Abstract

Regulation of the Governor of Bali Province Number 1 of 2020 concerning Management of Balinese Fermented and/or Distilled Beverages. Reducing imports of traditional and non-traditional alcohol from abroad while serving Balinese arak on site. Bali Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2020, which consists of nine chapters and nineteen articles, covers all supporting aspects of traditional alcoholic drinks, including protection, maintenance, utilization, business partnerships, promotion and branding, direction and supervision, community involvement, administrative sanctions, and typical Balinese funding. With the regulations issued, there is an urgency to implement protection for Balinese Arak producers after the enactment of Bali Governor's Regulation Number 1 of 2020, especially in Les Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency as well as factors influencing legal protection for Balinese Arak Producers in Les Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency. If viewed in terms of effectiveness, it can be measured by paying attention to five factors consisting of legal factors, law enforcement, facilities and infrastructure, society and legal culture.
