Abstract

Research relevance: article explores the main goals and objectives of the legislation in the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities in the field of education. Research objectives: to determine the characteristic features of educational relations. Research materials and methods: of the Kyrgyz Republic on education, basic provisions and legislative acts in the field of education. The study was carried out on the basis of general scientific methods of cognition, systemic and systemic structural analyses. Research results: obtained results can be used in scientific research and law enforcement practice. Conclusions: theoretical and legal views, and scientific approaches to the study of educational activities, its positive and negative sides are analyzed.
