Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of ease of use, trustworthiness, and mobile banking benefits on service use. Using a survey design on respondents, namely students and lecturers at universities in Bali-Indonesia. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have been sampled. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which is done randomly. Data analysis of multiple linear regressions previously tested the validity and reliability and tests of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The study results state that ease of use, trust, and benefits have a positive and significant effect on the level of use of mobile banking services when tested partially and simultaneously.
