Abstract
Comprehensive Developmental Guidance Program CDGP , is designed according to the educational institutions’ structure and students’ needs, because of the flexibility principal of developmental guidance model. Policies should be determined in order to guide and shape applications of CDGP. The objective of this study is to share how policies have been determined and which criteria have been taken into consideration in the CDGP, which is designed in Police Academy. Additionally, Policy of CDGP designed for the Police Academy Faculty of Security Sciences, is presented to the readers both in Turkish and English
