Abstract
The study of legal development ways of education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic is an urgent task in the recent time. Research objectives: analysis and study of legal development ways of the education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic. Research materials and methods: a literary review was made on legal aspects and regulatory laws in the development of the education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic. Research results:legal acts containing administrative and legal norms regulating relations in the field of higher education interact with each other in accordance with general patterns. Conclusions:there is a need to correct domestic legislation by introducing amendments and additions to the laws governing administrative relations in the field of education and science.
