For this purpose, it examines aspects of urbanism, architecture, use and appropriation of this new central space, based on surveys on historical, census and management data. These data make it possible to reflect on the influence of this new center, split and discontinuous vis-a-vis the main downtown area, on the urban dynamic of the city and to evaluate the effects resulting from this process.
