Abstract

Based on the analysis of legislation, judicial practice this article considers the grounds and sizes of withholdings from employee’s wages, as a result of which some problems of law enforcement are revealed. In the authors’ opinion they must be solved, because one of the principles of labor law is guarantee of employee’s right to timely, full payment, which provides a decent existence for himself and his family, and not lower than the federal minimum wage.
