Abstract
Dynamical as well as static properties of the infinite dimensional Hubbard model are investigated by the selfconsistent second order perturbation theory (SCSOPT). The SCSOPT is found to give the spin- and the charge-fluctuations that exhibit effects of the correlation. Using the results for the infinite dimensional model, the dynamical properties of the finite dimensional Hubbard model are also discussed.
