Abstract
Department of Health and Physical Education The College of New Jersey Israel Basketball Organization Tel Aviv, Israel Jay R. Hoffman, PhD, CSCS, *D, FACSM, is currently Associate Professor in the Health and Physical Education Department at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey. Dr. Hoffman was a recipient of the NSCA's Outstanding Junior Investigator Award in 2000. Dr. Hoffman has also been a Strength and Conditioning Coach at both major college and professional levels, and was a member of the coaching staff for the Israel National Youth Basketball Team that took first place in the European Championship (semi-final round) in 1997. Meir Kaminsky is currently coaching professional basketball in Israel. He has been the Head Basketball Coach for Israel's National Youth Basketball Team since 1996.
