конструкторских работ (НИОКР), а также компенсации затрат на реализацию пилотных проектов в области инжиниринга и промышленного дизайна» [16]

Кафедра сравнительной политологии Российский университет дружбы народов ул. На факультете гуманитарных и социальных наук Российского университета дружбы народов был проведен организованный кафедрой сравнительной политологии «круглый стол» на тему «В режиме санкций»: проблемы экономического и политического развития России». Участие в «круглом столе», в рамках которого был затронут широкий круг вопросов, связанных с экономическими и политическими последствиями введенных в отношении России санкций и российских контрсанкций в отношении западных стран, а также дальнейшими перспективами политического и экономического развития России, сотрудничества со странами Запада, приняли сотрудники ФГСН РУДН, аспиранты и студенты политологических кафедр РУДН, студенты факультета прикладной политологии НИУ-ВШЭ, а также эксперты-политологи.
