Abstract
The aim of the work was to highlight the features of the strategy and tactics of treatment of chronic pancreatitis in comorbidity with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The authors focused on the implementation of the recommendations of unified protocols approved by orders of the Ministry of Health for the treatment of each disease, as well as unified European clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis (2017) and GOLD recommendations (2018) for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It emphasizes the importance of drugs aimed at eliminating abdominal pain, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, optimal application of bronchodilator therapy, features of corticosteroids, and indications for the use of antibiotic therapy.
