Abstract
Abstract Investor may not have clear idea for investment in various portfolios. In this research the researcher analyzed and facilitate for investment process, through how investment knowledge mediating positively on investment intention and investment behaviour of the investors. The questionnaire used to collect the primary data from 98 investors from different portfolio. The research hypotheses tested and accommodating PLS techniques. Finally, this study recommended that there is a significant relationship among investment intention of the investor and investor investment behaviour, and over this positively mediating by investment knowledge. Hence forth the established relationships facilitate to take sound decision in investment process.
