Abstract

The author explores one of the urgent higher education tasks - the development of professional competence of a university graduator. It is noted that engineering activity is determined by the advantage of production rules and the social order and cognitive needs associated with forecasting future technological structures and technologies. It is emphasized that the formation of professional and creative skills of future engineers is a necessary basis for the development of high professionalism and ensures the mobility of the individual in the dynamically changing conditions of life. The author considers the ways of professional and creative abilities formation in students-future engineers during he educational process of the university. The necessity of implementation of acmeological approach in the process of formation of professional and creative skills in future engineers in the result of which acmeological educational environment of the university is formed. In conclusion educational technologies for the effective formation of future engineers' professional-creative skills are listed.
