Abstract
The article discusses the issues of training volunteers and organizers of volunteer activities in the system of additional professional education. The specificity of social volunteering determines the leading role of a systematic approach to organizing the training of specialists in this profile, taking into account the logic of the development of practical work in a specific area of social activity.
