Altman is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behavior at Boston University's School of Management. Barb's research interests center on inter-organizational alliances, managing change, and executive development in the service of managing external affairs. Barb's research agenda is heavily influenced by ten years of managerial experience in state and local government prior to returning to pursue her doctorate.
