Abstract
In this paper explained the application of Taguchi method and ANOVA on piezoelectric circular disc transducer by considering the three independent variables such as voltage constant, Applied force and the total thickness of circular transducer. The dependent variables are Voltage and Power. Taguchi method is applied at constant diameter of piezoelectric transducer. There are different piezoelectric material groups such as PZT-2, PZT-4, PZT-5H etc are available based on the applications. Here, all the paremters are related to PZT-5H category. The maximum voltage is observed as 0.161V at the applied ofrce of 3N, 0.23 mm thickness and 26.5 voltage constant.
