Abstract

Based on Leadership Style, Communication and Work Environment which are so important in the company. Because Leadership Style governs all internal and external processes of the company in terms of leading behavior. For example, good leadership comes from a leadership spirit that has a pattern of behavior that shows firmness, wisdom, and so on. Because Communication regulates the process of conveying information so that the information conveyed can be well received, both for one direction and for two directions or more, either directly or indirectly. Because the Work Environment regulates patterns of behavior in the company as a whole in the environment where employees or Human Resources (HR) work. Therefore the Leadership Style, Communication and Work Environment is one that is really needed and one that influences all aspects of the company. The method that researchers use is to use quantitative, associative and causal. So the purpose of this study is to find out what Leadership Style, Communication and Work Environment are suitable for each company and how to apply it to each company and of course to share the knowledge that researchers have obtained based on the results of this research.
