Abstract
目的 评价经尿道前列腺电汽化手术(TVP)治疗前列腺增生症的疗效.方法总结TVP治疗随访6个月以上1 420例前列腺增生症病人的安全性、有效性和疗效.结果平均手术时间为52 min,出血量平均78 ml,术后不需膀胱持续冲洗,平均留置导尿管时间40.7 h,最大尿流率由术前的8.7 ml/s上升至术后3个月的19.7 ml/s和6个月的20.3 ml/s.前列腺症状评分术前为22.3,术后3个月降低至6.8以及6个月时的6.0(P＜0.001) 结论 TVP是治疗良性前列腺增生症安全而有效的方法。
