Abstract

Objective To explore Chinese medicine packet Tong complex therapy in combination with point injection application effect in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with constipation. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and constipation admitted to the hospital from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2018 were selected, which were divided into four groups according to the random number table method, 30 cases of each group.The control group received routine nursing care.Observation Group 1 was treated with acupoint injection on the basis of the control group.Observation Group 2 combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) packet Tong collaterals on the basis of the control group.Observation Group 3 combined traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) packet Tong complex therapy and acupuncture point injection therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the four groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the Observation Group 2 and the Observation Group 1 (P>0.05), and all were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusions Hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients with constipation based on routine nursing combined traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) packet Tong complex therapy, acupuncture point injection therapy effect is ideal.It is worthy of popularization and application.
