October 18, 1928—This was a short‐lived storm with sudden commencement at 7h 25m on October 18, and which ended in declination and vertical intensity at 23h 04m and in horizontal intensity at 23h 03m on the same day. The ranges were 34′.8 in declination, 287γ in horizontal intensity, and more than 203γ in vertical intensity.
