Abstract

The article analyses the problems faced by teachers of the New Ukrainian School during their professional development. Based on the analysis of the research results, several factors that cause obstacles to the professional development of teachers of the New Ukrainian School are identified. It is determined that obstacles to professional development are caused by imperfect educational policies, affect the quality of education and can manifest themselves as moral and ethical, reflective, social, emotional, behavioral, academic, and communicative. It is proved that it is important to improve educational policies and use appropriate tools designed to promote the professional formation and development of teachers of the New Ukrainian School. Recommendations are given and effective tools are identified that help overcome obstacles to teacher professional development.
