Abstract
This article describes a project that has been recognized by the Nodes to Promote the Social and Solidarity Economy (NODESS), called "Technology and Innovation in Productive and Consumption Autonomy". This initiative aims to promote the products and services offered by local associations of rural producers through a virtual tour. This study focuses on how this tool can constitute an effective marketing strategy in rural communities to increase visibility and attract new consumers. Using a mixed approach methodology, an analysis of the user experience and its influence on the perception of the products was carried out. The main agents involved in the execution of the project include the Polytechnic University of the Valley of Mexico, the Polytechnic University of Atlacomulco, the Local Association of Rural Producers, as well as the Economic and Social Development Nodes (NODESS). The findings indicate that the use of a virtual tour not only optimizes the promotion of rural products, but also consolidates its positioning in the market, which in turn generates an increase in consumer interest.
