Abstract
Objective To detect the differences of urodynamics in different Hoehn-Yahr staging in patients with parkinson's disease (PD)in shiyan area. Methods Forty - five patients with primary PD who were treated in our hospital were grouped according to Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) staging criteria. The urodynamic difference of each group was detected by urodynamic analyzer. Results There were significant differences in urodynamics between PD with different H-Y staging, and the early stage PD manifested as detrusor instability, and the late stage PD mainly showed that the initial bladder volume and the maximum bladder volume increased, the incidence of low compliance bladder increased. With the increase of PD staging, detrusor muscle damage, the maximum urinary flow rate, detrusor pressure gradually reduced, residual urine increased significantly. Conclusions Patients with sporadic PD with different H-Y grades may have characteristic urethral changes in bladder and urethral dysfunction, which may be helpful for treatment and prognosis.
