Abstract
The object of my doctoral research is to discover the possible reverberations that mindfulness practices can have in the actor's work. In this article, I report on my path on implementing minsfulness practices with actors in the classroom, addressing an experience with a group of drama students from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro State (UNIRIO).
