Gray (whose academic initials are B.S. and M.S., not J.D.) is a mediator and trainer in private practice in Arlington, Massachusetts. She has taught mediation at Boston College Law School since 1992 and has served as executive director of two multi-door courthouses and the Academy of Family Mediators. She was director of professional services and regional training coordinator for JAMS/ENDISPUTE's Boston office and serves on a number of dispute resolution panels and specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution.
